Quarter pounder was dry.don't usually have that issue with a larger burger. However, it was closer to 7: 00 pm.so that can explain it.

Kamloops is home to the worst fast food experiences, and my experience at this McDonald's was no exception, I asked for a 60-piece nuggets with BBQ sauce and received 60 bean burritos. Sprite machine didn't have enough carbonation. Would've given 0 stars if I could.

Its really getting out of hand.
Bad food worse service.
Never used to have an issu, but when the only people that work at these places are careless Indians here for school or whatever they go downhill real fast.
Everytime i go here they mess my order up after I repeat it 18 times or they take 5 business days to count my change.

Got spicy habanero chicken, cold as heck, chicken patty was rock, couldn’t even bite, worst food service. Never going back again

Great service food is always hot, just try to avoid/ go to another McDonald’s during lunch on weekdays as it gets busy.

Just used the drive-thru, but as a commercial driver with strange hours, it always nice to see a smiling face in the wee hours.

It was a consistent, what you'd expect and a well run McDonald's. Oh! Here's a weird, but delicious combo. Filet 'O fish with a poutine - you're welcome

I had to wait for longer period before they could tale my order and after taking my order, it took them lot of time to give me what i ordered for. What surprised me the most is that one of the item i ordered was hot chocolate which took them quite a bit of time to make even after i received and tasted like plain milk. I was laughing once i started drinking it thinking they took that much time to make it to just give plain warm milk.

Food and service is always top notch as a McDonalds goes. The bathroom and surrounding areas, however, are consistently unclean, lacking bathroom supplies and the parking lot is ill fitted for a drive-thru (constant congestion to get to parking lot).

Zero stars is the rating. Make Mcdonald’s great again by shutting this terrible location down. Place is the worst run location I have yet to come across, Manager needs to be fired. Aside from the pathetic service, the drive through had more people turning out of it after waiting 30minutes because nobody takes the order. I suspect their are health concerns as well reading other post about how dirty the place is. Do not go here unless your are writing a thesis on incompetence and need to gather info or simply like to have your time wasted…

I can't remember ever getting hot food from McDonald's the last couple years. Room temperature burgers and even if you order fries without salt they still come cold. I give up with them. Costs go up while service goes down.

I have never been to this specific location and received the proper order. Wether it be wrong coffee, missed a hash brown in my order, and it’s always something. Today I received my sausage and egger with no sausage. I will not be going back to this location ever again. Done with it. Tried to give them a chance but nope same thing.

The Sahali location seems to be particularly prone to botching service. My most recent visit involved ordering a mango pineapple smoothie in the drive thru. Despite only 3 cats ahead of me, it took 8 minutes to get to the pickup window only to be told that the smoothie wasn't ready yet and asked to park in their lot, as "it will be ready in one minute". After waiting 5 full minutes without hearing a peep from them, I entered through the delivery door to find out what's the matter. They were still trying to make it and it was clearly not going to be ready soon and I obtained a refund and left. They'd wasted 15 minutes of my time with their dishonesty.

The prior visit two days earlier also presented issues and delays. That time an order was placed through their app and after queueing in the drive thru — no one answered the intercom after waiting 5 minutes at the menu — we were told at the window that they had just rebooted their computers and couldn't give us what we had ordered (ice cream and a smoothie). We were told to "go through the drive thru again in 10 minutes", so parked and waiting. The drive thru line became rather long, so I popped in the side door to ask. I was offered the smoothie that had been sitting there for nearly 30 minutes, but declined and they eventually provided a fresh one along with the most pitiful McDonald's soft serve ice cream I've ever seen

Paid for a medium oreo McFlurry and was given something not even half full. We complained at the window and the workers YELLED at us! Saying their machine was broken.well then tell the customers ordering it that you can't make it! What a terrible encounter. Will never come back to this location.

I had a new McDonald's employee take my order of a meal and the employee went to charge me for ketchup. Thankfully her boss came over and rectified the worker that customers don't pay for ketchup.

Standard McDonald's fare but overcharged for a drink. When I pointed it out the response was I must have selected the wrong item from the menu. Wrong answer.

Bad service, wait 30 minutes for my order. I had to ask for Doordash and I ordered some ice creams, at the beginning I said that in 10 minutes I was there but the delivery man was waiting outside the store for more than 40 minutes, my ice cream arrived melted and my food was cold.

“ZERO RATING” “ WORST MCDONALDS I HAVE EVER VISITED” Me and my brother order a BLT crispy chicken sandwich with meal and when we reached home there was no bun in the sandwich and it was cold too… Infact, when we went back there and talk to the assistant manager DILPRIT she has no sense about how to talk to a guest plus she just refused to give a refund as well as sandwich. Since I’m a Manager too at Vancouver and I know what are the policies and according to her McDonalds is having different policies as compared to other McDonalds. I came all the way back from home and as per her policy not the McDonalds, every McDonalds has different policy according to different towns and cities and according to their owners, which I never heard about. She was using a rude tone and raising her voice rather than listening to us and ask me to prove my point even she knows that I’m a manager too. Also, she has taken our contact and told us that their marketing person will call and she has the audacity to say that do whatever you want to do and I don’t care and read the policy by yourself. Is this some kind of joke going on. WORST EVER MANAGERS I’ve ever met in my whole life…

I don't know why this store never got my order correctly, and not even provide me the receipt for checking. And the two ladies are extremely rude, showing like they want this store totally closed.

Some times a smile from staff is very much appreciated. I have been in the WalMart McDonald's a number of times and each time was greeted in a manner that left lots to be desired.l felt l was imposing. The staff need a refresher course on customer service. Food was excellent.

This location can have a busy drive through but have consistent staff, although short some days, get you going with a great attitude

Awful service. Had to ask multiple times for the receipt. The fries were cold, so I waited to get a staff member to come back to the window to replace them. The girl standing by the window looked my way multiple times and ignored me, before another staff member who had been standing with the supervisor laughing and bagging food came to help instead. Also not impressed that the supervisor, whom was bagging the food was not wearing a mask.

The store was understaffed at night an the kids working were clearly getting over whelmed by orders.

The staff are incredibly talented and the ones I tip are the ones that substitute ketchup with Habenero sauce rather then charging it as an add on!

Stopped here on a road trip. Perfect timing, the school kids got there just after I got my order. Now that's good luck!

I really don't have nice words for this location. Always some sort of problem with our order or the food is substandard (as far McDonalds Goes). Still waiting for my Meal replacements that apparently mailed to me 3 weeks ago.

Order some spicy chicken nuggets around 6: 30pm today, got very upset, because half of the nuggets was dry like rocks, do they even have fresh-food standard? Will not come back this location again.

The kid on the payment window is an absolute riot! Deserves a raise, sure raises my spirits when I pay.

I usually come here but today when we went in I ordered 3 vanilla ice creams and after I paid for it I was told that the ice cream machine was broken and it cost us around 6$ for 3 cones and we got a return. After that we went to the walmart McDonald's and then ordered but this time our total came $3.15 which is almost half of what we paid here.
Not to mention the size of the vanilla cone was considerably larger than the one sold at Notre Dame McDonald's

If you want better service McDonald's at walmart is your best bet

Weird drive thru. I watched other cars drive through he parking lot to pass cars lined up for drive thru which were in the way.

French fries were way too salty!

Can be quite disappointing at times depending on who is working. I use the kiosk so there no room for communication error and I’m still presented with the wrong order or a burger with ingredients I didn’t request.
Ice coffee shouldn’t have a layer of liquid sugar at the bottom that doesn’t mix in when you shake it like a maraca.

30 min in a drive-thru, is disgusting. All to be parked and have them screw up my order.twice. I don't know what's going on around there but they need the make some heavy adjustments. That's twice back to back, at 10 pm. Wth

Went to get fries & ice cream & in the middle of a heat wave the ice cream machine is broken.

A couple days prior to that I was at the same location & asked the Raspberry slush, the order is actually being brought into the building & I can physically see the syrup but they tell me we have sold out of it so they gave me a pink lemonade instead & it was disgusting.

Drive through not well though out. Cars blocking your side of the exit waiting to place their orders. Ended up in a small bumper accident. Now I have to look forward to higher insurance. Will never go here again.

Best and most reliable drive through I've experienced. From friendly and funny staff, to efficient and helpful. I rely on this drive through for my morning coffee before work. Never a long wait, even with a long line (otherwise usually user error). I look forward to this part of my day. It's the little things.

Can't really mess up a standard 1/4lb combo. Unless it's cold, which this wasn't.

Kids and I, were having a late dinner. We order and paid. I waited at the window for 5 minutes to only get my drinks, I was parked. I understand, we ordered 4 meals. Considering I was parked in the parking lot for an extra 10 mins and I only live a 2 mins drive. We were welcomed to cool chicken burgers and chicken nuggets. Not to mention the fries! They were terrible!
If you want cold food, they're good at making that!

The indian employees said the dine in hall is closed at 1 am, however the door is never locked, on their website it says open 24 hrs, complete liars. How can you trust those scammy to work for you?

Didn't like the service i received today, the person taking my order did not listen to what I wanted to order and had a very rude tone to his voice also he kept on interrupting me when i was placing my order. When i got to the window to get my food my order was incorrect and he seemed very annoyed that I asked him for the items they did not give me.

I was the opening day Grimace in the 90's at this McDonalds and that was a very hot job, literally super warm in the costume. It was difficult to get around without bumping in to small children and some were scared. A few unruly teenagers threw snow balls at me on a "cool off" outdoor walk. I tried to throw a snow ball at them but couldn't throw further than 10 feet because I only had 3 fingers in the costume and limited mobility. I ended up throwing up the bird on each hand which was much easier with 3 fingers. Anyways, really good burgers.

This has to be the cleanest one in this town hsnds down its a tab bit of a wait for your food but it is always fresh never cold at this location and they have yet to mess up our order. Great job Columbia square Mcdonalds

Never get our order right and told us to order on the kiosk thier was no seating but let the person behind us order in? We often had to go back inside a 2nd time to get our proper order so no it's not fast food

Nothing much to say about McDonalds. Super busy spot, decent food, taking Covid social distancing extremely seriously.

Rude Staff, they could not get my order right, made me pay for extra stuff and also treated me like Its all my fault. Would not recommend this place. Only go there if you feel like getting disrespected.

I ordered Mac wraps combo by using drive-thru at 12: 30am. Because I am from an Asian country, my pronounce is not very good. After I repeat my order third times, the lady who got my order shouted out “ we don’t this in our menu! ” And she didn’t ask me the size of drink. Like that it was really make me feel shes busy or whats the shes condition now, I feel strongly not respected by her attitude. I hope you guys can improve staffs’ serving attitude.

Curbside order took over 20 mintues and I had to go inside to make sure it was coming after 15 minutes.

Was quite busy right at breakfast to lunch changeover time. Pancakes were good. Although they had just started lunch, the fries were not too great and the filet o fish bun was so tough it was hard to bite through which I never had happen before. The coffee frappe is the best one I have found.

Horrible experience. Waited in the drive threw forever without anyone even saying hello with 3 cars going by until we got anoyed and just left.

Ordered the harbenero chicken burger. Nd they just gave me habnero and bruger bun. There was no lettuce in it. Irony is they took 15 min to make my order and forget to put lettuce.

We went to get some burgers and the lettuce, tomato and onions were missing they didn't mention it and we get only the burgers with the meat and cheese That was all.very simply greasy meal.

Breakfast muffins are always good, though they seem to be getting smaller. I know my hands haven't gotten larger.

New Covid-19 rules: No front counter service they tell everyone use the kiosk. Why not just post a sign stating must use kiosk. No refills on soft drinks or coffee.

Worst experience as they always give half cup of mcflurry. They charge for full but always fill the cup upto half.

My hashbrown taste burnt or they havent changed the deep fryer oil. I had to wait 5 minutes to take my order and then sat 10 minutes at the window to grab my food. Not happy.

Waited almost 12 minutes for nuggets and fries in drive thru, even though it was well past dinner time. Don't bother using the drive thru here. If you want fast food go anywhere else.

Burger was cold, the bun was dry. I asked for a large fry and got a medium in a large fry box. It was not even half full. The only thing that was ok was the drink. Waste of money.
