McDonald's

They totally lack customer service attitude. We bought two breakfast meals including large coffee. I was in hurry. I asked for few cubes of ice. One lady put some ice in a small water cup. The other woman said: ohh you have to charge for the cup. I used the ice and returned the cup to her and said here's the cup you worried about. My partner asked for one honey in her coffee and they charged $0.50.

Rude unprofessional experience at the drive through window. Amelia at the service window needs additional customer service training. Brutal.
This is the most disorganized location on the North Shore.

Grabbed a couple of cheese burgers and fries. I was a bit shocked at the cost. But then everything has gone way up in price.
An older woman took my order and was very polite.

It's Sunday. The shop disabled the curbside feature, and asks you to pick up in store after placing an order. It's a mess in the store btw, be sure to check your order before leaving.

What a service? I’m working night time. I know after 4am will be start breakfast menu. So I ordered Mcchicken combo by online order 3.30am. I got there 4.15am. I expected my order ready but it wasn’t. They didn’t notice my order. Anyway I can have breakfast but their attitude like now breakfast time you can’t have Mcchiken meal. Have a breakfast. I paid $12 around and breakfast menu $7 something.
She said I give you something else.
I asked refund my order and order breakfast. I don’t mind breakfast menu or lunch menu. But if something wrong or their fault they got to take responsibility and make customers happy.
Their attitude like “you can’t have lunch menu now order breakfast which I have now. Didn’t even say sorry. ”
Not my fault still have other choices.
What kind of service is this?

The WORST Service and "Don't Care" attitude ever. Went in this morning, ordered on the App, two breakfast sandwiches. I walk in, my number pops on the screen and there are maybe 3-4 orders worth of stuff piling up in the hopper for workers to assemble into bags. My number is the top of the list and the paper chit is there on the counter. Girl looks at it. Looks at me. Nothing is said. She proceeds to pull the chits for the next two orders after mine and call them, totally ignoring my chit and the sandwiches in the hopper for them. So, I politely ask if she is going to process (number xxx) as I am waiting. Ignores me. Grabs another and puts it together. By now, my number has dropped off the screen. Again, a little louder, and perhaps a touch less polite, I ask, "What about number xxx"? No comment but another lady walks over to assist her and again starts another order. By now I am not happy and ask once again, why they aren't assembling my order. FINALLY the 2nd lady puts it together with a huff and drops it roughly onto the counter and turns away. I then state loudly that "you might be finished with me but I want some ketchup! " I am tossed three packets aimed at my face!

Really don't want to make any cultural comments that will undoubtedly get turned against me but if you are so unhappy here in your job, why did you come to work today? It's not MY fault for damn sure.

The Worst McDonalds branch

Last night the lady wearing a black sweater throw the food into my mouth literally and it was dropped everything in my car. I asked for napkins politely but she opened her mask and told me I give your food now go from here there is a line up behind you. I never faced this kind of behaviour from any mcdonalds before. I went to other branch but they are so polite and professional. This is the third time I have faced from this drive thru but I never inform any manager. Then I went to the lobby and informed the manager right away about her behaviour, the manager was good but she was speechless and didn’t say anything to me but just listen. She called that rude drive thru black sweater girl for saying sorry to me but she came and was started argument with me in front of manager, she was aggressive. The manager was totally shocked about her behaviour which I saw in her face. After that I left. I will never come back to this branch again and recommending to all not to go there. But if you want to ruin your day just go there once.

Relatively recently renovated McDonald's. Dining area was clean and not too busy when we went. Food was decent and drinks hot. Service was friendly. Washrooms clean too. Plentiful parking out the back.

I have given this McDonald’s several chances, many chances in fact, and it has disappointed me every single time. There are long lineups and food comes out cold or disfigured. It baffles me that the Mcdonalds overlords allow this poor excuse for a Golden Arches to exist.

Usually use drive through in the morning. Some times they are very slow but overall good service.

McDonald’s, in general, is the most food-wasting company on the planet. The quality of food is disgusting, no concept of food presentation and full of lazy and carefree people. I’m sure the management does their best to keep people in check, however, the company policies are absolutely ridiculous. Food is food even if it is cheap. Customers pay for burgers with salad and dressing inside the bun, and not just a bun with patty with a few drops of sauce outside the burger in the box - That is what happened with me on several occasions. On a serious note, McDonald’s should be boycotted for feeding trash. Choose Burger King if you must.

This branch along with most of them are a disappointment. Don’t expect your food to be decent.

This Mcdonalds location is better if you go in and get your order. Rather than the drive through area. My husband never gets the right order? So we go inside to either eat in or takeout our order is never wrong this way. Very quick and very nice and courteous Employees. Also very busy if you ever watch them from inside? Food is always fresh and hot.if your not happy with the meal, they will give you fresher fries and burgers, or whatever? You might have to wait a few minutes? But it is worth the wait. My husband and i prefer going inside now rather than the drive through. We recommend this Mcdonalds.

This has to be the worst and slowest McDonslds in BC, every time i go i have to wait a minimum of 5 minutes atvthe drive through, Tonight i ordered an eg mcmuffin, large fries, small iced T and a cheesburger, Waited 15 minutes with only 3 cars ahead or me. FRIES WERE COLD AND SO WAS THE BURGER … Never going back to that location. EVER!

Interior is kept clean and outside too.
Drive thru however has long line up during rush hour, I ordered for an xtr Large black coffee thru app, and picked it up along with another beverage. When I started drinking, that I realized it had creams in it, and attached label indicated two creams.
What a waste of a dollar.

Pretty nice McDonald's but be prepared to wait during the early morning and afternoon hours cause its right off a busy intersection and it can get packed but you'll still get McDonald's great fast food.

When i asked for ketchup, supervisor says "I ALREADY PUT INSIDE! ".

Decent place, it's McDs so 4 star is all it'll ever get until the pizza comes back! Lol. Also Sushi Town is next door

Workers are working very hard and there’s still the line is slow I think the owner should think about increasing the numbers of the employees not forcing them so much like that

Arrived at the Macdonald location at Lonsdale Quay and ordered 2 bagel breakfasts.the girl that took the order was a little confused and must have made a mistake because I no sooner sat at a table in the eating area when the manager came to tables idea and just grabbed the bag off the table and rummaged through the bag and took items out.so freaking rude

On September 15 at 12: 30 am I received the worst service from a McDonald's in my entire life at this location from an east Indian female employee and the hot chocolate I received was horrible. She even refused to replace the hot chocolate. I will continue this via more professional means.

The staff are so careless, and rude I was there today and I told them there is a mouse in the store and they didn’t care at all.no more Mac Donald

Terrible service, cold food and now they close early and open late. Their delivery doesn't even start until 4pm. Avoid this location.

It's McDonald's. You go for the fast and convenient service. You know exactly what you will get. The food is always the same. Unfortunately, it's the service that lacks sometimes.

Very rude and misbehaving phillipinos staff work here. I don’t understand why they work, if they dont waana work, they should ait home.

Being ignored while staff run around like headless chickens making orders is not a good vibes. Hire more staff

Rude member of staff took our drive through order, laughed multiple times while taking our order, didn't ask what size meal we wanted. She Said 'no' when I asked if I could add poutine to my meal instead of fries, then changed her mind. Didn't give a fork for poutine so I had to go into the store.

Waited for 15 minutes after ordering at the drive thru, employees seemed like they did not want to be there, no straw or napkins in the bag or ketchup, food finally arrived was fresh but made me late for my appointment.

We ordered a kids happy meal and both within a couple of hours were throwing up everywhere. I tried calling to warn them to save other the experience with no response. Not what I expected especially given the vomit stained carpets

Don't use the washroom if you want to feel good eating here.

In general, I didn't get the impression that the staff took pride in the restaurant.

The staff was so rude and giving me attitude as I asked to scan my coupon. Food was slightly burnt and not good at all. Will be avoiding this particular location in the future.

Out of Monopoly Stickers for a while and when I asked for reasonable answer, first they said its expired and I insisted that it will be expired in November 30! Then they said we are out of sticker! Its unbelievable that a big company like Macdonald, can not develop a clear and successful marketing plan!

Ordered a egg sausage McMuffin as I haven't had it for a long while, service was fast and taste was good, just like any other McDonald's.

I mainly go to MacDonalds for there fantastic coffee. And in the odd occasion a cheeseburger and fries. Always happy and friendly staff.

It was ok but the drive through was brutally slow and only one car in front of me. The gave me some excuse about the vehicles order in front of ne was big, then park it. I would like to be contacted.

An angry man was in the drive thru in front of us. Be nice to drive thru employees, their jobs is rough.

Waiting time mobile order at curbsidе, almost 20min. Are seriously? Why you offer it if you can't handle it?

McDonald’s breakfasts are good. I especially like the traditional bacon egg muffin. It is interesting but somehow their coffees are super great and even much better than some of these franchise coffee places. I also like McDonals ice creams, if you haven’t tried them out go for them.

Usto regularly use this location for morning coffee's and muffins for mtself and my working crew. On ocassions the order had been incorrect leading to overcharging or just the wrong order.on each ocassion this was the case though I will say there staff rectified the problem when I made a point. Have not used the service since around Nov 2019 so unsure if the service is now different.

Some really polite and friendly staff work at this location and really do make a positive change to this location. *** in my personal opinion as the errors were far to frequent for me

Mcdonalds. I had walked in today.at lunch hour. I had ordered a Mcnuggets meal for my wife.and other meal for myself.and a couple of burgers for my son.you had fogot the Mcnugget, s was a meal? My wife did, nt get a pop or fries with her meal. She was dissapointed. We also went to your Mcdonalds previously to the drive thru.you forgot my wifes hot mustard sauce last time? For her Mcnuggets. The food is nice and fresh.both times, going through, the drive thru and walking in.but sometimes.food or sauces or pop, whatever of your order is forgotten. So check your order before you leave for home or wherever? Understanably it was Lunch hour. But the food is good, Nice and Fresh. Just a heads up! Check your order, so you dont feel disappointed. But do go to Mcdonalds. And the Restaraunt is now open to order inside.but you cant dine in yet! Keep safe everyone.and i believe you can use the washroom, s inside Mcdonalds now. Which is another good thing.

Manager in charge is super friendly.
My burger is well stack, and the bun is hot. All of my order are delivered within two minutes.

So never thought to give a review for McDs but I pass by this one everyday and happen to see this sign.
We tried it out and I was very pleasantly surprised.
So the happy meal was pretty standard so nothing to add here.but they gave us crayons to color and to top it off offered to let my kids make their own sundaes after the meal.
Let’s just say this was well received.

Yesterday I returned to McDonald's on Marine Drive as I decided to drive thru for breakfast and was thoroughly disgusted at the treatment I received. I reviewed my order and noticed a charge for extra McChicken sauce of 35 cents. I said I never ordered a McChicken or McChicken sauce, WTH? The clerk mentioned I did ask for jam for my English muffin and that jam is now 35 cents extra. I was outraged!
I was being charged for a breakfast condiment when I actually ordered breakfast and expressed to the McDonald's clerk my extreme disappointment with their nickel and dime gouge for a jam packet. WTH?
I think I'm still in shock that McDonald's is so broke they now charge for jam packets.
What is next a 25 cent charge for ketchup?
Is McDonald's Canada corporate really in dire need of cash?
What gives and how can this unfair consumer gouge be corrected so others are not affected?
Perhaps a report to Consumer Protection BC is needed!

Called the place and the worker never gave me any service. He just had the phone and said nothing. Don't waste your time here. The service is garbage.

Ordered a burger and a milkshake. Burger was awesome. Milkshake should've been a Strawberry milkshake - it didn't look fully blended together and tasted like some sort of Cotton Candy Party Mix. Turned around to go ask them to make it again. They did and then didn't believe that it could've tasted off. Questioned when the last time we had a strawberry shake. Not helpful at all nor made any effort to refund or replace with something else. It went straight into the trash.

3/4 of the time my drive thru order is incorrect and it's oddly when it's a simple one too! Tonight I order 2 cheeseburgers only mustard (I know I'm weird) but they came with ketchup and pickles. Sadly this is a common thing here.
