McDonald's

Ordered @ $40 worth of food, including a cup of water. Paid for it at one window, received the food at the next one. No water. When I asked for it, I was informed I had to pay 30 cents extra for the water. I said that was ridiculous and she slammed the window shut and ignored me. Terrible customer service!

Went yesterday and missed an item so we i had to go back and pick it it up. Went again earlier and paid almost $18 and the burger is dry. The cheese is not properly placed in between the burger and the fries are a little soggy.

The workers are surly, the food was poorly assembled. My big mac looked awful. Moreover, my discount wasn’t accepted, however i am Mcdonald’s worker. The only advantage is pretty fast serving.

Absolute worst breakfast service, ordered a bacon and egger and was told the sandwich didn't have an egg as I was driving away with cars behind me, three things to remember, bacon egg and cheese.this is the definition of minimum wage quality.

Wow! What a great store-customer service was top notch-I was just getting a coffee but he upsold me a muffin (good job buddy-ya got me!) and I asked for a water, got the coffee and forgot about the muffin (cause I never get muffins!) and drove off-they beat me to the exit and it was going up to the window all over again! Here is your muffin-have a nice day! Rock stars I tell you! That is great customer service!

I had an amazing employee take my order today. It looked as if they were fairly new, but incredibly competent. It's nice to see the youth of today be great at their positions. They're clearly a bright and dedicated individual.

The cashier whom worked at 430pm July 14th was fantastic.

The food items at this location are extremely carefully prepared and taste very fresh. The employees are very kind. Great location.

Only ever go to McDonalds for a decaf coffee. Tonight they were too lazy to put a pot on for 2 decafs while we are driving through the night. Your service is poor across the country but this was downright rude.

Food itself was fine, service was poor. Ordered at the kiosk - asked for a poutine dish (so my kid could use it to eat as we are travelling) and the staff replied rudely "for what". I proceeded to say for my child to use to eat from as we are travelling. I have never encountered a person asking why when needing an extra cup etc. The question itself was fine but the tone of voice and overall expression of the staff was quite rude.

This resteraunt is very low quality. Even for McDonald's. Machines don't work, fries were underfilled, no ice, ketchup was out, poutine was made sideways, and then cheese was taken directly out of the freezer. Orders were wrong, with simple requests being either ignored or missed, not sure which would be worse. Manager has little people to people skills and will try to ignore your requests for reasonable service. Bathroom door does not shut. Other than that the meal was amazing.

Super busy here all the time! Didn't mess up my order for 6 so that's a huge bonus. Good service.

We visit McDonald's restaurants usually while traveling and this is the best of the best. Food always comes out hot, service is friendly and the store is clean. Highly recommend.

Hand dryer doesn't work in the men's bathroom and no paper towel, looks as if the toilet was leaking from wax seal and they gobbed silicone around the bowl as a fix. If that's the maintenance around there.considering those are both cheap and easy fixes I'm concerned about the kitchen where cost of repairs would be a factor. Do better.

I went specifically for mchappy day. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal, a regular oreo mcflurry, and a medium chai frappe. My total was just over $20. Considering I can go to Boston pizza and get meal for about the same price I was little surprised by how expensive it was. I went through drive through and the two staff I interacted with were super friendly

The (I believe manager) on shift saturday 6/35/2022 needs a raise! We were hauling horses and stopped across the street and couldn’t find water for our horses anywhere. Without hesitation, this man grabbed my large bucket and filled it all the way up for me with a smile on his face. I feel so grateful!

At 10: 45am you are unable to get a burger and fries. Seems very late to be eating breakfast and only offering people that option and no option of lunch

Usually pretty good food, the drive through could use lessons in slowing down a tiny bit and listening before asking, "is that everything" or "is that all"

I asked for spicy habanero.they put the new spicy sauce on it.turns out im allergic to the new sauce.if only they would've given me what I actually ordered. I will never visit this location again because of this.thanks McDonalds.

Absolutely the worst McDonald's breakfast I have ever had. Hash browns cold, English muffin stale and tasted horrible and it was seven AM so no excuse. Avoid at all cost!

Went there for the Monopoly game now nearing the end. All the missing stickers were in the 1 to 130m odds. A rigged game to say the least. Makes you buy the more expensive items to get the stickers

Asked for a business card for the owner, was given a napkin with a name and phone number scribbled on it. Terrible customer service.

Been asking for extra onion for months and get none.then ask for extra slivered onions and get no onions.really? Not to.mention the order is read back the same as it was supposed to be

It's a McDonalds, much like every other McDonalds - except it's right off the highway, so it gets ridiculously busy at times. If you think you're going to hit up the drive-thru on your way home on Sunday, think again!

Poor quality food even for McDonald's. Hasbrowns were under-cooked and extremely greasy. Order was wrong, but by time we realized, we were too far out of town to do anything about it.

OJ/AJ and coffee was good. Management needs to step up thier game.

I take my kids here almost every time we leave the cabin. Its great, food is always fresh and hot. The only drawback is the drive-thru usually has a long line.

Ask for a double expresso, got a single. Also got an extra large coffee regular and was served decaf. Very disappointed. Was driving through the town so I wasn't about to turn back to complain. Staff need to be better trained and what the coffee pots contain.

Disclaimer, this rating is about my experience today. I'd love to adjust my rating in the future if the situation is rectified. I ordered a six piece chicken McNuggets meal, which is my usual. The fry container was only half filled (McDonald is known for their over flowing fries). Second complaint was that one of the chicken McNuggets had a large piece of cartilage/bone the size of two front teeth. Which I almost broke my tooth on. I often enjoy the Fernie McDonald's, but today's experience has me very disappointed.

Tastes good going down but fast food is always a last resort for me cause it doesn't sit well. The new tropical smoothie was a hit

Staff was attentive and friendly. This is one of the rare times I find a mcds that has fresh fries and burgers at this time of the day and the place was really clean. Only issue was the group of ignorant kids in there but hey.if that is the worst part then I'm good with it.

Not quite enough space to properly social distance, however the food was regular McDonald's quality.

Understaffed.
The front lady couldn’t understand that there was no carbonation in the pop machine.
I watched a couple of different women tell the manager about the empty soap machine in the lady rest room and nothing was done. This during Covid.
Also only one door makes it impossible to social distance.

Very crowded front of restaurant, if you have a group size of 2 or less you will have no problem sitting down. If you have a family of 4 or more be prepared to get a bit feisty to have a place to sit together.

Just had the Crispy Chicken BLT. Everything seemed old, like not fresh. French fries were old, made hours ago. Not great for McDonald's! Dan
