Good service. Cordial staff. I had ordered hot chocolate.but it seemed less chocolatey to me.so they replaced my order with a more chocolatey hot chocolate.

Took 15 mins to get a coffee, watched 6 other walk in patrons get served before i did, to get a coffee 3/4 full

#noNUGGETS last time.

This time Aug 12 1: 09.38 went for a treat and got ripped off.
Both lg fries were half empty.
Twice dissatisfied no nuggets last
Time this time half my fries.
How to let down a customer

Disgusting attitudes towards their own employees, there is a female morning manager that consistently harassed other employees leaving them in tears, terrible display of authority, all managers should go through sensitivity training, I’ll never eat there again after witnessing such horrible treatment of excellent employees

This is another franchise that has decided to kill the refills policy, long after the medical reasons for stopping refills has passed.

And, this is another place that locks their washrooms. Not only do you have to ask for the key, but they won't give you the key. No, they come, with the key, and open the door for you.

I don't think it is because they are particularly concerned with cleanliness, because the washroom, while not an absolute mess, was not particularly clean or tidy. No, this is just more about control, and possibly preventing people from even asking to use the washrooms.

The night shift crew at McDonald’s on Redford needs better customer service. I order a meal with 2 drinks, i got to the window and payed and when I was handed the food, part of my order was missing. I told her kindly that I ordered the meal and she ignored me and called her manager over saying how I didn’t order the meal and scoffed me away saying she didn’t do anything wrong. I asked if I was able to get the rest of my order and to pay for it as if it was apart of the meal but she said no that I had to pay full price as is it was my mistake and there was nothing she could do about it. Even when I got to the window I was not greeted just even when I said hello.

Ordered breakfast here a few days ago, everything was good except the coffee. Machine might have been down or something but definitely didn't taste any sugar in it.

Four times in a row ordering a skor mcflurry 99% vanilla ice cream with a couple specs on top of skor mix. Same for my gf mcflurry as well both are not mixed up at all. Just vanilla ice cream with specs of mix put on top.

Trash food, nothing healthy to offer. Really, what do you expect from McDonalds other than a visit to the bathroom 1/2 hour after eating

Shoutout to the alt worker with yellow/blonde hair + their team for letting my friends and i dine-in when we were stuck in port alberni! Will forever be grateful for your kindness:) pls give them a raise

Someone taking the monopoly pieces off the packages before they hand them out. Happened to me the other day.

I love McDonald's for my morning coffee. Sometimes they don't always have what I want but I understand that the demand for the popular items is hard to keep up with. I really like the mini doughnuts they are cute and very tasty also big fan of the apple pies yummy I miss the other types of pies I used to get think they were blueberry? And cherry. But again supply and demands right. Overall the staff is friendly and always smiling I am so satisfied with the service I get there thanks all keep up the good work.

McDonald's is always good. Everyone has their favorite meal. I really enjoy their blueberry or cranberry muffins. It's all good.

There's no point in being 'open' if you're not open. Have lost count of the times I've gone to get coffee in the morning, only to hear "sorry we're doing a changeover, it'll be 20 minutes before we can take an order".

Nice employees and food is sooooo delicious. The other mcdonalds doesn't salt their fries and their burgers are kinds soupy not gonna lie. I always come here over the other one even if it's out of my way.

They don't clean tables properly or anything with cleaning during covid-19. And the staff don't listen most of the time.some worker serve a person with out a mask not impressed

I don't know about you but Mcdonald's is the best fast food chain in the business. Everything just works, I love the new ordering system. It clears up any confusion that may happen when ordering verbally. As well it helps with social distancing. I've never had a problem with the staff either. They always seem friendly and kind hearted. I don't eat fast food often but when I do I go McDonald's for a meal and experience.

This is the second time in two months that the root beer drink tastes like old well water

Employee made an error in my order (a simple mistake). The screen wasn't working.manager refused to fix mistake and was dismissive.will not return.

Quality control when ordering out 1/10. Customer service skills total 50/50 most staff are lovely but I feel sorry for them when it comes to the management.

I always forget to ask his name but he knows us as the Oreo flurry guys. He the okder gentleman that always works the evening shift. Hes top shelf and does an amazing g job. Foods always hot as can be and nothing missing etc. 5 stars

30$ delivery order, really obvious they used stale fries and old burgers to fill the bag instead of making new ones, I could bite and stretch the fries before they'd break. Absolute joke. Management here has no standards.
I can eat cold dons but not stale chewy whatever, you guys are the worst.

Usually get our once-in-a-while fast food from here because its close to the house, but I just recently had a horrible experience with their quarter pounder. It tasted extremely salty, and undercooked. For the 24 hours that followed I had brutal food poisoning. If you taste the tastes I mentioned do yourself a big favour and toss it.

If this is for the McDonalds down town Port Alberni: were gross.stale.burger tasted funny, like it was bad meat

Best McDonald's in town by far. Friendly people, only once ever mixed up. I'll definitely be coming here as my main McDonald's. Fries are almost always fresh.

The coffee is getting bad. The last couple weeks it has been really watered down. Doesn’t even taste like coffee. McDonald’s on Redford.

Dining area were shut due to Covid29.
For take take out only.
Store Manager (with an Aussie accent) was nice enough to let us use the washroom. Take care and stay safe, Cheers!

The customer service here is low, but they have a great assistant manager that shows the staff how to be professional as they too are learning. I like the team

Wow. Best McDonald's on the island. Food is fast, hot and they never screw up our order! (We've lived here a year and a half now.) Specifically tonight, best double filet of fish I've ever had. And when you pick-up at the window they are always polite. Thank-you McDonalds crew on Redford in Port.

Always busy. Meet friends for coffee there. Nice coffee.very friendly and fast service. I often have coffee with skim milk, Muffin, always good.no complaints.
