Staff barely understands English and completely messed up my order for drive through. Manager wasn’t much help at all since I used code to order and that’s considered as mobile order so all the extra unnecessary food was not able to be canceled. Inside is always dirty every time I’ve been here. They do not care for cleanliness at all

Very worst experience, staff does not have sense to talk with customer’s specially on drive thru. Why these ladies work if they don’t want to talk nicely.they should sit home if they can’t do good customers service.even I don’t want to give them one star.

The lady who was working on 26 July around. 9.50 pm.at online order pick up side don’t now how to speak with customer means full of rude behaviour.

Managers doesn't know how to manage the staff, and can't even do the multi tasking.
We went for breakfast in drivethru and it's Breakfast Rush. I don't why would they position only one ordertaker for 2 DT- lanes. It should never happen! That's why there is 2 lanes, and should have 2 order takers especially in rush hours. I was already in the menu board to place an order but no one is answering so i went directly in the first window to place an order. And the lady staff in the window has the audacity to tell me "why i didn't place the order in advance, it's busy and she's alone doing the order taker''
So i asked her why are you order taking for 2 lines, that shouldn't be happening, but she just told me to tell the manager. I went to tge 2nd window to pick up my order and saw the manager. And she's not even wearing a DT headset, i told her to help and do multi task, manager should know better! And
re-train your staff of proper customer service!

The reason makes MacDonald great is because of they have play place and my kids love to come here. We came pretty often. 3 out of 5, we don't feel the AC is on at playplace. My kids are complaining its too hot to play. We as parents also feel very stuffy inside because there is no AC and windows here! We asked the one of the staff, she was very nice and helpful. She told us the AC is on auto mode and she can't change that. Therefore, she took a chair and open the door connect to the main rating area. It made the temperature of the room cool down a bit and we are appreciated it

Manager, please change the auto setting of the AC in order to give customers a better dine in experience.

Every time when I come around 3 am after my work they always say our system s updating and we are not serving. If you guys don’t want to serve at this time then just change your logos of drive-thru open 24 hours.

I recently had an experience at McDonald’s, and unfortunately, it left much to be desired. On multiple occasions, I faced long wait times of around 24-30 minutes for my takeout orders. The lack of timely service was disappointing. When seeking assistance, I encountered a lack of responsiveness and received different answers from different staff members, which was quite confusing.

Moreover, I observed that some of the staff seemed more interested in socializing and having fun rather than attending to the customers. This left an impression of a lack of supervision and proper training.

While I understand that busy times can be challenging, it’s crucial for a fast-food establishment like McDonald’s to maintain a standard of attentive service and professionalism. I hope that my feedback reaches the management and leads to improvements in the overall customer experience.

It’s my second visit neither the people know how to speak English neither they try the listen but respond with egoistic gesture and tone. In return they will ask you to wait and you wait for extended time and in return you receive distorted items. Uneven servings

Went through the drive through and was pleasantly surprised at how polite and attentive the drive through staff were! Made my day!

Haven't been there in years, place was clean, however, the food was greasy and the coffee was bitter.

I ordered cheeseburger yesterday around 7: 40pm. And it was disgusting, the patty inside the cheeseburger smell so bad.they are serving the food that one is expired. First wait long in line up and get expired food for nothing! Worst experience ever!

Worst mcdonalds ever. Ordered a poutine literally got a few fries a teaspoon of gravy and no cheese curds. How incompetant do you have to be to not make a mcdonalds meal correctly.

I ordered 2 spicy habanero mcs and 2 medium fries but we received this nuggets and small fries. Very bad service

I would tell Macd is really doing good. Clean place, good people at counter and food, in decent price. I would tell quite cheap.

Ordered two happy meals paid for two extra sweet and sour sauces didnt even get the one that comes with happy meal

You can taste the difference between this mcdonalds and others. The manager needs to be replaced/ retrained. How many people have not come back and gone elsewhere because the bad management, bc you can add me to the list.

This is the worse mcdonalds in surrey I request my food fresh on multiple occasion. It is always stale like a brick and by the time I realize its to late this place needs to step it up I would give 0 stars if possible

Asked for jr.chicken extra pattry with fresh meat woah! Paid for the extra patty had a sticker on it of xtra patty but what i see no extra patty in in burger. Cheers. This is third time it happened to me in this mcdonalds.

McDonalds.what can you say? Unfortunately, this one is quite slow going through the drive-thru. The side I went through, was really bad as I don't think the speaker worked. Last time, it was the other side. Finally the guy in front decided to just go through and I followed suit. Mentioned at the first window, where I placed my order. She seemed not concerned at all.

The customer service was not pleasing at all. I came at am and I asked for 2 junior chickens and then I paid by tap.when I got my order it was 2 Mc chickens as well. When I went back they wouldn't listen and kept arguing that I ordered 2 Mcchickens. You don't fight against the customer. Solve the problem

Probably the worst McDonald’s in BC. This is my 4th time I live very close to restaurant and whenever I order food online it is completely cold and some items are missing like today there was missing straw and order arrived just in 3 minutes but the fries were extremely cold and I threw them in the bin. The complaint regarding poor management and customer satisfaction should be done to the owners.

They are so busy catering to Uber and skip the dishes it's maddening. I was only one ordering all I wanted was a pop. But I had to wait cuz of all the takeout orders. Until I voiced my opinion and asked.anyone working the counter? After 10 mins someone finally came. Poor service to say the least!

The staff at this location is fantastic! Came for a Jr. Chicken meal and Gurleen gave fantastic service and made sure everything was up to standard. Will definitely be coming here again!

I am a front line worker and my partner and I came through the drive thru in our uniform during our shift and was having trouble retrieving the pick up code on the app and the staff was super rude and stated that without a code we cant come through the drive thru instead of helping us look into the issue. They then told us to pull forward and kept us waiting for half an hour. We finally got the mcdonalds app to work again and went around the drive thru and they had given our order to another car. They once again told us to pull forward without a single apology when they very well recognized us and brought the food after another wait without a single act of customer service the very least an apology. Terrible service today.

No one was on the speaker in drive through. Then another employee told to to wait in the parking spot without confirming my order. Another bought me wrong order. I have to put my mask on and walk to the counter inside the store to get my order.

I don’t suggest anybody to go there, and order the food. Even for pick up delivery drivers. I was there to pick the food. Was online order. There is a lady name as ‘GARIMA A’ she shout on me so loud. I was just being silent. Even not one time two time. When i ask whats wrong, she replied me, whats wrong.i m manager here.i said what, i doesn’t matter for me, i m ur customer.how will your crew members work then.if u working like. That. If you need a review for McDonalds I would suggest a review of your life.mostly where it went wrong so badly you needed to find and read a review McDonalds.but hey so no one can say I did not do it here it is.fast food chain. Service varies daily. Order mishaps varies fault. Time to be served is subject to multiple factors (position of the lunar calender etc) so yeah flip a coin. Than eat it or go to McDonalds. We all do once in a while.the ones that do more than that are not around anymore but a happy meal can fix that. With Zoloft

Every time I go there there the ice cream machine is broken and in the drive through they talk in the speaker after 2 minutes

Slowest location ever. Waited almost 20 minutes for my order. Yet Skip the Dishes can come and go with their orders faster than other customers. Not happy at all.

I come here every so often, probably 30-40 times now, because it's around the corner from my home, and they never fail to disappoint. It's like all of the incompetence from all McDonald's locations all over the world is concentrated into this one location. I'm not even mad though. I am quite impressed.

Lots of parking and clean inside. Service is little slow at this location both drivethroug and walk in. Kids playplace is also there.

When my hubby, roomie and I started going to this McDonalds we were very disappointed because it was dirty, our orders were constantly messed up and some of the staff were rude. However my roomie is friends with a supervisor and made a complaint. Shortly after this things changed and now our experiences are great!

I asked for a mcchicken with cheese I got a mchciken with sauce, took the girl a solar eclipse cycle to find it on the menu and then I ask for it to be fixed I get extra lettuce, i went here for fast service all i got was fast anger issues I’m not coming here again

Good accessibility and big location, but a little bit inconsistent in my opinion. Sometimes the food is much better, other times it's cold and not so good.
