I feel bad because I forgot to pay at the 1st window so I paid at the 2nd but it was delicious as usual!

They took the time to make sure my order was right, I appreciate that since I always order customized burgers

I've order quite a few times from this mcdonalds and everytime they get the orders wrong. Especially today as multiple items were missing. And they will not answer the phone, so I'm missing money now that I probably won't get back. Love that.

Cutest McDonald's I've been in that has a tiny play park for kiddies. My girls used to get excited to go there when passing through. That's where I'd take em for lunch What kiddies don't like Mcds? Tasty food?

The staff were friendly and polite. Easy location for travelers to pull off the highway and take a quick break from the road. Seating area is clean, bright and sunny. Bathrooms were basic but clean. Not super quick food service, but most fast-food places are not all that fast anymore.

Very fast service but very dirty.the tables were very dirty, there was lipstick in my apple juice cup, theres a dehydrated pickle stuck to the wall. When we tried to let them know we were ignored, there were also flys hitting us in the face while we were trying to eat.

McDonald’s saved the day as per usual. They were open when Boston pizza ran out of food after a 12 hour drive from Calgary to Smithers. Service was amazing and they were very quick. I would give them 10000 stars instead of just 5 if I could.

Cold crumpled fries, stale bun, cold stale donut. Left the fries and donut on floor. Absolutely worst mcdonalds, they are all bad.

Probably one of THE quickest McDonald's I went to. Props to these guys. Lunch time peak period felt like a Wednesday mid morning. Keep it up!

Mixing against this site is just McDonald's. Nothing to rave about. Last time I was there I didn't get what I ordered

I wish they were 24 hours I have a lot of family that has to travel through Smithers late especially camp workers and truck drivers no where to get a hot meal at night even 711 stops serving at 11pm. Also the food after 8pm always tastes stale and reheated.

Drive through was to long so went inside. Ordered breakfast at the counter she was not very friendly or maybe had a mood. Was just passing through town headed back up north.

Food is fine, but its 100% a place where we have to check all the orders we get because they charge for items and lo and behold we never get them: (we live out of town so if were in a hurry to get home or get other stuff done its just an inconvenience to go back for the missing food
Also multiple times we've gone the fruit slushie has been super sour and obviously gone off

Kids love to eat at McDonald's, so driving through Smithers of course we had to stop and eat here.play place was closed but food was delicious.

Mc Donald's is the same Mc Donald's as everywhere else, nothing ever changes at any place. Garbage food for a cheap price, but my kids love the nuggets

Smaller and less planned for both traffic flow AND People flow... Crowded inside and traffic jams outside! The Drive-thru lane goes through the middle of the parking areas for customers who want to park and go inside!
We left without buying lunches... Won't go back!

The staff are very nice, they always smile and when going through the drive through window they don't toss your order at you. Keep up the good work everyone.

McDonald's is McDonald's, but they forget items too often to get 5 stars. Have to check bag every time to be sure.

Wish there were zero stars. Got my order wrong the last two times and no one even answers the phone. Thanks for the cold fries, the nuggets with no sauce and the double double that was supposed to be black. I look for reasons to avoid McDonald's and they are kind enough to provide them

Worst customer service! Grumpy old lady at the front counter made everything excruciatingly difficult!

I've been to this location several times and my iced coffee is never stirred properly nor filled all the way to the top. I've ordered burgers with no bun and didn't receive cutlery with my meal. Overall not very satisfied with this McDonald's location, however it's the only one in town and I enjoy their coffee so I'll continue to go here until my work is done here in a few days.

Restaurants have a tendency to get you in the Drive-Thru, and this one did. Hitting the road early, we ordered a number of breakfast sandwiches and they were one short. By the time we figured it out we were well on way and didn't want to turn back.

I normally just get coffee at McDonald's but this time we ordered a few quarter pounder meals. I was glad to see that the drive through line was fast as most places take a while. It didn't take long and we got our food. It was hot and surprisingly good lol. There seems to be an ample amount of parking for those who want to rest and eat as well easy access to the main hwy.
I would most likely stop there again on my way through. This is probably the only older McDonald's building around that hasn't had an up to date face lift and nice to see lol. It brings back memories.

That past few visits to McDonald's in Smithers have been somewhat frustrating. Our orders always have mistakes and any special requests ie.asking for plain burgers for a happy meal or even ketchup packs are completely overlooked.

I ordered a Seriously chicken BLT meal and I got a Big Mac. I didn't notice until a while later when I had already driven to my cabin we were staying at and unloaded all our stuff.so I called with the hopes they could remedy it for me.they said to drive back in and they would fix it: - (Super hangry at this point. I did go back in, said the mix up again, gave back the Big Mac and the receipt stating what I ordered but they didn't look at it, and this time they gave me a BLT Quarter pounder! So I told them I ordered the seriously chicken BLT! I kind of expected some big apology and maybe some free extra thing.but nothing.

Today I went, reluctantly but because I like their lattes. I ordered a vanilla latte and drove away to where I had to be.and guess what. It is a latte and it smelled great but it was plain.

The people in the drive through are hard to understand and they can't speak English very well, but overall a very good restaurant to go to

Very very nice location with fantastic staff and friendly service. Clean and bright location with very good prices. I would absolutely recommend this location to any first timers out there. To those who have been here before but it's been awhile. Come back. You won't be disappointed. Thanks again to your staff for the great service.

Mediocre
Half of the time the food is improperly cooked. The coffee tastes like yesterday's. And they servers can barely speak English.

Only had 1 issue and they dealt with it immediately. They are non stop mopping the floors during the winter, so quite clean. It tastes like McDonald's food so you go there and get McDonald's food.

I like alot if the food there, regardless what others say. I also like a few of their workers too

Expensive and no choice for vegetarians and vegans other than a mere salad and fries. Disappointed that is not considering giving more choices, it use to have the wrap with hummus and now is zero options.

The local McDonals gives great customer service, there team recognizes me when i come in for my coffee, always a pleasure to go in and see the employees:)

Once I wanted an Sausage McMuffin with Egg sandwich so bad, but breakfast would've been over by the time I got there, lucky for me, my workers saved a hashbrown for me!

Worst imitation of a Greek salad I have ever had.lettuce. 4 half slices of cucumber. 2 little pieces of red pepper.powdered cheese and little CROUTONS! Since when are croutons on Greek salad. And where were the tomatoes and olives?

Love Don's, its the most convenient of the fast food options. Mobile ordering means I can order on the way and literally only run in and collect my food. The staff are efficient enough that that is the case ~98% of the time.

Went in for a nice cold ice cream cone after taking the kids to the park and while we were waiting they had removed our number from the list waiting and forgot to make our ice cream cones. Then when we got them the mcflurries were 3/4 full.

Good location, free WiFi, right next to gas stations and the grocery store. Plenty of other travelers/vagrants, but everyone seemed polite and harmless. Staff were professional, interior is very clean. Outlets for charging inside and outside. No air conditioning, that's the only downside when it's 40°C outside.

When I picked up breakfast the lady taking my money was pleasant but the woman who handed me my food didn't even look at me as she passed it through the window. As I always check my food before I leave a drive thru, I sat at the window for a few moments. She then looked at me and wished me a good day. At least my order was correct so I was only annoyed at the lack of interest in my business.
To top it off, the edges of my English muffins were burnt.

I had tomato on my breakfast muffin instead of meat. I bought 2 for $5. The muffin egg sandwich was very tasty (no lie) the next day.

We have a family of 6 kids. So always a big order. Almost everytime we get take out, the order is wrong, wherever we go. NOT HERE! We are new to town. We have got take out here 3 times in the last 6 weeks. NEVER a mistake or anything missing. Always quick service always taste the way it should. Thank you.
