Great as far as macdonalds go, never wrong orders though I always take the drive through and can get your fancy coffee and strawberry milkshakes not like the one in walmart. Bigger drive out too than the one down the road.

Worst McD's experience ever. Staff didn't know what they were doing. Order was totally wrong. And access to this restaurant is ridiculous. Never again

What a terrible spot to go its crazy and run down even though it's not very old mainly from the excessive traffic. Need 1 more to alleviate the excess of customers

Yummy fries, fast food.it's a Don's so I'm not sure what needs explaining.sometimes they mess up your order but thats just part of the fun right

Very quick service. Blonde woman with top knot was super energetic and was super nice. Amazing, since I know people are so nasty right now.

Service was terrible. Manager stood and looked at us for 10 minutes before we could even order. Will never go back

Same old same old. It's McDonald's nothing ever changes. I was on the highway and needed a quick bite. So I hit one place for breakfast and 500 miles away hit another one for dinner LOL

Probably one of the only places to get fresh fries about 80% of the time. Service is Probably one of the worsts around in the morning, they'll forget about you in the drive thru and you will have to call the restaurant just to get someone to bring you your food or just to take your order. Good luck coming here in the morning.

You don't come to McDonald's for the food - something I'm reminded of after each visit. This trip was no exception.

Terrible experience. The staff missed one of my order completely and spent lots of time to deal with the manager.

Got some else's order for the take out food and only 1 drink out of 3 was correct. So typical mcd's.

The most whitest town I’ve ever seen in canadian history. Country music plus no masks plus big food portions, pretty much Texas in Canada

It's always OK I've had much better burgers but for much much more money so if you're on a budget this is your choice

This location is always busy whenever I am there. The staff are working hard for the money. Food is what you expect from a McDonald's restaurant.

Ridiculously slow whether you go through the drive thru or inside. Didn't get a fork for the poutine. Fries were missing.

Typical McDonald's right off the hiway, truckstop style feel. There is a park to eat at for kids.

Horrible wait times. 30 minutes! Bathrooms are not attended to. Awful experience will not stop there again.

The one thing I like most about McDonald's in Canada is the consistent quality of their Egg McMuffin

Always amazing. This place knows good customer service. I went inside and it was so fast and friendly!

Incredibly busy and filthy during rush hours. Tables and washrooms were not cleaned and the line up was chaotic. The staff are obviously overworked and overwhelmed by the crowds at such a small location. Avoid the parking lot at all costs during rush hours as the lineup of drive thru customers will make it impossible for you to exit

This rating has nothing to do with the food. This location is a pretty dirty and overly busy McDonalds. It is not the staff's fault as they were all working hard, it is just an overly busy location and they may need to hire more people. The washrooms and restaurants were disgusting, overcrowded lineups and full of flies. The wait for 2 coffees took 20 mins. I cannot imagine eating here as we only got coffee. Go somewhere else instead.

Over charged me. I asked why it cost so much and they said it was correct I payed then proceeded to the next window and where I told my reciept would be, never recieved it. Went into the establishment and asked for my reciept I was overcharged aggressively. NOT OK! Also you should provide ever customer with a reciept the manager literally picked up 30 reciepts from the printer that were not given to customers. BE CARFEUL IN THIS TAP DRIVE THRU CULTURE. LOOK AT YOUR RECIEPTS AND WHAT U ARE PAYING FOR.

We passed by around 10: 30 on July 11th and were served and greeted by a Moroccan girl and two Tunisian guys. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, and we had a very positive experience. The customer service we received was top notch and the fresh food made our evening much better. Thank you guys!

Just stopped for a large diet coke, 3$. They wouldn't let me use the washroom. Got in the truck, drove away took a drink and realised they gave me rootbeer. Anyone who stops here on their way through on HWY 1 knows its a complete hassle to turn around given the access. Not a happy customer.

Not impressed. Forgot my hubby's burger last night, and our kids orange juices this morning. Things we paid for and did not receive. This must be happening regularly, as it happened twice to us in the last 24 hours.

If you don't want customer come in it buy food and refill drink and only had 1 stall washroom open because covid. Why don't you lock the main door keep the drive thur open.

Every part of the order was incorrect. For example ordered a mint tea, received a green tea, charged for 2 English muffins when I ordered 1 etc. McDonald's prices are not worth the quantity you receive for the exchange of your money.

Great service. I had my hands full with food and a toddler and they walked my drinks out to my car with no hesitation

Who doesnt serve lunch at 11pm? Then argue with me that I didnt order 2, meals, I know how many people are in my vehicle. Rule 1 on drive through have 2 people operating at lunch time and you might not be so distracted handing out the window, and taking orders at the same time.

On jan 10 2021 approximately 8: 45 pm i was travelling through revelstoke and decided to use my coupons i had recieved in the mail. I used the one for a big mac fries and drink for 6.49 + tax. When i was 3/4 finished my big mac i noticed a stringy substance hanging out of my sandwich about half a foot long which i pulled out of the sandwich. I immediately went to the front door and asked the manager at the time what he thought that it was and he had no answer. I was completely horrified not knowing where that came from. The manager told me he would get me another one, i couldnt eat it and felt like vomiting I will never eat at mcdonalds ever again, it was disgusting. I wish i would have taken a picture but it was dark out and i was too upset!

Food was decent.manager was nice like from Germany or something. I had to wait hella long for food. It happens I suppose.

Food was not what I expected even from McDonalds. Bathroom was filthy.
Staff was very friendly though.

Their service is great but I missed one of my free hot drinks scans through the app. So, that was kind of "meh".

The hamburgers tasted burned dried out would say this has to be the worst hamburger ever from McDonald's the filets of fish was cooked twice and it was cold, you would think 1 of the 2 would be eatable. Now i now you can have a bad day i might try you again

This was the best McDonald's experience I have ever had I ordered a mcchicken and there was barily any lettuce on it I brought it up and no questions asked they replaced it threw in an apple pie and brought my family out of the blue 4 ice cream cones the managers here and employees know what customer service is and I recommend this McDonald's to anyone

Must say that in these stressful times of flue seasons the Revelstoke McDonald's is doing a great job to insure over and beyond cleaning is being done to protect you!

Terrible service truck driver just trying to get a burger for some reason McDonald's thinks they need my credit card number name just for a burger. Service was a little slow and did not get full order. As this is a highway side restaurant not surprisingly we were already on the highway before we noticed the missing items.

Ok so for the number of times I’ve critiqued a McDonalds before it’s time that if I have a good experience to say something about it. The STAFF did it tonight for my visit.
Props to them for the service I received at 5: 58 today. The staff were on point and helpful. They helped every customer while I was their with a smile and cleaned everything they touched. Followed what I can only assume is procedure and still had time to make sure everyone had what they needed. It’s the little things like handing me my drink as soon as it was made and a straw (So I didn’t have to take three steps and get my own, many other ok locations would have just pointed in the direction where I could get my own) helping customers to the table with there orders for the individual before me. They also clearly had set up for a child’s birthday party and either the parents or the staff had done quit the job and still had the restaurant sending out orders quickly. My fries were as full as you could get a container and the alterations to my order were exactly as requested with out missing a beat. For as often as I have to stop at McDonald’s I will definitely be ok with coming here again! Corporate if you read The reviews management on tonight deserves recognition for running an excellent crew!

Food was great, a bit different than in the states, but friendly staff, hot food that was quick for a stop while on a road trip. Loved it as prices were fair for a quick pick and run brrakfsst.

The staff were friendly, and the place was clean, despite the nasty weather. As like any McDonalds, the food was alright, not amazing, but not bad, its McDonalds.

Its fast food chain for getting breakfast.brunch.lunch and dinner. Prefer to order by app than in person as its take forever if you dine in. They give quick service for customers in drive through and those who have app. Please please give respect to those customers who wait in the line for long.

This McDonald's has a self order kiosk. This is an excellent way to actually order what you would like, and to avoid having to deal with the permanently annoyed teenage counter person who seems unable to listen.

Unfortunately, they still have the usual kitchen staff, including a drive thru girl who went from taking money, to assembling hamburgers with her bare fingers, to making fries, back to taking money, to bagging food.wiping her hands on the butt of her pants seemingly in between every move, and who never washed those hands once in the time I stood in line waiting for my order to be carelessly thrown together.

The fries tasted like very rancid oil, even with ketchup. And they were barely warm. Couldn't eat them at all, 20 minutes later that's all I can taste. Speaking of ketchup, fruit flies were all around the dispenser.

We were supposed to get table service they called us up to pick up her order then gave us the wrong order then corrected the order and it still wasn't right

This is what I like to call my AB drive pit stop. When I am here, I always go to this branch, as they have never failed me with the service and the food.long drives are hard sometimes.
