McDonald's

Always missing food in my orders. Sometimes spending way to much time in line waiting. Some staff are awesome some look like they hate their jobs. A d food is sometimes looking like it sat on a shelf and is as lifeless as so.e of the staff. The shakes are awesome when they have them, hot chocolate is good when the machine isn't broken.etc

Horrible. Cold fries. And what the f happened to my burger patty? Missing half of it. It was thinner than the cheese. I didn't think people could be this bad at a simple job. Only good part was the chocolate milk because they didn't make it.

Came this morning to get breakfast for the fam, they were out of hot cakes so we couldn't get happy meals for the kids. We got them just sandwiches instead and without asking Envy kindly put 3 toys in our bag for the kiddos. That was great amazing service.

I haven’t been in this McDonald’s for a while, but I thought I’d give it a try again. This was the worst burger I have ever had and I’m very very very long time, and I will never go back to those McDonald’s again.

By far worst mcdonalds ever. Orders are never correct. If they are correct they look like a 3 year old put the burgers together. They always want you to park out front so thier drive thru times are good. Even when there is no one else in the drive thru.mission has 2 Wendy's. I think a 2nd mcdonalds is in order.

Absolutely the worst McDonald's in all of BC. Drive thru will always wait out front to make their wait times look better for Head office. Inside you'll be lucky if you receive your order without asking 'Where's my order'. Check your bag, something will be missing or the food will be cold. Save your money

When ordering delivery they never send the complete order…today they did not send 3 sausage and egg McMuffins…no quality control whatsoever…disappointing

Very bad service. Delays and lineups. Half the time they mess up the order and something is missing.

20 minutes for drivethru and then give us garbage food that looks like it was put together inside my dogs stomach and crapped out.

Filthy! For 20 min there are 5 people in the restaurant, no line up and no one cleaning lobby which is the nastiest! Kitchen not much better, food awful. How does the health department let this place stay open. First and last visit, even my grandkids were horrified. I feel sick! Owners should be ASHAMED and franchise bosses need to step in!

Staff at drive thru were lifeless. We weren't given a receipt and took it for granted there were no issues. Food was somewhat warm, stale and my coke was extremely weak it was obvious as it was almost clear with a tint of brown. Staff would have seen that. With food prices increased and overall costs gone up getting a meal here is a monthly treat. So disappointed
