McDonald's

I ordered a 10 piece mcnug and there was a giant clump of hair cooked into one of them and then i further looked into the pile and one of them was covered in grey also leaking grey liquid. Never eating at this location again, plus the older workers are rude.

It was third time that i went to store for ordering just 1 ice cream cone,
Every time they charged me 2 ice cream
And when I mentioned that i want just one, they got confused and shocked!

And again extra charged me by mistake. Again and again.

I just wondering are stuff super exhausted that they can't understand customer ordering?

How does this look like the advertised burrito? There was barely anything inside of it. How disappointing.

We were hungry and stopped in for a 20 piece nugget meal, fries and a drink. There wasn't a long line up and the food was hot. I would go back again.

It's a McDonald's I'm not going got sugar coat it, if you have a fast food hankering check them out, just be aware this location does not sell fillet-o-fish I have heard many people become quite upset about this, however everything else on the menu is good ol' McDonald's. The staff are usually pretty attentive, respectful and try to save you money by bundling items in your order.

I used the drive thru for a friend that was with me at the time. We didn't wait long for an employee to greet us. I personally don't like their food. The price for a fast food restaurant, in my opinion, is too high serving food extremely with low qualities. The smell coming from inside at the "cashier's" window is gross. It makes me to gag

Evertime I have to come to this Location fries are always cold. I ordered a 10 piece no sauce. They told me it's in the bag.
Go home and phone, the manager is telling me it's in the bag, he knows it's in the bag. No guy no sauce in bag.

Worst one u could every go to! That old lady workin in there in the mornings gotta an attitude.she is absurdly rude all the time.

Drive through and McDonald’s forgot the fries. Make sure you hold the line up and count the items because this is the second time they missed something. Then you’re faced with driving 10 mins each way and trying to prove it. It’s not about the fries it’s the principle.

Special's only good if order on app so of no value to me or any one with out data on there phone.

Usually the slowest service of any McDonald's I have ever been to but the other day it was fast and efficient. But my fries weren't fresh and all small ones and my nuggets tasted and felt hours old.

Good quality is stable. But they often miss some food which I ordered or giving me wrong food, which is annoying.

My boyfriend and i were ordering food and he ordered for me which is not big deal, we got our food and went to sit down at a table.a couple minutes later the worker sophia started saying things to the guy working also like “i hate when girls whisper in their boyfriends ear about what they want and how they can’t order for themselves. We were sitting down and also heard her say to the other worker “ i’ll point them out when they leave” we were the only ones sitting down eating. Customers should never be treated like this and workers should treat customers with respect…

Made a mistake on my order and Sophia was very respectful when I demanded it be fixed. I felt bad for treating her rudely so I figured I'd leave a review.

Superrrrr slow but the manager was doing her best (went to the back to get some things when I got to the till) with the nonchalant teen workers lol. I guess the workers didn’t want to be there and the location is small (no self serve machines/kiosks like larger locations). I ended up using my mcdonalds app to order even though I was actually waiting in line to order at the till (no one came to the till to take my order so I stood there and ordered on my phone and even after that, nobody came until way later…. Yikes).

Slow slow slow. Waited no joke 28 minutes I timed for a single breakfast meal. Understaffed, no touch screen ordering machines. McDonalds I’d you’re reading please hire more staff and hurry the process…

Does Tammy not work here any more? Ordered at 10: 35 and got food at 11. Seems really slow and disorganized.

Busy spot with lots of delivery people in and out. Service was good but food portions seem to have shrunk.

Shows discrimination. Kicked out for not wearing a mask. Mask exemption health risk was ignored.

Great food, great service, great staff and an atmosphere that is not only reminiscent but familiar. Always a great time.

Says they’re open at 12am but are actually opened until 11pm. Drove all the way here for nothing. At least update your times so people don’t waste their time.

We showed up at this McD at about 10 minutes before closing time (11pm) and came apon an argument between the staff and a few clients who were simply asking for a few burgers. The problem was that the staff didn't want to cook up any beef since it appeared that they wanted to shut the doors early. Anyhow, at 8 minutes before closing we too were rejected and left, btw these times are based on "internet time" which is universally same on all smart phones. As we exited the establishment the staff locked the doors behind us. I know that it seems kinda petty to hand a franchised restaurant a single star for something like this but it does hint at the possibilities of cutting other corners in business. Anyhow, I would never judge a non-franchised business this harshly since they are not under the same constraints as a business that claims to be the same throughout all of its establishments.

I try not to go to this location. I don't like the fact that most of the staff don't use hair nets. Tired of picking hair out of my food.

What a joke. The manager got mad at young employee for not locking the door at 1030 when they close at 11. He was threatened and thats when I stood up and told him he was out of line. I will never go back to a place that and treats are kids like that.

Reasonable McDonald's fair as expected. Unfortunately was exceedingly busy at the time. The staff seemed to be scrambling to try to keep up but were unable.

Horrible customer service. I went with my mom to redeem their coupon on their new app and I had the coupon showing for the $2 quarter pounder burger and my mom's phone isn't showing the same coupon for some reason.

The manager suggested to delete and redownload the app which we did and it still didn't solve the problem. They told us that they can't do anything about it and for us to contact the customer service of the app.

What a horrible way of handling the situation. The manager should've just resolved the issue herself and not leave it to the customer to resolve the issue on their own.

If you're company is trying to entice its customers to use the app. Make sure that the experience is smooth through and through and tell your management to have systems in place to resolve issues.

You shouldn't let a customer walk away empty handed if they're wanting to buy from you.

We had the same issue at a different location and it was handled right away with no issues. The cashier didn't even need the help of a supervisor let alone a manager. I'm assuming this is a issue specific to this location.

Food is good like every other mcdonald’s, but the customer service is absolutely terrible i go there for lunch sometime during school which is 40 mins and a 5 min drive from the school and it takes them 25 min for two meals and then one of the managers get mad because i almost took the wrong meal even though i was there before everyone else, it’s very messy, i have never once seen someone wipe down the tables or mop the floor, they have to many people in there for being a small store.and very shorted or staff

Terrible.went to the drive thru and they messed up my order. At least the manager gave me a refund.

If you order their shakes, be prepared for artificial flavoring and that's it! It appears to be virtually all chemical's. Even the strawberry shakes seem to be so horribly fake! Why would they want to serve us that?

Waited over 20 minutes for my order, when I got my food my lunch was over

Edit: for context, it was 3 cheeseburgers. I remember having 15 seconds to make per burger at some point in the past but I guess it’s 7 minutes per burgers now

Very friendly and attentive service. Staff are mindful of Covid safety procedures and follow all guidelines. Great breakfast as always today!

Extreme slow service. People lined up through the store, through the door and lined up outside.

Slow slow slow! Please get it together and stop the drive thru madness! The customers inside can be waiting longer than cars.that's unfair and it should be thaught all over again! I understand the mobile order tech and self serve option.still we are humans and need the customer service option!

It ia the most disgusting mc Donald's I've been too. The covid rules clearly dont apply here. Washrooms we covered in urine dirty napkinds everywhere urine on the seats. The restaurant floor looks like its bever even been sweaped, seating area was
disaster. Kitchen is ao dirty. No social distancing if i could give it a zero i would

Horrifically slow. 20 minutes for 5 McFlurries at 1pm on Sunday. Understaffed. Not worth the time.

Stopped at this McD today and got a smoothie and asked them to make it thick, to add ice. They did excellent job and put the medium in a large to add the ice. Fantastic crew. Got fries also, the usual standard fries.

Super slow ordering food in the morning when I want breakfast before work but the workers are nice and the facility clean

I'm not about to give a fast-food chain a good review. However overall the location was nice and clean, and the staff were friendly. Food was served on a timely manner. But it's McDonald's

An average mcdonalds, can be hit or miss.i stick to ordering simple things when there as its usually disorganized

Consistent cold burgers and fries. Not once in the last two years have I had hot food from this location. Also, if more than 2 meals are ordered, they get it wrong.every time.

I like McDonald's in Brockwood and in Langley on Fraser hwy at #10 hwy.but sometimes the staff makes mistake but that's ok with me new staff and no help them out outside or what ever and I have the main office and the magment of the one and so for now no mistake at all

The cashier had a grumpy attitude. I ordered a bagel and egg breakfast sandwich. The yolk was still runny and so was the whites of the egg. Despite this i continued to eat it. I ate half of it and found half of the egg shell in the other half of the sandwich. I went to the counter to tell them and they did not apologize. All they said was that they didnt have anymore cinnamon raisin bagels left. I said i didnt want another one and they just said ok and went on to help another customer. I then asked if i could get any compensation for not having the sandwich at which point they refunded my debit card and had a very irritated attitude with me. Will not go here again!

It is supposed to close at 12.00am but its 10.00 and they already closed the door. This is not fair

Worried the cook dosnt wear gloves and touches money and then makes food and touches meat and then buns.
