I love when I get hot fries done right.
Service is normal McD's and the clerks were polite.
No complaints.

Your typical McDonald's location. Service was quick and to the point. Fries were not salted, the burger was put together poorly. The facility was semi cleanish with the bathroom (mens) being disgusting. The price is high and the quantity of food is low. Just your typical modern day McDonald's.

The younger people working at this location are good and seem to work well together and have a sence of humor which is I bet difficult with some of the people they deal with

This store has a drive thorugh and free refills. I also has good seating and a pleasant atmosphere around. One can have their food and at the same time enjoy the view on Fraser Hwy. The crew is professional and follow's the McDonald's standards of make it fast, make it accurate and make it special.

If i could give this place a 0 i would but unfortunately it isn’t possible.this place is the grossest place i’ve been to.the service is so horrible and the food is constantly cold.i ordered a chilli wrap and they’re was no chilli sause on it whatsoever.the people at the window didn’t understand what i was saying.i had to repeat my order several times and i was starting to get really frustrated.this place is infested with rats it’s really disgusting.i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.i’m actually surprised this place is still in business due to its filthyness.i will never ever eat here again.

You pay for 20 nuggets plus a kids nugget happy meal, and they give you old limp nuggets and dark as hell. The oils is old, and they expect children to eat this. McDonald’s you have gone down way down with your standards.

McDonald's is doing a good job moving with the times. They've introduced a new reward system, which I don't think I'll add to my phone, that's why the 4 out of 5 stars, coffee and muffin for my wife and I, at a price that is cheaper than a litre of gas ️ nice. My wife was a Starbucks fancy coffee person, I too would do a pumpkin spiced late but they got way to hard to get and they no longer taste the same. McD's coffee is great, the sizes seem smaller, but they are consistently great coffee, even my wife says she's been sneaking off to get her coffee there for work. The drive trough was busy, but they sure move people, well done on that!

Coffee and muffins, great price just not loving the rewards program so I'll give that a miss, just drive in and order for me

Once again the Un-educated that work at this Franchise got the Order WRONG. My Wife ordered Cheese Burger with the Works, No Lettuce, Large Fries got Medium, and a Mc Crispy got a Mc Double which I Chucked as it looked like Entrails with nothing on it and I would never Order that. Got Take away and Discovered the Rip Off when we opened it up. Go back to Russia McDonalds!

While we were eating the staff continued mopping around us and came close to our feet. Also while waiting in line she continued to mopping around me.not a comfortable feeling

The manager that works there is loud and is slightly rude to customers and the people that work there. I asked for ketchup and the manager basically threw it at me. The customer service she has is not good and I won’t be coming back here anytime soon. I feel bad for the people that work there and they deserve to not deal with someone like her terrible experience and the food was not even warm even the fries were cold!

Went threw drive threw on my way home from work got a Big Mac poutine and a second burger got home to the food freezing cold and tasting like it was left out for a couple days after calling three times the phone number was oblivious turned off and so I went back threw drive threw and asked for my food to be remade the guy I was talking to completely ignored me for 4 minutes after moving too the first window he was already taking the car behind me’s order after waiting for 15 min I finally got my food back and done properly. Overall poor experience

My experience was made awesome by Radhvi! I was tired from work and was looking to get something to eat. Radhvi didn't just made nice suggestions but also got my order made fresh and nice.
Would recommend visiting to have your day made awesome by such reps.

Ryan, ruby and Sarah were the best employees they were very nice and their service was very fast. I recommend going to this McDonald’s

Food was cold, tasted like it had been sitting out for hours and on top of that I was in the drive thru line for almost 30 minutes waiting for my food. Not good service at all.

Just want to highlight one worker named Sarah, she was very friendly and handled my smoothie with much delicacy and care. Made me feel cared for and ended off my night well.

Standing here waiting for my order listening to 4 employees talking about quitting while the manager sits ion his phone. Not a good sign.

915pm on a Thursday night standing at the till for a couple of minutes and no one shows up. People in the back working but don't seem to care that there is no one greeting customers upfront.could've robbed the place lol.but yeah one star for service

I am a senior - I like to get a coffee and muffin once in a while. Usually use the drive thru and this location is easy to access and gets your order right.

Great got my order right although almost forgot my cheese burger and maybe u need to learn how to make a cheese burger as mine was very sloppy and had mustard on the top of my bun hmmm.

They dont check reciepts here as they gave my order away to some kid whilst i was using the washroom

Good location. Clean and tidy. Access in and out is not the best. You can only enter coming from the west or north.

Was told I had to wait while they made fries. Then got old, cold, soggy fries. Thanks for the lies!

Pretty bummed that we ordered 3 sausage mcmuffins. And only 1 had an egg in it. I know it's fast food and all but slow down a bit and put some quality back in to the job

C'mon McDonald's you can't lock all the bathroom doors, where are we going to put all of our diarrhea after we eat.

Place is dirty, front staff are incompetent. They got 3 items on a 10 item order wrong! Three more customers had complaints while we were in there. Avoid this place!

Sandra does a wonderful job keeping the inside clean and she is also very informative to the customers

Ordered 2 cheeseburgers with Mac sauce and came home with 2 ‘cheeseburgers’ slapped together with ketchup and piece of cheese and bacon. No beef patty. I am usually quite forgiving when it comes to small mistakes. However, this is just ridiculous.

Ordinarily I don't expect keg service from McDonald's but this lication was a disaster on the drive thru today. Took 15 minutes and couldn't manage to get the meal out before the fries were cold. Trainwreck

They are quite slow when you have the late nite munchies, but it's usually piping hot which is worth the wait

I'm always disappointed with this McDonald's because they have their air conditioning on so high can't even eat your meal comfortably because you are sooo cold especially on cloudy or rainy days. Like today it's a cloudy day and they have the air conditioner on sooo high don't need to be that high.

Love to go to this McDonald's for breakfast. I get the same girls most of the time that I am there and they are always friendly. There is another McDonald's slightly closer to my work, but I go to this one because of the service. They always get me order right. Thanks

On a plus side, the staff are nice, and the orders are filled quickly.
On the downside, on the multiple times I've ate there (3) they have disappointed me, terribly by getting orders wrong. And just making gross orders.
I ordered a grilled caesar, (Nobacon) McWrap, and got a bout 2 ounces of caesar sauce in a falling apart tortilla. Tasted gross and wouldnt even stick together. Icing on the cake was the overcooked and nearly carbon bacon that chipped away with each bite. Nearly no lettuce, and what was there was soggy from the tons of caesar.

Again, tries them, ordered a sausage mcmuffin with an extra patty. I REALLY dont like eggs.clarified I was ordering the sausage mcmuffin that doesnt come with an egg. Then of course I was served a english muffin with chewy crunchy consistency from being left on the side for too long, with an egg, and NO extra sausage.

I was so disappointed today by the service. Not only did I wait over 10 minutes for my food (1 burger) but I also specifically asked them to take something off, they double checked 3 times and it was on the receipt. Nevertheless, somehow it was decided to still give me what I did not order. So frustrating

It's ok most times but sometimes slow.they regularly mix up orders in drive through/ usually you dont notice until your home or on way to somewhere else.staff is pleasant

I arrive between 5: 30am & 7: 00AM at least 3 mornings a week, they are the most friendly, personable employees I have had the pleasure of being served by in a very long time. Huge kudo's to the morning management and the whole team.

Good but I was hoping got more veggies on my double quarter pounder with added veggies (life hack if you want a decent budget from here.

We got parked on our order (which no big deal) but we asked for ketchup before we drove away of course we didn't get it in the bag like they promised. Then we finally get our food and had to wait for the guy to go back inside for ketchup, we were missing a hashbrowns so I checked my receipt to see if we were charged for it and I learned not only were we charged for it but we also weren't charged a meal price but for each item separate. So not only were we over charged we didn't even get what we paid for. Not the first time I've had this issue here. I called and the manager said I can come in for a free meal but what's the point it will just be another hassle

It's McDonald's, if you don't know, well, this won't help you. As far as Ronald's house of burgers, this one is ok, I've been in better ones and I've been in worse.

It was ok as they shorted me large fries for medium but they did make it good in the end. So 4 stars!

The floor was so slippery, I was afraid I was going to slip. Once I got my food, I drove across the street to eat it. My fries were cold. From McDonald's to Starbucks, maybe 100 meters.

There were 2 customers in front of me who received incorrect orders using the drive through. The staff were young and inexperienced but friendly.

Ordered sausage mcmuffin meals and as leaving did a bag check and found 3 small fries instead of hashbrowns.hot straight back in line the first window knew what we wanted and saved us ahead. At the second window were informed that THEYDONT SERVE HASHBROWNS AFTER 11AM. So seems like the mealni got less ghen than a week ago at another McDonald's was a mistake! As is mcdonfs claimed all day breakfasts!

I just went through the drive-thru and got filet of fish I had it made fresh and it was really delicious.

Great Service, got my hamburger right off the bat steamy & hot just the way we like em. Thanks McDonalds!

The main reason i go everyday MacDonald because of the chocolate shake they make it is the best i have ever drink love MacDonald and staff

Ordered 2× double quater pounder with cheese and bacon and got 2 cheese bugers.not to mention i told 3 different people.then went in and spoke to manager and explained to her that there was a mistake and she was so nice and asked what i ordered and i said 2× double quater pounder with cheese and beacon she said no problem.i accepted the order and went to my car and opened it to enjoy my buger.imagine my suprise when i got a quater pounder with no cheese or beacon.i was so mad i just left.never go to that mc d's again

Ordered a 10 piece nuggets, 2 cheese burgers no onion or pickles and a pineapple smoothie, 1 BBQ and 1 hotmustsrd, got sent to the waiting stall, after 2 mins got the food, once I got home, the nuggets where not fresh, so why the wait and no sauce for the nuggets. There were 2 other cars also waiting on food.

Every single time I go through drive thru, there are mistakes with the order. 4 times now. Asked for no bacon, bacon given. Asked for spicy sandwich, regular given. Ask for no mayo, mayo applied. Never happens with other locations. This location is a guaranteed screw up.

I had just come from langely emergancy and was so tired and unwell. I only eat at A&W, but the service via window was polite and food was hot and a welcome after what looks like a WAR ZONE LIKE SOMETHING OUT OF THE T. V SHOW " THE WALKING DEAD " and that's not exaggerating.
So I believe we all need to give a huge thx to anyone working no matter what the job is as so many dont have jobs.
However while laying on hard bed I watched ambulance drivers and their partners stand for hours while nurses ran to clean next beds for the sicker so could not help hearing them talk as they shifted their weight from 1 foot to another, a trick learned by many who have to stand long hours. Many has gone way to long with nothing to eat, wearing face masks on top of shields on top of filters that looked like Darth Vader movie and you could see the red welts from days of this.
I heard them saying they were going to get something soon.
No matter where they choose I FIRMLY BELIEVE ALL SERVICE PEOPLE WORKING ON THE FRONT LINES SHOULD HAVE ALL THEIR MEALS COVERED BY OUR GOVERNMENT. Maybe they do but if not needs to change
Anyone agreeing please give a thumbs up and pray you dont get this covid-19. Wear masks and wash hands and STAY HOME as much as you can. After seeing several elderly patients " I'm 65; being ran past us in hallway while we waited it becomes VERY REAL. Respect all the rules set out to help us survive this holiday season or you or a loved one may be the next one. God Bless and stay safe.

Mostly a great experience, service has been a little slow lately but they've also been very busy aswel so you can't blame them too much. Overall the food is good, cashier's and cooks are nice to everyone. Good positive vibes there all the time

If you're heading through the Drive Thru be ready to wait. Regular occurrence at this location.

Ok about Mcdonald! There is love and hate always! Food is cheap and addicting.however the staff and management are always panicked and rushed! Zero customer service and satisfaction! Zero responsibility and consideration for people in the store! Drive thru has more priority and they still mess up on that as well! They have no loyalty program or ever are organized with team members! They run around pointlessly trying to do everything and do nothing! The curbside and Skip the dishes pick ups are just unreal! Wait times of up to 20 minutes! Inside is modern and renovated and cheap prices deserves the only 2 stars!

Just came in @ drive thru first day in the morning and I got burn sandwich not only one but 2 of them I always order the chicken mcmuffin and add ghost pepper on it coz they run out of spicy habanero sauce I think the guy is kinda mad because of that is it hard to get the sauce in the cooler if they don't wanna make it then just tell me rather than ruining my day i had the picture and the receipt with me.

Alright, so I never write reviews but I must now. So I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for awhile now, and I have never had multiple experiences at any restaurant except this one where a single staff member is so consistently happy and motivated despite working at 1: 40am (Sept 21,2020). I usually get my McD fix around 12-1am and this guy is truly formidable, I wish I knew this guy’s name so I could call him out, but I’m sure management can find him with the time and date mentioned above (next time I’ll find his name) I need more people like you in my life bro. Honestly, 5/5, he is quite literally the highlight for me to go to this restaurant instead of another one.

Some of the better McDonald's I've had. Wouldn't go out of my way to go here though as often you'll find some dodgy characters in the line. Mostly to do with placement of the establishment and not necessarily any fault to the store, but still worthwhile keeping in mind.
