Service is too bad and staff is very rude. I asked for refill drink the lady on counter replied with aggression and very rude to me. I ordered my meal for eat in they gave my order for take out and when i ask for replacement they denied me. Worst experience with store

Service was to bad.they have to be put more efforts on customer services. We ordered eat in they gave us take out why is that many of the workers are working there so why these things happening they should more focus on work not even on gossips.

I guess you get what you pay for, went through the drive thru and after ordering and paying was told to go park around the other side of the building and someone will bring out my food.
Pull around and all the parking stalls where I was told to park are full so I pull up just across from them with my hazard lights on.
I waited 10 minutes for my food and started to get a bit annoyed it was taking so long.
Decided to go in to see why it was taking so long and now I am even more annoyed as a drive thru customer.
Get inside and stood at the till for another couple of minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there, I asked for my food and the first person did not know where the food was then another guy came up and asked me if I ordered a Bigmac which I did and he went to grab my food, as he handed me the bag I ask if they're still fresh, as I have waited close to 15 minutes for my fast food, he says it will be fine it has been under the heat lamp.

Of course I get home and the food is cold why would I expect any other result from this place, the really sad thing is I come here almost everyday for a coffee and am a really good customer looks like Tim Hortons will be getting my daily coffee business and I would recomend anyone else getting terrible service to find a new place as well.

Don't order anything with chicken in it or you will be waiting 20 minutes for your food.

They guys have to re learn about how to make wraps or or how to wrap it and about the food, if someone ordered grilled chicken they gave crispy must re learn, even don't deserve 1star

Worst place ever they didn’t listen to coustmer and still argument I told them please make fresh muffin and I opened it after 5 minutes and it was cold and call them back and they said you took food 15 minutes ago. Thanks for your amazing service.

Got half a order they forgot my burger a super cold poutine a hair in my fries it’s gross!

First time in 10 yrs, went with 2 new coupons to get breakfast, which said breakfast served all day.it was 11.30 am.they told me the mcmuffin sausage, bacon, egg does not go with the coupon.ok
but no often to add it for a little more cash, fine.i changed it to just sausage and another just bacon with hash browns but then the manager said they don’t do hash browns after 11 am.i told them to cancel my order tks.won’t be back to mac donald’s again for another 10 yrs.no impressed.wouldn’t recommend mac donald’s to anyone.

Always missing items. You must check your bag before you knave drive thru. Happens too often. Today missing all sauces that I asked for, kids crying in back of car I've already pulled away and am driving. Check orders before you hand to customers! Not too difficult to understand. And I was charged for the sausea I never recieved.

We asked the people working there three times to clean the table in front of us, but they were completely indifferent

I'll be honest, I haven't always had great experiences with this particular location in the past. This visit was good. The food was hot and tasted fresh, the restaurant was clean and uncrowded.

Every time i go to this location they forget part of the order in the drive thru.
This time i got home before i found out i was missing 1 whole meal and had to go back to get it.
I never got a receipt given so it was hard to prove but they finally gave me the meal.

McDonald's could improve on customer service in general. No matter where you go, the staff is mostly absent from the front and queues form up quickly. Pocket friendly items that taste really good.

I go here every morning for my tea and I have to say it's always a pleasure to see the ladies that work the drive through in the mornings. Always happy and smiling, super polite and very fast service. I am not sure the name but one lady has a smile face drawn on her mask and she always makes me smile and is super friendly and always polite.

I have no time today but I am writing a review and my hard schedule my sister got sick it has been only two days she got from another country to the Canada she got sick at work her coworker told me that she got sick I booked a cab from Vancouver to the Langley to just ask her how sick sick is she because nobody answered the phone. I already had called a lot of time on the landline number which was not picked up by the manager and when I explain the whole scenario to the manager (Simran) she came up with a very sick attitude so I kindly request to the seniors to teach her little curtsey how to talk. She was manager at night time.

Excellent service, i was here today for lunch and i ordered a double quarter maple but unfortunately a normal quarter maple arrived, the manager immediately made me a double and without charging me extra, really nice

Ordered via Soothed shes, and they attached an entire page asking for a review to the bag. They forgot an entire McGriddle with extra bacon from my order, and there was no donut in the bag that was mentioned on the paper. Lol, why even offer it?

Oh, and this location doesn't answer the phone. I was going to just drive down and pick up the sandwich and tried to call them first.

Poor management, results in poor product. Then on top poor customer service.

Drove here cause the other 24hr Mcdonald was closed. My mission to obtain a delicious Mcdonald at 1am was a success due to this place

Rating one star for one sole reason - their night crew. I’ve given them a chance a few times and have been completely disappointed with their service and professionalism in what their job is. That crew should get disciplined, hands down.

I drive a large truck for work and I was refused service at the drive thru and at the door. The employees told me to go to Wendy's. I wont be back

Great drive thru experience. Very speedy and accurate. I was expecting to have a long wait, but the cars were continuously moving. I didn't get late in the morning rush.

I can only speak for the drive-thru at this location. Sometimes there is a long wait but there are 2 order stations and the lines moves pretty fast. No one made an error on any of my orders.

Standing and placing our order with two employees that English seemed to be their second language the order was nearly completely wrong when delivered. Ordered again and when delivered was in separate parts, not hot and tables looked like they were not cleaned or sanitized. Not going back!

Tried the chicken BLT and a Habenero Mcchicken.both were meals. The blt was over cooked and the bun was burnt, the mcchicken was just as bad! Fries were not good either and they are still using plastic straws, we will never eat at another Mc Yucks again

My dad went there on his lunch break and ordered 2 burgers. He ate one and then noticed something quite disturbing on the second one. This is absolutely disgusting. I can’t believe he was about to eat this and to think he ate a burger prior and could have had the exact same bun is appalling. When he called they told him all the buns are fresh lol just a PSA to check your food before you consume it.

Great experience here. Service was quick. Long drive thru line up. I did mobile order and picked up inside instead. Wasn't super busy inside but manager kept people on their toes and alerted staff if anyone was waiting at counter.

Not very good experience. Need better management especially on night because no one have idea what they are doing. So need some better leader in order to manage wisely

Awful customer service. We got wrong change back and asked for receipt, they threw away our receipt and we were told that we need to pull over cause we are holding up the line and that usually people who order drinks dont ask for a receipt. In the end we left without our correct change or the receipt.

My experience is it's impossible to get hot food when you go through the Drive Thru after 10: 00 PM.

As they are taking your order you can even let them know your last 2 orders were cold burger and cold fries could they please give you a hot burger and fries this time, but NO you still get cold burgers and fries.

Last night they didn't even have anyone working the Drive Thru order booth.

They block drive through and lock doors. Ñot 24 hours service. FALSE ADVERTISEMENTNOT OPEN 24 HOURS. Food is usually cold when I get home 2 blocks away.

Go inside. Drive thru has one person. Order is slow. Burger was much less warm than a normal McGut bomb. Go inside!

This place messed up my order so bad. Missing burgers -
Missing toys for the kids - Add toppers to the cheese burger for my kid when I asked to have it off -
Tried calling the store and no answer then when to media to get an answer and was told the store would get in touch and nothing. They don't care about the customer at all. I haven't and won't be back.

The food was cold no clean tables and the bins hadn't been emptied and it wasn't because it was bizzy

It's McDonald's.but they have the best Earl Grey Tea I have ever tasted, I actually crave it! Enjoy

Hmmm, I'm on the fence with this rating. This location is a mess at the best of times but the food served is what anyone would expect from McDonalds. I don't normally eat inside but today I chose to. The inside was a quite a mess. Tables full of garbage and less fortunate members of society littered the back corners. Not sure which families left the majority of the tables looking like trash heaps but please note, these kids are NOT your maids. Get off your lazy @$$ and toss your own garbage. I had the fish and chips and I have to say I was disappointed. If I had to sum it up it's basically a Fillet-o-fish patty, battered in Chicken Nugget batter with McChicken sauce, as "tater". It's more or less a rehashed version of everything McDonalds currently serves, nothing novel. Was it bad? No. Would I order it again? No. I wanted to try the new menu option and it was not for me.

Sign clearly states 24hours we arived at 1am to be told sorry no service. We asked why the server said i dont need to reply to that. I asked is i walk through drive through will you serve me. She replied okay that will be fine. After 5 mins of standing at the drive through she said sorry i cant serve you. Again i asked why she again said i dont need to reply to that. Then threatened to call the police after a moment she said sorry for the threat.

Staff is usually nice but just went through drive through and almost every time something is wrong. Ordered an egg sandwich and yet there was no egg. Of course I dont notice till I get back to work. Ugh

You order something and you get something else after long time that your family are finished with their food. This experience was for the first time but probably I wont go there again.

Not fast. Not clean. Order not right and generally cold when received. Certainly one of the lesser McD's experiences.

Service was good and my order was ready on decent time' and i think from the time i walled in to the to i left with my food to go.i was out of there within 10 min. My order was easy though. I ordered 4 plain hamburgers 2ea for my 2 pitbulls. Thats their when theyr good and they get that once a month. I get a shake. L'OL

Understand its busy i work at mcdonalds to but took 30mins for my food my number was skiped over apparently they put it off to the side behind the counter and never called my nunber i was at the front counter whole time waiting.

Soo discusted with the meal they gave for a child. I understand one or two fries being a little over cooked.not half the bag.the burger might aswell been made by the junkie in the washroom.that was passed out on the toilet on my visit.so discusted that didnt even waste my time going in to complain.its never anyone's fault none accepts responsibility for a poor job rendered

Always check your order. Few times have something missing, got home and my plain sausage and egg bagel was a everything bagel.

You get what you have come to expect from McDonalds. Fast service, though the ordering was a bit difficult. I speak 2 languages, English being one of them, and unfortunately the employee and I couldn't find a mutual communication level and resulted in my order having a few mistakes.

Past that mutually shared misunderstanding, there was food wrappers and spilled beverages on a few tables, and remained that way until the point I left 15 minutes later.

Was 20 minutes from speaker to window, for 2 cheeseburgers and a medium fries. I would've bailed, but l was boxed in. Unacceptable.

It's McDonald's. They have burgers, the app is still buggy and needs constant restarts to get a single order in

Always a good place to get a bite and a coffee. Service was good and friendly and the atmosphere was a little noisy, kids having fun.

There was an employee running around making monkey noises and dunking on other co-workers. Was good entertainment while eating some subpar food at best.

Great front counter service, however the people making sandwiches can't read. I had the wrong order twice before I just stopped caring and accepted I've lost my eight dollars.

Do yourself a favor and just avoid this McDonald's.

Kind of funny to be honest. Ive never had my order get screwed up so many times in one visit.by the third time i gave up, as my lunch break was over. Didnt even get to eat.oh well. I feel bad for the manager. Even she was embarrassed by the fact that her staff couldnt get a mcdouble right.seriously though a mcdouble with one patty? How tf do u do that? I want what theyre smoking. Lol

They always forget sauce for skip the dishes and my drink was spilt when I got it today. Staff seem not to care about skip the dishes orders.

It was at the Bypass and the staff were of etnuc faction which caused some communication issues. Otherwise good

Worst McDonald's ever! We never have ever had an order correct. I feel like the business is overwhelmed with McDonald's delivery. They put so much care and attention in that that our order was carelessly made. I am so disappointed as it isn't cheap.
