It always takes a long time to get food if we do self-ordering inside. Usually 15 mins. Sometimes we are in a hurry, it gets annoying.

Too late and lazy to cook Last day for the coupons and I got 8pc instead of 6pc nuggets McDonald's saves the night for a starving girl. They usually provide great efficient service for drive thru unlike the other location five minutes away. I definitely take detour to come here as they have not made error once late night eating.

I tried to visit this location for breakfast on July 31st 2023. I was in the line to order before 11am and was placing my order by 11: 02am. Despite being in line before the breakfast cutoff and only being 2 minutes passed 11am I was told the breakfast menu was no longer available. Kinda frustrating as I’m sure they could rather easily accommodated my order but instead choice to turn me away. This is the first time I’ve been to a McDonald’s location in a while and now I remember why.

Very poor service by hurry we came to grab some water for a personal use. His attitude was out of this world. He gave us the worst attitude and threatened us to call the cops. He wanted us to buy a $. 25 cup to fill up a water bottle or dumper water, and by $. 25 just to fill up my water bottle. How does that make any sense?

I have been to this McDonald's for many years, but the service quality is getting worse and worse. The customers leave the table and no one cleans it up.
Ordering machine has a bug and no one can help.
It took fifteen minutes to wait for a whole cup of ice cream, because the newcomer didn't do well and the one who took over didn't like it, so the ice cream had already melted when it reached the guests.
Ice Cream Xindi does not have peanuts, but there is no advance notice. When responding, the attitude is not good, poor!

Terrible experience, i order 4 ice cream and asked them to give me tab water at the end but he said that we are not allowed to do that!

I buy large coffee double double and carrot muffin every morning before I go to work. Today just ruined my day. Not only this lady only gave me black coffee but she also gave me the wrong muffin which was hard by the way. Pay attention to orders, instead of being lazy!

The seats and tables are so dirty. It might be due to reopening up of dine-in and opening up all the seats. Maybe they havent staffed up properly to clean the establishment. We even overheard another couple saying to each other not to touch the table since it's so dirty.

One staff member having her break and eating her meal left a mess at the table she was at and didnt come back to clean it up.

I order this morning for my breakfast before going to work the food was hot and fresh, the service was fast but not friendly and I got disappointed because it doesn’t have the most important condiments that I need like ketchup packets for my hush brown, sugar for my coffee which is I ask the staff who present the order if everything is there inside the bag like ketchup, sugar and she said yes but when I check the bag there’s nothing there even 1 piece of ketchup and sugar ….

Waited a bit longer than usual for our order. We went inside into air conditioned restaurant due to the heat wave. Long drive through line up. Bet everyone is getting ice cream and smoothies!

Pretty terrible service. Do not even bother with mobile order unless you want to watch people walk in and out with full bagged meals while you wait 15 minutes for a regular coffee.

I visted today to buy the app offer me 2 chicken mcmuffin and they wont do it nor they would substitute it if they really out it pretty bad experience

Staff gave wrong order for delivery in the evening time. Some staffs talk to each other too much, and pay less attention to their work. 3 just for the food!

I usually go to this McDonald's and I never had any issues here. Yesterday I wanted to do curbside pickup and all the spots were taken and nobody was in their car so I had to go to the front counter. I later discovered that these spots were taken by food delivery drivers and someone who was dining in also parked there as well. A bit irritated for those who wanted to use the curbside pickup option and they couldn't. Other than that, the food was good.

To be fair, for your average McDonalds chain this has to be one of the best i have visited.
Restaurant, dining area and restrooms are clean, well maintained, spacious and apply a COVID friendly and sensible approach.
Staff are pleasant and prompt.
They also have a pretty big drive through in a convenient location.

For most people, this is usually the first pit stop after hitting the clubs before getting on highway 1. Hilarious watching the car ahead of you negotiate the tight turns in drive thru.

Never had an issue with this location. Just be careful at dinner time, drive-thru can get quite busy

Free WiFi, Refill drinking, TV, washroom, many space for relaxing. Not too crowded

It’s good to come here to chitchat with friends coz I saw many people were doing their stuffs. It’s fine.

Quite possibly the best McDonald's in all Canada. Friendly staff. Food looks like the commercials. Fast service.

Very slow service if you order inside the restaurant. Might be the staff and managers are too busy laughing and talking to each other in their own language.

This is probably the best McDonald's in the lower mainland. I'd give it five stars if I were comparing it to other McDonald's, but because I'm comparing it to other restaurants in general it gets a three. Mostly because the servers here are pretty decent folks.

I was parked and waited 12 minutes for our meal. Then they forgot our latte. Waited another 3 minutes. Just one of those days I guess.

They forgot about me after directing me to the order parking. The next time I went they had the drive through closed for cleaning at 6 PM during rush hour. Something has happened to the organization at this location. Individually there are nice people I have dealt with there. I have friends with similar complaints.

Go there to grab a coffee in morning while working at the refinery. They are always so friendly always say have a good day. Im very satisfied with this mcdonalds very nice staff.

The deliver to table service was really good! Food is usual we had breakfast sandwiches and they were quite fresh but little bit greasy.

Not sure how these guys are always behind on orders, even when there's only a few people in the restaurant/drive thru.

Good clean establishment. However access to dining is to walk between cars due to design of drive through.

Missed order in drive thru. Had to go back to pick up missing orders. Got fries for the inconvenience. Appreciate the fries, but thats not solving it nor is it enough for the incovenience of driving back to your store. Service needs to improve specially on peak hours.

Person who took the order was in training. Did a good job. Only downside was that it took a bit long to get out order of 2 icecreams

They got me in drive through then asked me to pull over. Then proceeded to forget my order. Upon going inside they didnt seem to care. Hire older people, not kids.

Tonight I muttered under my breath as I got asked to park and wait for my food, *as usual* at this location, received the most shallow of apologies from the rapidly closing window. Usually I wouldn't mind as much but the parking lot is awkward and getting into the grill spots requires a full U-turn. I was going to do the survey and quietly give feedback, but the receipt with the survey code was conspicuously absent when my food arrived and the staff was in a hurry to be away from the annoyed customer (understandably). I don't recommend this location if you're in a hurry or driving a large vehicle.

Today I went there and ordered Mighty Angus Meal with Large fries and Medium coke but I didn't check the order because I ordered for take out. When I got home I gotta know that they gave me medium fries instead of Large fries. Wow McDonald's

The fries are consistently soggy or undercooked making them the worst out of every McDs in Metro Vancouver. The burgers feel like they've been in the warming tray for a few hours and the buns are usually stale. I've always had some sort of quality or order accuracy issue with each order and prefer to drive all the way to the Willingdon location instead

Food is fine and seems to be fresh, but the service is slow and parking is crammed. Oftentimes they'll make you park and wait rather than just give your food through the drive thru.

They got my order correct, which a rare thing for McDonalds' in this region. On the down side it was both chaotic with the customer flow inside being very unorganized and it was astoundingly noisy with staff yelling to be heard over the din of the customers.

As for the food quality, it was McDonald's fast food-no more no less.

Half the time I order from this location, my order is wrong.either my double hamburgers are singles, or they're missing items from my order. This is a very disappointing location and won't order from this one again

Fast service as always. Although portion is much smaller then before but I am going back there just for childhood memories, so still 5 starts

Not the best location to drive in for a quick bite. Parking lot is small and often crammed. On the plus side, the dining space inside is decent, with a variety for seating formats. Air con is on full blast during hot summer days and can get you chilled in minutes. Service could be better. I ordered a black ice coffee when there were two orders before and after me, somehow they managed to ignore my order and prepared for the others for ten minutes until I walked up and asked why hasn't my ice coffee been made.
