Fast service and fresh food. We didn't use the drive through, as it seemed to be slow. Counter service was great.
I haven't been to McDonald's in a awhile, but it used it be cheap and fast way to eat. Not cheap anymore, when one has to pay $24 for 2 burger combos. That's insane!

They make you wait in the front even if there’s no one behind you in the drive thru and take 10+ minutes

Mostly an average McD's, but some downsides. One of the managers likes to yell at staff a lot and even yells at customers for reclining in seats and stuff. Same manager insists on playing awful Christmas music. So she's a cross-wearing Christian. Why make the rest of us suffer?

The night shift seems to clean up well, But by the afternoon, the place is a mess.

So I'd give it a "3" except for the awful abrasive noisy manager who''s on shift about a third of the time. She brings it down to "2". The other managers seem normal.

One of the worst McD in Van, everything inside is chaotic, not possible to get food thru drive thru without parking out in front, and wait 15+ more mins.they only in business because of location, nothing else. If you not in a rush, don't go, go to the one at Shell rd.and Cambie. If you in a rush, definitely don't go, they gonna make ur day miserable.

Hey McDonald's! How about adding ketchup to every order? Or is that too much to ask a multibillion dollar company? It's a fundamental ingredient to basically all the food you sell yet I always have to go back to the counter, stall lines, and ask for those little packets you hold onto like the ring of power. And another thing? How do you justify 4+$ for an egg mcmuffin? I think it's time to switch to good reliable Wendy's. Cheers to a decent childhood restaurant but you've gone right down the ketchup tube

Called in to ask if they had a specific Happy Meal Toy and the person that picked up was extremely courteous and helpful. I didn't catch his name; however, he went as far as to offer to place the item on hold for me.

Everything here is mediocre and bad service.exept the one dude super good service from him

This was new to me. So about 3: 30 am we went drive through to get ice cream but their ice cream machine was broken which always is. So ended up ordering only large fries. After paying at the window the girl told us to wait at the front door. Their was already one car parked at the front door waiting for their food. By the time we are waiting there are now 6 cars waiting for their order. 15 mins passed for an order of large fries. The driver of the car parked next to us comes out of the car to go
In the store to get his ordered food. They locked the doors. Knocks knocks knocks no one opens he leaves (may be he is starting work in the morning). 20 mins past no fries. I called the store and asked about the fries she was surprised to hear about our order. I assume they did not know they took our order. 25 mins waiting and the girl comes with our order. On reaching at home we checked our fries no salt only fried potatos. I wanted to complain but I forgot to take the reactor

I waited for my burgers for 20 MINUTES at 10 pm! Staff didn’t prepare food in order, and gave their friends free burgers while keeping us waiting.

The burgers were dry and in poor quality. The tables are dirty and greasy.

No lobby, no bathroom after hours. ORDER AT DRUVE THRU, they PARK you out front to clear the counter to make themselves look good to head office.
Parking lot looks like a drive in, and i refused to leave the window after 4 weeks of this until I was served. I got my food faster than everyone else out front.

Lots of plugins service a little slow, fries a lil salty. Not enough room if ur bigger person. Other than that it's quite the area lots of cops so don't even think about doing any crime they will catch you

Nov 6,2021 3: 43 pm Mcdonalds at 2760 Sweden Way, Richmond.

First time at this location & I waited in line for 15 minutes with 2 customers ahead of me and with no cashier. There were 3 employees working behind the cash register and 1 employee had his back toward me pretending to be busy and with very poor body language/posture. Then all of a sudden, a man ahead of me shouted out his frustration and a minute later loudly clapped his hand and left angrily. While I was waiting patiently in line a woman was complaining about her order and then another male customer was complaining about waiting for 15 minutes for his order.
Finally it was my turn to order and bought 3 medium coffee. I decided not to order any burgers due to the very slow service.
The coffee took another 15 minutes and the employee brings the coffee and just places it below the counter where I can't pick it up due to the covid plastic barrier. There were already another 6 angry looking customers behind me waiting to order.
This place is the worst serviced Mcdonalds I have ever visited.

Went into the drive thru for 2 drinks, they told me it wasn't ready and left me sitting for more than 15 mins in the parking lot.
I had to go inside to get the drink, nobody seems to have known about it.
Always have problems at this location, the left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing

You call this an Oreo McFlurry? If I wanted a vanilla Ice cream I would’ve gotten a vanilla cone. Bunch of incoherent inbreds.

The worst and slowest location ever.
I was visiting BC and decided to grab a drink and junior chicken before heading to Squamish.
It was around 12am, the drive through went fast but the cashier didn't have the patience to wait for me to get my wallet out. He looked at me with an angry face and then he left the window to grab my drink. He gave me the drink and asked me to drive to the front of the restaurant to grab the sandwich.
I drove to the front and surprisingly there were about 12 people and few cars waiting at the door to get their orders.
The guy who was handing out the orders was so slow and rude. After I waited about 20min to get a junior chicken, I asked him where is my order? He said: sir it's gonna take a little while.
After about 25min I finally got the sandwich.

For as busy as this place is I expect to not have a hard stale bun with my burger.was very disappointed, I may not come back. Unless its for coffee.

Decent amount of free parking spots and could park at Staples if no spots

Lobby full of people waiting for their orders. Being small location, I guess kitchen can't keep up with the orders at that time.

Drive through on a Thursday evening at 11pm. Waited over 20 minutes and customers that ordered after us received their orders before us. We ordered 2 combos and McNuggets. Not the first time I’ve experienced a long wait at this location. Not recommended. Go to another location if you can.

They screwed up my order but when I came back for it and ordered for more they ended up not charging me. People make mistakes and it’s okay. The staff at this McDonald’s own up to their mistakes 10/10 service would come again

Tables not cleaned. I don't know what the protocols are on how frequently they should be cleaned but I was there around 11 am. Finally after 15 mins someone came to clean all tables which judging from the mess all the tables were.seems like they had not cleaned it in a while. Also, there was a person begging for food or to give him a dollar. He would frequently come inside and would engage in a shouting match with the manager.

15 minutes for a junior chicken. And still waiting. People came and people went and here I am. Drive through needs to get their act together at night. I'm leaving, eat the meal yourself.

Always so friendly, always make my food right and always makes things fresh for my long drive to work at 3am! Such great service! Love coming back here again and again! ️

Fries were fresh and delicious but when I ordered pancakes for my breakfast, they forgot my syrup? I was in town with my daughter for her medical appointment. Very disappointed?

Usually very busy, especially at peak hours. There will likely be a bit of a wait, but when fully staffed they're quite efficient. It's a conveniently located and reasonably efficient location.

Terrible location. Couple weeks ago got a grand big Mac and there was a huge piece of wax paper cooked to it. Like how do you miss that big piece when you're cooking it!? I did the survey and someone was supposed to contact me and nobody did. Today guys at work wanted mcds so one of us went to pick it up. All sauces, mayo, etc not there! It's on the receipt but not a single one in the bag. Nothing like taking 30 minutes to get out of a stupid parking lot and getting here with food only to realize there's nobody's sauces in the bag.

Their service is very good and fast. They make really delicious food. They have very hard working staff. They all are very polite, kind and nice people. They have excellent food serving skills. It’s my favourite Mac store in richmond. Great fast service, both drive thru and walk in. Come here all the time for breakfast and lunch. Compare to the other fast food stores around No5 and Cambie area. Nothing to complain.

If you see a super busy line of vehicles, that’s the McDonald’s drive through near Home Depot.

They put a "bottle" of syrup in the mcgriddle today. It stained everywhere in my car once I opened it.

Good place to hang out and grab a quick snack but a just becareful there some old guy I think he's got some issues that always goes there.

Drive thru, ordered a 10-piece meal, parked waiting at the front door, got the nuggets no fries, went in with a mask on and asked for the fries, they said "customer is not allowed here please go out I will bring you the fries", went back out, got the fries, and didn't find out it was a half-sized small fries until I got home. What an experience

Always been satisfied with with their service to your vehicle. But they do not always get your order right. However, it's usually more accurate than other locations.

Best Mc Donalds I've been to. My Mc Chicken was so fresh it was still steaming, the fries were hot and the milkshake machine was working!

The kitchen is very dirty, I found some hair in my food. It was disgusting, I had to throw it all out because I was already driving to go to work. It seems like the staff there are inexperienced and not interested in keeping things clean.

Next time I'm getting sushi for lunch

Stop making people wait in the parking lot to receive a basic food order. Number one meal should be ready to go at 1130am

A reliable and dependable location. 99% of my orders are fast and accurate. And if it's not, they make it right. It's a little out of my way but their app makes it so gosh-darned convenient!

Do not come here a night. They're slower than molasses in the winter time. I waited over 8 mins from the time I payed at the last window till I got my order. Fry's where cold and had a last night texture to them like if they were from 2 hours ago. Just drive to another mc Donalds if you want something late night to eat.

The food was good. But my order was wrong, and it took forever. I haven’t been to this McDonald’s in several years and used to work around the corner. The orders were consistently wrong and always took a long time. It’s unfortunate that things have not changed

Quality varies, special orders are never correct. Lots of mix ups and not very understanding when you tell them what you asked for. Way more expensive than its worth. They should give up food and just sell coffee.

What a rip-off! First time in over 20 years eating at one of these, and it will be longer before I go back. At least it was clean.

Only 2 cars and mine in the line up and still asked for us to park on the side. Ridiculous. When the employee comes out she was rude and telling people you have to wait and saying you're parking in the wrong spots. Signage is pretty bad not well lit in the early mornings. When the line us busy noone parks to the side. C'mon 3 cars McD's. Try to get people's orders right! Not everyone drinks coffee.i ordered 1 tea and 1 hot chocolate. I received 2 coffees.

I made my order for a 20 piece nuggets. Made me wait 10 min. Got them and they were old. Not one nugget was crispy! Ya think waiting for them to cook they'd be hot and crispy.not soggy!

Lovely McDonald's location. Very comfortable interior. Air conditioned well and the staff are polite and lovely.

Will visit again next time around the Knight Street area.

Went through the drive through and was asked to wait in the parking lot well they got my order ready. So 15 minutes later still no food.had to then go in and ask about it.turns out they gave some other car my meal along with there own.so I got a refund. Total time there was 28 minutes.

I always go to drive thru in this McDonald's. Customer services is alright but the drive thru is not clean specially the garbage out side is also overflow.

Due to my office being down the street, I use to go to this location all the time for my coffee with never an issue but ever since the new crew on night shift has come in, in the past year, its been one bad experience after another to the point of finding plastic bits in food and wrong orders being least of our worries. We have a game at work where we play where we wonder the kind of coffee we're getting because what you order is never correct. I have pictures of the bits of plastic and gloves in our food which has been shown to the manager and no reply or call back nor an apology. Everyone who's gone to this location i know from 9pm-6am says its a nightmare.

Worst experience ever. The employees don't how to greet customers. The food quality is not good and they always serve stale food. One of person quit and they didn't pay which is not good to keep someones hard and earn money. They will suffer.
