Overall it was ok, although fries were cold and stale. Went back in and then had hot fries but cold burger, yay!

Went through the drive in and would like to compliment the staff member training at the window. She was very pleasant and professional to the new staff. It was very busy and I know it's not easy training under that stress. *Thursday Jan 4th approximately 6: 30 pm.

I went in this evening on my way home to pick-up some food, and was met with terrible service & bad food. The ladies at the second window (all three of them) spoke amongst each other when one of them muttered to me to go park in spot 2. There was a long line behind me, I had already waited a long time, and someone else waiting for food at the third window ahead of me. Not to mention, I had another experience at this location where they asked me to pull forward and they FORGOT about me, so I ended up going in and they quickly made my food admitting they had messed it up. Anyway, because of this past experience, I asked how long it would be… they looked at eachother and then told me to go to spot 2. I asked again, approx how long… and they again spoke amongst eachother and shrugged at me and said it’ll be a bit go to spot 2. Then, I just asked for a refund, and one of them got their manager to come and tell me that they’re just waiting on a fresh egg and it’s coming right now and that I’m “allowed to stay at the window”… so weird. Not my question.

Finally got my food and drove away. Just got home and the sausage egg McMuffin I ordered (that allegedly caused this confusion - but on their menu as 24/7 breakfast) had NO cheese. Fine. I bit into it and the egg was FULL of shells. I’m not talking about one piece of shell - I mean it was full. Completely inedible.

Guys, do better. This was a terrible experience, and there was no excuse for it. Communication was poor, and so was execution.

Went to get McDonald’s at 3am as it’s a 24 hour restaurant and was told that all the food machines are broken and they only sell drinks…… make a better lie…

Mcthings were great, 20 nugs were the bees knees gave us an extra sauce, Sam was the best with their order taking

They Constantly keep getting the order wrong! Really disappointed when they miss the toy in the happy meal for my son.

It was my first quarter pounder with cheese after seeing the picture on the menu. Wow. It is not worthy. They made this and a store manager this branch confirmed it is the correct one. I don't think I will get any burgers at McD anymore.

Happy customer. They accidentally made my vegetarian sandwich with bacon, and when I brought it back they promptly apologized, refunded, and remade it. I can understand orders going wrong, and they kindly made it right. They also put a coupon in my bag. I wish every fast food restaurant would be as polite and proficient when an order goes wrong. Thank you.

Worst experience.placed a mobile order only to wait in the drive through for about half an hour to be told that my payment didn't go through because their machines are down. Go pull out cash from an ATM down the block, continue to wait in line another half an hour and they don't even have my order! In fact, they can't even pull up what I had ordered on their computer. I have to reorder the 8 person meal that we had all put in individually on the app to save all this hassle. All told, probably took a good hour to get the food to the car.

And just to top it off, nobody so much as said, "sorry for the inconvenience". I asked if I got any sort of a discount for the huge hassle and he just ignored me. Brutal.

Nothing good comes from Mcdonald and their slow service. I always ask for fresh fries and patties but half the time is ignored. Skip and Uber orders are never ready or on time I MEAN NEVER!

Dining room was closed (website stayed business hour and there was no sigh on the door explaining why they were closed) drive thru was very busy but the wait was not long. Perhaps the rush explains why several items from our order were missing. After calling we were told it would be "replaced" IF we came back the same night.

This has got to be the slowest drive-thru I've been through in years. Plus the fact that there's absolutely zero personality at any of the payment windows or the order retrieval window. It felt like I was being an inconvenience to them to order food

The accessible washroom is not sensory friendly. (This is a challenging pattern with most McDonald's washrooms, including their regular washrooms.) It only has a noisy hand dryer available to dry with, which is a huge barrier to sensitive users. After washing you also have to touch the door handle again; this contradicts basic public handwashing guidelines that recommend using the paper towel you dried with to open the door to exit. The automatic toilet also startles sensitive users and flushes unpredictably, sometimes requiring pressing the button and sometimes it flushing randomly. These ongoing challenges are deterrents to frequenting McDonald's in person.

The app glitches and charged me two burgers but receipt only showed 1 burger, but the workers at this McDonald’s gave me a burger right away without wasting my time!

Really bad for mochas most every time!
They don't mix them and they taste gross.
And most of the time they forget the whipped cream and chocolate sauce.
And.
They havw attitudes most of the time! Chocolate chocolate

This drive thru is a joke Iv been there now 7 times for breakfast and only one did they get my order correct they just seem to give you what ever they want

The girl at the drive thru on Friday was super nice, i complimented her hair since we both did french braids that day and she complimented on my hoodie. So sweet. She had such personable customer service she had me driving away with a smile, i wish i saw her name tag!

Came here at Jan. 6 12: 21 am the guy had a tattoo on his left shoulder area. Charged me for a BBQ sauce for the 5 hamburgers i bought. Lol

EDIT: i asked if the straw was in the bag from past experiences and he said yes and as soon as I get to my destination and start eating. NO STRAW! Common man! I won't be coming to this location again.

The lineup is always extremely long if it’s not long you are still there forever. Also rarely able to get the menu items requested

Reasonably quick for fast food. Forgot to pack the specialty wrap in the bag. Went back 2 minutes later and it was still on the warmer, which I guess was good.

Not impressed. 8 staff, but it appears nobody is supposed to leave the work area to clean. Floor is dirty, tables haven't been cleared and as you can see, the garbage is over-flowing. The guy making the burgers is using his fingers without gloves or using the tongs. My fries were old and were left on the tray while my burger was being made. The girl at the counter couldn't turn her back fast enough when dropping the trays on the counter for customers to pick up.

I get breakfast here a lot. It's consistently good and they get my order right.

It is also a great place to get an emergency 3am cheeseburger.:)

It was slowest driver thru, I've ever experienced. I arrived at 10: 20am place order at 10: 25am, there was 4 trucks in front of me and I waited 20 minutes and had to go, because any of cars weren't moving, why would you put drive thru when you cant service people on time.

Absolute worse service at this location! I ordered a big mac with bacon and no pickles and no onions. I got the opposite of what I ordered. I left and had to drive back through drive through as I have an allergy to pickles. I politely asked if I could have a McChicken sandwich as well for my troubles and they said no. Anyways I have always had a good experience at other mcdonalds but this location was very bad. Clarissa was the person that was at the window. In my opinion they need better service people working that show they value their customers. Very upset with mcdonalds today!

MacDonalds is this coffee or hot water, made with the leftovers after 3 pots were made? So inconsistent.

They trap you in the drive thru and don't let anyone thru. It's the worst feeling ever. The service is often terrible.

I waited 17 minutes in line for a burger that have me 2 minutes of pleasure and then 2 hours of diarrhea. Thanks Ronald.

Like most McDonalds locations lately, it was in a deplorable state.garbage everywhere, a line of cars wrapped around the building in the drive through, 10 minutes (I timed it) to get your order, nobody helping customers at the counter, and no manager to help staff. Food was not prepared right, no gravy on poutine.no cup for the drink. Stay away!

Absolutely disgusting experience. We went to get some dinner and while waiting for the order went to get a table but in the whole dinning room there was not one single table that didn't have garbage. I asked the girl if they could clean up some table so we could sit down, by the time we got our food they still hadn't done anything, so we ended up sitting at a table with left over food having to push it over. I went and asked the girl a second time to please clean and they said they where going to send someone. Meanwhile I m sitting at a table waiting but no one comes. I went to get our drinks and it was all disgusting, no napkins which I had to ask for some, stains, disorder of lids, ketchup etc. When I get to my dinner which was an angus burger I find it was burnt, cold, and an old piece of lettuce, so I return it with my fries which they too where cold and they gave me a new one. While having this horrible dry hamburger next to me a man came up to aagirl that was changing the garbage can and said very nicely if she could clean one of the tables for him and his wife to sit down and her response was wait till I finish this, which was placing the garbage bag! Unreal! She should have said yes of course right away! She took her time! Definitely never again going. Even spoke to a young girl (no more than 20) the manager all she could say was sorry. Horrible experience and unbelievable what McDonald's has changed into. DISGUSTING AND UNACCEPTABLE! ! I have many pictures to prove how dirty the restaurant was.

Usually McDonald's are pretty standard fast and fresh. This particular day we went they had a very busy drive thru so the counter orders where a little delayed. Otherwise the place and staff where amazing.

Drive thru service sucks unless u check your bag most times something is missing or they messed up your order. Inside is brutal line ups to long and only 1 person taking orders.and I find they are getting way to expensive for fast food

Drive thru service is excellent here but stay away from going inside. Very slow, waited 15 minutes for coffee.

This is the third time I've have really slow service and substandard quality food through the drive thru. Never again. This specific place has lost my business.

Had Seriously asiago chicken sandwich.
It had 2 half pieces of bacon, one was all fat. The chicken seemed like it had been cooked an hour previously and then dumped back into fryer. I cannot believe how terrible it was and that they would actually send that out. Are they not taught to serve anything they would not eat themselves? If I had been eating in and not using drive thru I would have thrown it at them. This is absolutely appalling! Shame on you McDonald's. I'm telling everyone I know about this. Where's the manager whose supposed to monitor product quality?

Got to hand it to them. When I ordered ice cream in a cup, I didn't expect this. Been here a couple more times and it wasn't so bad. It's McDonald's, they meet their standards well enough, and aside from this they have been wonderful.

I have rarely been to the drive through where it didn't have MANY cars in both lanes, very slow and going inside is rarely fast.

Brutal service and food at this location. Night staff is horrible and when you go through the drive thru double check your order always! Lot of young people working here and that’s fine but when your manager looks 15 and isn’t sympathetic about screwing up your order cause she’s on her Cel phone.there’s a problem.

Its McDonald's. Auto 3 stars for getting the order processed in good time. Then, another star for getting it right. The last star is to make sure the final product doesn't look like it was put together with a screwdriver and a shoehorn. Sorry, that last star is elusive them.

Seriously the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to (Drive-Thru). Won't complain about orders being wrong here and there, no one's perfect. But really, I don't understand how they're so slow.

This McDonald's is awful. They are slow and mess up my order. They didn't even offer anything to make it up to me. Good thing I check the bags in the parking lot or 1 of my 4 kids would have had no food in their happy meal box. All it had was apples and the toy. I'll be going to another location from now on.

This McDonald's is awful. Rude employees.basic manners are lost on these guys. Always slow. Always out of items. I avoid this McDonald's whenever possible.
