Louis is the best manager ever. He's attentive, fasting acting and puts the extra effort in for this location!

Ordered a bunch of McDonald's. Like ten.they had em ready in less than ten minutes. Very impressed.

They never have hashbrowns ready so ordering breakfast usually takes at least 10 minutes. Hashbrowns are only available until 11 AM so they should have them always ready. Tables are always dirty too

Waited what felt like at least 5 minutes for 2 meals and a Happy meal. Both my kids ended up having a tantrum because it was taking so long and they didn't even give me the cups for the drinks until AFTER I got the food that we waited so long for. Staff was not very friendly or customer service oriented. The food we recieved was not even fresh and one of the supersized fries was only HALF full if that but I didn't open the bag until I got home so couldn't do anything about it, should have known better with how disorganized they were. My sprite also tasted faintly of mold. Gross, never again.

We ordered happy meal, cheese burger, but when we got home and opened the the burger it was full of ketchup more than half cup of ketchup.
I know you work with the minimum wage and fast paced environment.but please do your job as it supposed to be.

Dirty! And they seem to be always confused about online order.just miserable. Btw the manager means well but I think the untrained staff was the problem plus their massive turnover

This place is a dump! The floors are always wet, the bathrooms are disgusting and when I went to use the ketchup dispenser fruit flies came out instead of ketchup! Not going back to this location.

Just ordered their poutine for the 1st time. Big disappointment! Fries in the box wasn't even halfway full, only a smidgen of gravy & was barely warm. What a rip-off!

Should not take 10 minutes just to help one customer take an order but have seen it to many times with this McDonald’s everyone in that place moves at a snails pace including every manager I se win there

This McDonalds is unbelievably horrible. Very rare I get fresh and hot food. On the weekend my boyfriend, step son, and I came in after grocery shopping to grab alittle something to eat. One of the employees with red hair was loud and obnoxious, as she wheeled in a garbage bin yelling "move people, get out of the way or I'll run you over" then she continued to talk about customers really loudly to her coworkers.her manager (who is also unfriendly) asked her to help out someone and she just walked away. I really hate going here. This gives all McDonald's a bad name.
