Service not good, when I go through the drive through I usually don't get all of my order. Or wrong drinks.
The attitude some of the employees have is not great.

The Oreo McFlurry basically tastes the same as a DQ Oreo Blizzard, if you like tasting the same things, go for it, I don't care. The burgers were pretty good, the nuggets, etc. Recommended.

Usually mess up the orders at this one, and they won't let you do multiple orders in the drive thru so you end up having to split bills with your passengers. Not my favorite location

I like the food. Staff is always friendly. Clean environment. I like the self order kiosk. A great place to train people to be responsible adults. My only complaint is that last 3 times I try to go there, the restaurant is closed due to lack of staff. Only drive-thru is open.

Edit: After a serious sit down discussion with supervisors Emma and Bella, I was helped to understand that the staffing shortages are not their fault and that a three star review was inaccurate. I am giving them a provisional 4.5 stars on the condition that they continue to find ways to mitigate the staffing shortage going forward.

I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a bag full of the food I’ve payed for they forget at least 2 things every time. They have to sign off that they checked the food in the delivery bag and obviously don’t properly look. Don’t order from McDonald’s on feastify if you want your whole order.

Horrible drive threw service rude and slow. Food was bad too.cold fries that didnt seem cooked. Burger was a mess looked like it was threw across the room into the bag.

McDonald's food is McDonald's food. No surprise there. The surprise is the ridiculous amount of time it takes to go through the drive thru. This is not a quicker or easier option in any way.

Poor customer service ever, to whoever was working the kitchen learn to make a wrap properly and put the chicken on the inside of the wrap and took a bite out of my wrap at the same time.

Was out of breakfast burritos the first time I went. The second time I went I wanted to try the McCrispy. They were out of that too. Third time I went I got the McCrispy but my pop was soda water and not a sprite. Disappointed

Food often takes too long, managers tend to serve people the wrong amount of condiments or straws or just none at all. Very poor management, they can't keep staff so the restaurant is always disgusting. Also witnessed a manager chewing gum on shift; this is one of the first things they tell you not to do when working for them.

Got the new crispy chicken burger and i’m pretty sure it gave me food poisoning burgers were super sloppy and definitely would not recommend

Positive workers and excellent on their work skills.when I forgot to add a drink, they didn't mind adding it to the order list.

40 min wait at drive through. Supposed to be faster method for pu. Unfortunately they get a 1 star for their very slow service. I hope they work on their timing with drive through customers

Huge lineup for the drive-thru but other than the long wait, staff were great, Helpful and friendly. Order was right and food was great

Good food just alote of times they don't put in napkins and that one time drove in separate order and I had pay for both orders I think best McDonald's should put sign out saying so

Was here on Monday.womens sink looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days and 3 days later the sink looked the same. Also hubby had poutine here and the gravy was horrible.

Now have nuts loose for items. Will not/ can not eat from here till the nuts are repackaged. Highly allergic! Horrible they changed to this!

Waited for 20 mins for 2 breakfast sandwiches that looked like they were thrown together in a rush. Also, they don’t have fries before 11am.

They have a lit up sign claiming to be open 24hours a day.but now closes at 10pm. But it still looks open. A little ridiculous. If they can't be open 24 hours because of staffing issues, they shouldn't have a sign LIT UP that says they are.

This McDonald's has the worst customer service, including from Management. They make excuses instead of taking responsibility and then proceeds to put the blame on the customer.
Now I can't say all the staff are bad, as there are a few that always make sure they give amazing customer service and my order is done right everytime.
There are things like food allergies, that this McDonald's does not seem to care about. When they are out of a certain pop they'll just give you whatever they choose. If out of the carbonation they'll just keep filling the cups. They will even serve expired product.
It took 10 yrs and a new owner to even reno and repair the drive and parking lot area. Even after someone complained about their vehicle being damaged due to the massive holes, especially the one that was at the exit of the drive thru. Even after complaints were made multiple times each year to the exact same management team that are their now.
The management has shown they do not care about the customers and the ability to take responsibility for their own and staffs actions towards quality customer service.

Drove an hour to have a nice outing for fam and because we got the coupons in the mail to find out they have been closed for Reno’s the entire time the coupons have been out. I have worked at McDonald’s for a few years and at an A&W for 10 years. And never have we ever shut down fully renos or not… what a waist of time and gas.

Please do improve drive way process and quality of ice cream.if its too rush.plz try and give proper quality.don't compromise on this. I bought one for my daughter yesterday and it was already so slushy that it spoiled clothes

Well. Went in yesterday for a 1$ medium coffee. 2 of them came to $2.71. Bit confused but they told me 3 days ago they did a price increase. It's now 1.29 per coffee. Hmm good advertising.

Totally gone down hill, won't ever pick up the phones to correct orders. Highly recommend going anywhere else in town.

Pleasant staff and very good clientele compared to what I've had at big city McDonald's. No raving lunatics, who were routine in Vancouver sadly. However it is a bit on the shoddy side sometimes. There was a broken door last week and in the summer wasps set up a nest next to an air vent, which was less than ideal. It is clean and I've never had a problem with the food.

Worst McDonald's I've been to in BC. All the food was old and cold. No straws or napkins. Ran by kids. Seems like no training has been done

My boy and I went thro the drive tho.the lady that was taking your order was clearly having a bad day and was short with my boy when ordering. Ordered extra lettuce On my Burger so I can have a hot Burger. But that was not the case, it was cold and not any extra lettuce

Make sure to check your order before you leave. I can't count how many times I've gotten the wrong order, Or they forgot to add something.

It tastes good but how it is given is terrible. I ordered a chicken Mcwrap and instead of a wrap I got a salad in paper. I had to use a fork to eat it. The next time I went the fries were unsalted and when I ordered the mcwrap i got a snack wrap and got charged for a mcwrap.

Disappointed everytime.if it isn't the cold food that tastes like it's old, weak pop with too much ice, pastries that are stale, paying for super-sized fries that are 1/2 filled, it's the long waits in the reserve parking spots - only to get cold food. I don't have these issues at other McDonald's in other cities.

Not the worst one I've been to but very disorganized. My orders for the most part have been fine but the same can't be said for my friends and family. Missing straws, fries, sauces, napkins, BURGERS, you name it.

Also severely understaffed at times to the point where moving up a cars length in the drive thru once took 5 minutes every time. How do you become so ill equipped that you can barely handle basic drive thru traffic?

Food is also sometimes old and stale (trust me, we can taste the difference) and this is after rather long wait times. It's also not always opened which perplexed me as I believed it was 24/7. I guess not. And it being the only McDonald's around, I'm glad it isn't like some of the other branches I've been to.

The only thing was, all the toilet paper was on the floor. All of the big rolls were on the floor. Why?

I appreciate their fast service, and they are acceptable if you had an order paid for and the meal was not complete, all complaints are dealt with and given another order, even if a day had passed already, they just ask you call next time it happens on the same day, serves with a smile always

I had a okay time.got free fries which was nice! Though, big mac tasted funny (that wasn't me who ate it because i always order the mcchicken nuggets with sweet n sour sauce with large fries and a large sprite because mcdonalds sprite is so tasty) anyways, service was good even though i used the screen thing.yeah.wish i could keep getting happy meals.

Management has the business IQ of a walrus to make a policy only allowing one transaction per vehicle. If you don't have time to go in and have multiple transactions I suggest going to a different business that doesn't do this. Never have seen a McDonald's do this before. Complete barrier to revenue generation.

Best Breakfast On The Go in the World. Or at least for some Hockey Moms that need to feed a growing Young Man about to hit the Ice sometimes at 4-530 in the morning. Thank you for all you've done for us so far.

Update: Just seen today that there is a Carrots Option for Happy Meals! We were too excited for fries today, but maybe Little Mr will get both next time. He ate his and a good portion of mine lol.

I love McDonald's but they always mess up something, and this one was especially awful for that, they missed a whole meal that I ordered, didn't give a fork for the poutine, and they barely filled up the fries, there was literally a half full box of fries.

Drive thru kept taking orders from the other lane but not mine. I moved forward to get them taken at the window. Was told they can't take orders and go back around. Just wanted an ice frappe. Left with nothing. Next time I'll just block the drive thru. Burgers are often soggy

Sevice at drive thru. Menu is very easy to read. The speaker for odering, you can hear every word clearly. Clean parking lot. Garbages are not overflowing.

Quick service, friendly staff. I try not to eat at fast food places as much as humanly possible but they have great coffee.

Service is good, but the washrooms, where to get your drinks was dirty, the front entrance had major finger prints. Maybe we just missed the rush. I dunno.

This time the pop coke tasted like bleach. We got a replacement but tastes the same. They blamed the syrup being out.it tastes like bleach and pop! Its a chemically taste! No one is answering the phone to talk to someone

My Son stood inside there waiting to order his take out. Workers all standing around chit chatting while knowing he was there, needles to say he was not served and my son walked out. This was at 10: 45 this morning.
The worker mopping the floor was leaving big puddles everywhere making it dangerous for customers.

As expexted staff a little rude asked to up size fries when I changed my mind and made to feel like it was too much trouble

I was in the drive through for a half an hour and the female that toke my order screwed up 3 times. I'm not going back there I don't need McDonald's that bad. A apology would of been nice.

Always a busy place and if you get what you ordered, consider yourself lucky! Possibly everyone was having a bad day including me!

Quickly downloaded the mobile app so that we could order on the road as we had our travel trailer. When we arrived we stood in the mobile pick up area. No one ever came out. Due to covid the restaurant was closed but my boyfriend went in to enquire on the order we had placed and paid for. He was asked to leave as he wasnt allowed to be inside. They told him to use the drive through which was impossible with the trailer. They had no choice but to make the order.which technically should have been ready by this point. All in all we waited at McDonalds for 45 minutes for an order we should have been able to swing by and pick up. I understand these are difficult times to be operating a restaurant, but maybe dont offer services you cant support.

I ordered 2 sundaes and combined they would barely make a normal McDonald's sundae. I forgot why I seldom go to this location when traveling. Thankyou for reminding me.

We ordered last night around 9: 30pm and the junior chicken sandwich has made me so sick for the rest of the night until we hours of the morning. I dont who made it or if the chicken was fried in oil too long. I like this McDonalds and this is the first time I gotten sick from eating a sandwich from here

We ordered 20 pcs of chicken nuggets for curbside pick up. But after we got back to hotel, we found out we only got 18 pcs instead. It's not the first time this happened!

The McDonald's app never works properly. Because of this I was missed the $4.00 burger special even the it showed on my phone. Since the scan code failed to load the special was not allowed. Poor app. Poor customer service

We don't frequent McDonalds however, any time we have eaten here in the last year our order has had errors. Every. Since. Time.

My Fiancee and I went here on our way back from grocery shopping a few months ago. When we ordered I made sure to put "no cheese" on his order as he likes the fish fillet but is lactose intolerant. While waiting for our order I noticed one of the front counter girls reprimanding the cook for putting cheese on something that said no cheese.
Later, My fiancee said his food tasted funny.he opened the burger and there was reminants of cheese that had been melted on his fish. He was very sick for the rest if the day. Definitely don't go here if you have dietary issues.

This is a very dirty store. Didn’t care for the food didn’t care for the coffee didn’t care for the service. Won’t be back

I'm not sure what happened with their inventory, but we visited on a Friday night only to find out they had no beef or ice cream. We decided to order chicken and both the McNuggets and McChicken tasted overcooked and burned. We sent the first batch back and were told that it would take too long to make new ones and we were issued a refund. We decided to reorder them anyways and the second batch was also burned. What a terrible experience.
