They have a new GM, her name is Marketa. She is slowly fixing all the bad things in this store and creating very proactive business again. Good job

Food was soggy, very slow service and rude staff.the tables were all quite dirty. The washroom was cleaner than them.

Yuck.
Crunchy old nuggets. Sooo much salt on the fries, they got tossed when we got home. Never eating here again so gross! Money wasted!

We’ve gone to this MacDonalds for breakfast several times and EVERY TIME they mess up our order. We’ll go elsewhere from now on.

After the Bigmacs shrunk a while back i only go for the chocolate shake.
Super disappointed find myself stuck with a vanilla shake with the tiniest amount of chocolate sauce.
Hoping this is just another bad mcdonalds location and not the updated chocolate shake.

Was here yesterday and gave it 5 star's for being clean well ran. Well today was totally different. Had cold hotcakes and sausage. Had to go back to ask for utensils, butter, syrup and napkins. Sad

Sometimes the wait for a cashier is a bit long, but the food is always hot and made correctly. Incredibly fast to get the food after ordering, especially at breakfast hours.

Got 2 sandwiches at 830pm
The bott buns were hard as a rock and the patties were luck warm. Was super dissatisfied.

Have been once, probably won’t ever go again.
Vanilla iced coffee tastes like you’re literally just drinking liquid sugar. Also expect a cup full of grinds at the bottom.

Very disappointed in the manager at this location. Takes his sweet time getting to the til, to the point I almost walked out because I was tired of waiting to place my order. Told me he'd be right with me 4 times. I had to ask for my change, and he took a very long time to even start my order. I was sitting waiting for my drink for about 5 minutes, and that was after I got my food. He is a very rude person and messes up my order almost every single time I go there. When I try to tell him he missed something he looks through my bag then rolls his eyes at me before fixing his mistake. He is the only one not wearing a nametag. I wonder why.

My order was given to the other customer then the customer return it because it wasnt his order and staff gave it to me. Ask for a new one but the staff said it's a new one which is not true.please avoid this place.very disorganized staff.

There wasn't any clean tables. So we had to go to one another customer cleaned for himself & was done. I'm smelling mold.and they got two orders wrong. A window shade was broken so we were still sitting in the hot sun. 08/20/2022

When in to pick up some food to go, when I got home I realized I did not receive one of the burgers I had paid for.

All I ordered was a Mcnugget Happy Meal for my son. We waited over 20 minutes while people came in, ordered, were served, and left. The drivethrough seemed to be the priority. I finally asked what was going on, and watched my order get out together in under a minute. The manager seemed angry and staff seemed hesitant to ask when they were unsure or stuck. Is this what McDonald's has become?

Quick service, but my bun for hamburger was little soggy. But it was at the time of dinner hour.

The management is not terribly good.

The Macdonalds at Rutherford is 100 times better.

Sort of quick service but really at the expense of quality. How hard is it to actually assemble and wrap a few burgers.all the burgers were a mess and it looked like would chuck in a piece of paper then throw in the burger on top with no effort made to wrap it.

The location is not the best, also staff is always suffering from the lack of enough people to keep the place running smoothly

I ordered a quarter pounder with chesse, the pattie was dry and old. The slowest mcdonalds in the island.

Forgot 1 of my burgers but rest of order was spot on even with complicated mods on my order and everything was fresh and tasted good little cheap on lettuce but it was fresh

The staff are incredibly busy there, making it difficult to ask them any questions, and when I did get to ask about food items (I'm allergic to eggs) they said they couldn't sell me a sausage mcmuffin (no egg) meal. That I would have to buy everything separate. I personally will be going back, only because I'm addicted to fast food. If I wasn't I'd go eat somewhere healthier.

Been asked to hold and then waited for multiple cars arriving after me to be served before being acknowledged again. Regularly served frappes/smoothies missing an inch or more below the fill line. When asked to fix mistakes staff will just say "well do you want it or not? "
Disappointing service even for fast food.

The fries were hot, the staff were polite, but my large fries were only about 60% full. Thanks a lot.

Food was freshly cooked at 9pm. The place is clean. Only downside is washroom is closed at 8pm but dining is open until 10pm

Stopped by right before departure to the main land. Kids received coke instead of asked milk. Coke is considered a junk food, so it went into the garbage right away. Pancakes did not have maple syrop which is contrary to what is shown on photos and our experience at other MacDonald locations. Coffee was definitely not fresh and went into the garbage as well.

The restaurant is located right before ferry departure terminal, so I assume no customer would go back and present all "findings" to MacDonald personal.

Do not use this MacDonald location.

Slow service and if you look at their machines they are pretty dirty. Use of fountain machine by customers is not very Covid safe

6 tries in a row no smoothies. Why offer if you done stock? Also milkshakes are maybe one day a week. Worst McDonald’s in town.

This location doesn't seem to have a clean up strategy for their drive through when patrons litter, the garbage just accumulates. There should be an employee or a hired custodian to clean the mess as its an eye sore in the community. We all live in the community. You can do better McDonalds.

Decent iced coffee. Food is usually old and wait time can be upwards of 10 minutes. Thus is the fast food restaurant

This place is great for the 60% of the population who are overweight. Gotta love it when the majority of the population gets diabetes from eating here.

We need you Nanda Chicken. Its Way better than your generic KFC menu and the chicken is crazy moist on the inside while being super crispy on the outside. I will bring my relatives there when they come to visit. When you see Koreans eating there then you have to also take this into consideration. The reason is because that place has got thier recipe down to the precision of laser guided missile. It was so darn crispy.thankyou Nanda.

The hours state this McDonald’s closes at 12, we were in the drive though line up at 11 about to give our order when we were told to wait one minute, someone came out 10 minutes later and told us it was closed and gave no explanation

Top crummy Mcd i have ever seen. 20 minutes waiting, even though they don’t care about customers. I don’t know why they are in the business.

Order taker at drive-thru was really rude; basically insulted me and my wife because we asked if they had the McRib as advertised on TV (later found out that it was advertised on a United States channel and was not carried in Canada restaurants)

My burger bun had speckles of some kind of parchment cooked into it. The meat patty was soo salty. It was really gross. And they forgot the cheese on the other burger. Very dissapointing it was an order for two mcdoubles not rocket surgery.

If you can, go to another Macdonalds or any other place to eat. There is one employee that has been there for years and it's always rude whenever an issue comes up. Most of the time they get the wrong order (something small like wrong size order or they forget something)

Me and my son are fans of the egg mcmuffins. My son always enjoys their smoothies and the coffee isn't bad

An absolute joke. Only wanted a milkshake, after paying $4.00 for a medium (crooks!), it only took them 12 minutes to tell me that the machine wasn't working.

My opinion of McDonalds inTerminal Park has plummeted from a +7 to a -10.
I would assume that with the COVID restrictions there would be an effort to meet customer requirements.
Alas, this is not so.
A simple order such as a coffee and a muffin seems impossible to screw up, but believe me, they can accomplish it. A simple request such as a heated muffin with butter required three attempts. Imagine having to make a special request for a napkin. It seems that the mask is covering their ears.
If possible, avoid Terminal Park McDonalds.

It's McDonalds! Same as always, you drive up, order, pay, park and eat your meal in 5 mins. Not much more to say.

I’m not sure why but every time we have come over the past at least year and half, all our orders are wrong and we don’t leave until we check orders. Then we have to wait and get our real orders. Just heads up if you want McDonald’s, double check and have extra time to wait for real orders.

9/10 times will mess up your food. Make extra sure to have the repeat your order back at least twice. And check the bag before you leave to make sure it's actually semi warm as they are notorious for soggy cold fries.

This McDonald's is my favorite place to go even though it's not closest to were I live. The staff are fantastic to my wife and I when we go there and the place is continuously cleaned these days. Always a 5 star experience for us here.

My friends and I just left White Sails and hit this McDonald's on the way home. Between the wonderful lady calling us 'babe' and just being an absolutely wonderful woman, our food was next level. Hot fries, fresh buns, crispy nugs, all of the sauce we could want, you bet we were absolutely tickled. Will be back.

How's this place survive with all the bad reviews. Same deal. Ordered skip and it was absolute garbage. Wow

Really poor service waited almost 15 minutes to get my order staff have no idea what they are doing. Will not go back to this McDonald's again

Comfortable seating, could have a better taste in music. Always someone new at the register. It makes sense to be patient with them and you'll be served rather quickly.

15 minutes and a few people who ordered after me served.they rushed my order when I asked about it (while kind and good people service) I was given fidge cold pie.and a melted milkshake.

Compared to some other locations (in the area), this visit to the Terminal Mall location was the fastest and the most efficient service i have had in awhile! Food was hot and fresh and the entire order was correct! I am still in shock. This doesn't happen at the Bowen Road location.ever. I will be switching locations for my morning coffee now. Bye Bowen Rd (location), i hope you shut down soon.

Surprisingly ok for coffee. Wish they had a few more healthy choices for brekie lime they do.in the UK for example

Hazel was our server and she was most excellent. She not only asked to take our order but also offered us table service (which we declined because that's weird). Restaurant was clean and organized.

This McDonald’s is a mess. Half the time they don’t have ice cream or shakes the food is always cold and drive thru is always forever. No point of going there if you are in a hurry. Also it’s suppose to be 24 hour drive they but every LAte night I go it’s closed so I just don’t bother going anymore

Only rating 1 star because you can’t rate 0. Been there so many times expecting better service and every single time I’m disappointed. Also sign says 24/7 but is always closed by 10 or 11 every single day. Not sure why any of the McDonald’s are advertised as 24/7 drive through when they all close between 10-11. The worst experience was a couple of weeks ago. Went through the drive through with my boyfriend and a couple of friends. Not a hard order, and it wasn’t busy inside or in the drive through, just a couple of burgers and fries and 3 sodas. Waited for 20 minutes. Got home and opened the bag; all Monopolies were RIPPED off of our sandwiches, drinks, and fries, patties were dry and burnt, buns were burnt, order was completely wrong. Asked for the receipt with the meals and received no receipt. Called the location to see if we could get a refund and they said a full refund and they’d remake the whole order. Went back and the lady at the register, Hannah, said they wouldn’t give a refund and could only remake one of the meals since they ‘didn’t have the order in the system. ’ We tried to explain we asked for a receipt and didn't get one and that we were told on the phone we’d get a refund, she was pretty rude considering we were very calm and nice to her about it. After not knowing what to do, my lovely boyfriend saw all of the managers sitting at a table on their computers and decided to just talk to them since Hannah wasn’t doing too much for us. He asked if any of them were the boss. One stood up and brought my boyfriend to the side and they chatted. The second assistant manager, Bobby, explained McDonalds doesn’t do refunds (even though we were told on the phone we’d get our full refund) but after explaining everything they ended up remaking the entire order with no charge. Still cold and pretty dry.
Then went again today, it was slow inside and in the drive through once again, went through the drive through for quicker service since we had groceries and frozen food in the trunk and it took 20 minutes yet again, for a wrap, fries, and 3 burgers. They had 7 cars behind us pull in and park (even though it was still quiet in the sit down area) waiting and a car with 4 people in it had two full bags of food given to them when they had parked 10 minutes after us.
We definitely will never return to this location considering every experience there has been terrible.
Overall terrible service, always dirty inside, long waits for ‘fast food’, and usually cold/dry/burnt food. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

Very slow service due to high staff turn over, expensive too with many low income homeless drug addicts wandering around.

Rude employees in drive through, more often than not food is forgotten, seem they somehow always add extra charges that shouldnt be there.

It's a great place to get some great deals on food I use the app it's amazing they show me the specials every day and I love the ice cream

In span of a month and a half they have messed up ever every single order at least once. 5 ordered messed up with something missing or someone else's burger. This last order that I just got they put everything but the hamburger pattie on a cheese burger. The most important component to a burger and they forgot.

This location is a lot better than the one on Bowen, you don't have to wait a couple minutes for them to take your order. Friendly staff.

The food was typical of McDonalds, we had breakfast on a Tuesday morning at 10am. I am only giving one star because the dining room was filthy. Front line staff were looking at cell phones when there was not a single clean table in the restaurant. Floors and chairs were disgusting. I did not venture into the bathroon.

Slow, slow, slow.if you don't mind waiting for a long time for your fast food and having it cold when you finally get it.
