I don't know how this mcdonalds is one of the worst ones. I have fairly low standards when it comes to mcdonalds and usually its get my food and its right awesome. But not this location I would drive a bit further and get mcdonalds somewhere else.

Excessive wait times and wrong orders every time. That's the only consistent thing about this location. Most of the staff are unkind too

Disgusting, crew have no gloves handling food. No ice cream and milk shake available. Beverages taste like water always. Awful place

Sometimes they mass up my order, but they correct it right away.

Whoever works the graveyard is the best. Best food I've ever had from any McDonald's. My poutine was fully saturated with gravy, my mcdouble came with cheese on both of the bun sides (instead of between the patties) it's like they knew I was gunna put my jr chicken in there. Top notch fast food. And I even ordered from skip!

Busy busy place. Focus seems to be on the frivr-thru leaving inside customers to wait quite a while.

9 out of 10 times, they messed up your order by forgetting items in your order. Whether you order through a delivery app or even drive thru. Really worst experience. I have faced this multiple times. Even after complaints no improvement.

People that work there are very friendly but not enough staff took my two little ones and they never gave us ketchup so I had to go to ask for some and couldn't get anyone to give me some it took forever l they do is pack for skip the dishes plus when your at the till they can't even see u they want u to use self check out no thank you

Not the first time my delivery order has been messed up. From forgotten drinks to forgotten whole meals not to mention cold food as well as dont bother getting a poutine from this location the gravy has lumps and the fries were old so disappointed in the lack of customer service

The breakfast burritos are my go to however the wrap part is hard at times which to me means its been sitting for a while, maybe its not a popular item. I also noticed McDonald's has changed their salsa. It does not contain as many green peppers and onions like it use to, its more watery and sauce like. Most likely cheaper for them to produce or buy now. The salsa is a must with the breakfast burritos.

Slower location compared to most, be prepared to wait 10+ minutes, even at 6: 30 AM. Drive thru is faster than ordering inside, but only slightly so.
Very sketchy as of late due to pan handlers in drive through.

Recommend checking your order as 3/5 times it will be wrong. Locations on King George and 72nd or 64th faster and more accurate.

Worst service experience yesterday. My order no.was 94.
I had asked for strawberry shake but was given smoothie. It was neither replaced or refunded.
Had to garbage it. Sheer waste of money.

System is either "updating", yellow barriers placed in front of the drive through, or the car line stretches all the way back out into the car park even during non peak hours. This is a daily occurrence.

Disgusting and clearly deliberate. 30 chicken nuggets, one dip, and a big mac with enough sauce for 30.

Unacceptable.

Hard to get into this location. Once in the drive thru lane goes on and on. Once I found a parking spot to eat my lunch, a homeless man in his motorized scooter comes over to the garbage can near where I parked. I had to move my vehicle as he would have tipped that garbage can onto my vehicle. Went through drive thru once more to get a vanilla icecream cone and their machine is broken. 1 star rating.

This review is for McDonald’s at 156 and Fraser highway. The service at this location is excellent. This is especially for the staff members who work at around 9 pm when I usually order ice cream for my family after work. Thank you all for your hard work:)

This has to be the worst McDonald’s ever multiple times I’ve had issues here. I worked at a McDonald’s back in the day and never would I argue or give attitude when a customer had an issue like this one has given me. The customer service level here is horrible they need to be trained better to listen to customers and not to argue or give attitude when someone says something was missed on the order.

The manager tarandeep she was very nice and humble, she cordinate so well and the team member are also helpful and I recommend all of you to go to this specific location as they are very fast for skip and takeout

Driving by, I'm always buying McDonalds for breakfast, why not lunch for my work buddy and I. Ordered 2 BLT Chicken Sandwich combos. What a huge disappointment. We've been having Chicken sandwiches of late from Popeye's and Wendy's, that blt Chicken thing from McDs doesn't come close to the others. Dry chicken, 1 small endish piece of tomato and the lettuce was too small to cover anything. Fries were great. Pop, same. $25 and change.nuts.surrey - Fraser hwy

It was renovated and looked very contemporary. The main staff who was calling the numbers was Not very friendly but she was nice thou. We couldn't go to the washroom as there was a homeless blocking the way of washroom. There was no play area anymore as of June 25th 2021.

Charged me $2.00 extra to make a burger a double, and then gave me a single. Thanks for ripping me off for $2.00 for nothing.

Went yesterday and all I wanted was an ice frap but the machine was broken aside from being stuck in the drive though for 14 minutes for nothing it's no one's fault really just inconvenient, but I went back today to get breakfast and ordered a blt no mayo (got home only to find a blt with no egg and extra mayo. Very frustrating cause it was too far to go back.

Sometimes they get things wrong, but it's understandable when it's busy and they do offer something for free (like free fries) if you call them about it. Just don't do curb-side pickup via the app in the morning, I had to wait 20 minutes in my car for some hotcakes and watched five cars get their orders before me (and they arrived after I did). When I got home, I didn't get any condiments and I had to reheat my hotcakes since they were cold. At least I had the condiments stored at my place.

Amazing service, and the true definition of Fast Food. They got 1 thing wrong with the order, and they replaced it within minutes. It's impressive. Well done you guys:)

Today I ordered my customized personal meal. 6piece nugget meal, & cheeseburger.
Cheeseburger wasn't in the bag. I didn't realize until I got home.

Probably one of the worse McDonald's I have ever experienced. Been living in this neighborhood for the last 10 years. I can't even count how many times they've gotten my order wrong. I never leave this place content. Whatever afternoon/evening team you have staffed needs to be re-trained and have proper training. You guys have the worst of the worst customer service. Rarely do I ever receive my order correct. Always missing something. Get it together. It's a simple task of putting an order together and listening to your customers.

The food was not properly cooking and the manager was so I respectful I call to the store to tell them the my food was not good service and then the manager say I have to call the Uber. I told him the Uber doesn’t make my food. The manager doesn’t know how to be a manager, I don’t like it really bad services.

Very slow, it took my 47 minutes to talk just a sandwich, They know they are busy, why don’t they put more staff in night people are waiting from so long, i should recommend no body visits this, if you wana save you 30-40 minutes for burger

What's the deal with this location? A previous review stated they get the orders wrong 9 times out of 10. This is no exaggeration!

I don't eat at McDonalds as often as I once did, but I enjoy a Double Quarter Pounder BLT meal when the mood hits. I have NEVER received one on my first try. They'll either give me a Double Quarter Pounder w/ cheese or a regular Quarter Pounder BLT.

On this most recent drive-thru visit, I ordered the usual Double Quarter BLT meal and noticed I was being over-billed. I questioned the cashier and was informed they had accidentally added a Double Quarter Pounder w/ Cheese meal to my order. We sorted it out, I paid for my meal, then moved forward to the pick-up window. I got my meal and drove off to pick my daughter up from school. I had a few minutes before the bell would ring, so I decided to take a bite of my burger and, lo and behold, they gave me a Double Quarter Pounder w/ Cheese! Yet they charged me for the Double Quarter BLT! WTH? ! We JUST sorted that out!

The McDonalds I worked at many moons ago wouldn't have tolerated this level of incompetency. Management, get your act together and teach these kids that accuracy can't take a back seat to speed.

Did an order through the app and paid, waited 10 minutes then my curbside order was completed before I even got my order. I went in and they said they didn't get my order when I've already paid. I asked to speak to floor manager and then later the lady they have my order. So unorganized

Paige was so professional and went above and beyond her duties as a fast food worker. I love her work ethic and think she's a remarkable employee! Shout out to you Paige!

I ordered a junior chicken meal with poutine and when i arrived at my home i see the poutine there is no poutine sauce like it’s ridiculous we order a poutine and its only fries and cheese and also my sandwich is with out onions and sauce that i specially told. This the worst service that i ever had seriously.

My review is only for their Chocolate Chip Muffins. The worst muffins I have ever had. First, they are not even Chocolate chip, when they give them to you they call them banana muffins. As you will be confused, you will say, no I ordered Chocolate chip muffins, they will say, yes banana chocolate chip. To be clear, it is gross, dry and flavor is awful.

Unfortunately the order was not completely correct. Staff is friendly but not always looking at little things made on the order. Very frustrating when unable to return to correct the order.

Good service as I usually order thru the app. It has my bank card attached. Someone else HAD The EXACT SAME order code as me in ThE Drive Thru UNDER MY BANK CARD, their names are Shar and Brett. Please be very Aware of your transactions and ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BANK BALANCES regularly so you are not paying for others meals. So be careful.

Awful customer service, order was incomplete. Called to rectify/get the rest of our order and they were not helpful at all. Asked how to go about solving this issue and they said "I don't know" and literally hung up without even saying bye. Extremely rude.

I was waiting quite a while for my small order of a cheeseburger and a medium fries, about a 20 minute wait although i could tell that the food was basically ready but it wasnt bagged yet.and then some kid working there, dont quite know his name although he was wearing some really cute reindeer ears, he noticed how long I was waiting and asked me for my oder number and bagged my order up.he even gave me a large fries instead of a medium and apologized for the wait, especially since the rest of his coworkers were just standing around not doing much which is probably why i ended up waiting that long.although that kid and his positive attitude saved the day and I would definetly come back to this location again. Thank you to the kid in cute reindeer ears!

I will tell you this, those employees at McDonald's on Fraser Highway, and 156th street are amazing when it comes to Covid-mode operations. Fast, and efficient service, and very polite with smiles during the super busy time I was there. All of you that were working here deserve a huge thank you from all of us. Thank you all, and I appreciate your hard, and efficient work. I rate this McDonald's location a 5-star rating, in which they deserve. Steve.

Quick in and out bite. As always i feel like mcdonalds should be a lot cleaner on the inside whether COVID or not! Still some staff don't have hair nets on!

I ordered online via doordash it was 4 hotcakes i waited about 45 minutes for my order and when i received order then it was wrong. After that i requested redeliver my order and again i waited about 50 minutes and there was whipped butter missing in my order. It was very worse experience they even did not check order before handout it to delivery guy.

Ordered through doordash, they got the order right (it was a big order and many variations) and labelled and separated everything properly. Each bag had a handwritten 'thank you' message on it, which was cute. We also got a free cookie.

Overall, our experience was nice and pleasant.

Drive thru service needs improvement. Today was the third time I've been forgotten in the queue. We get sent to the waiting zones and they completely forget about our order. This is the third time it happened and we wait more than 20 minutes each time before speaking with the person taking orders to the cars waiting. Additionally, the order was incomplete; we were so frustrated that we didn't even bother asking again because it seems to happen a lot in this location from my personal experience. I was hesitant to write this review but today was really bad. It was a slow day and it still happened. Utterly disappointed because such a big franchise should be setting an example for how a drive thru should operate specially during this pandemic but it seems like they're not getting it at this branch.

When I tried ordering from here using doordash, my delivery guy couldn't pick up the order because the doors were closed, the drive through was closed, and the employees inside wouldn't do anything despite them already accepting my order. Because of they already "Started making the order" I couldn't get a refund. Terrible service
