Place was clean, I went in as drive thru had a line up.
Quick service.
Food was prepared with care.

Really slow n food was sloppily put together. Service isn't freind most people there do not understand English

Incredibly slow - waited 25 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches. Food was cold when we finally got it. I would suggest going to A&W across the street instead.

This is the worst McDonald's. Be very careful that you get what you ordered. Missing food, cold food, Complete wrong order. Not once but almost every time.

I asked for help using the app and the staff member was extremely helpful and pleasant. However, I ordered & paid for a double quarter pounder and only received a single.

Good food but I really hate seeing employees power trip over their juniors. Its just so happen that I saw it twice already. They should hire kind and competent leaders.

Waited 10-15 min for 2 things. The place was overstaffed yet Things are taking forever. Drive thru wasn’t even busy. Not a fun experience

Says it’s open till 11: 30 to walk in but had the doors locked before 11. Also when asked if a pregnant lady could come in to pee was told no because they were cleaning. Should probably change your hours to be correct

The food isn’t always top-notch, the coffee always seems to be, though, but for a McD’s, it’s good. 5-stars for the employees who are always friendly & I am very appreciative of the work they’re doing that a whole bunch of us would never do. Treat them kindly because chances are they’re getting paid a whole lot less than you.

Syren took our order this morning and we listened as he attended to many other customers. He is friendly, attentive and helpful! A true asset to your company.

My black grandma could not get a reservation and was called a n***** and they cracked a whip at her

My boy Wylie and I picked up a burger satchel from the drive through and were delighted to find our greasy little burgs in great condition.

My Asian friend was clearly mistreated, I here this is a normal thing at this place of business, I was also told to clean up a mess, that I didn’t do, but said because I had a BLM shirt on they disliked me

Today was fast, accurate, even with the trainees on shift. Very happy with the book I received with my sons happy meal.

Multiple mistakes within the last 2 visits, my dad ordered a double quarter pounders and got a single, both apple and orange juices are very watered down (trying to save money) as well as poor customer service and no money employee was wearing a mask very disappointing

Always get egg shells in my breakfast sandwhich. Not sure why, but it's gross and I will not be returning to this location.

Burger was good, the fries as usual were under cooked most were droopy. Big reason I don't visit much.

No respect for truck drivers even though we're playing a vital role in keeping this world running in these hard times. Was told "move back other people want to pay". And all I ask is can I order a coffee even had my debit card out ready to pay.

I picked up some coffee a few weeks ago here. The drive through was really long, so we parked the car and went in and probably got served faster. The bad part was that since the line for the drive through was so long, and the parking lot was pretty tight, it was really hard to get out. Word of advice, don't do the drive through here during the rush, and park further away. Better yet, just avoid this location all together.

Sometimes they're very slow on drive thru. But they serve with a smile. Good staff all the time.

They are always understanding when I order my food because I'm on a special diet I need my food done my way and they are willing to do that for me.

You’d think the drive through would be fast and convenient but nope, almost always have to run in and get my order fixed because they’ve either missed something or got something wrong.
Good fries tho

Super slow and coffee order was wrong. 1 out of every 3 times we go we have a bad experience. And than we don't go for a while and when we eventually do, we remember why we stopped in the first place!

Meh its mcds. Sometimes slow, sometimes fast, sometimes not what you ordered, sometimes yes what you ordered. Overall tasty fries.

Asked for my burger without a bun, got a burger with a bun. When we took it back up they were like "can't you just remove the bun? " I'm sorry but that's not what I asked for, I'm celiac so eating out is already a risk. Then when I got it, my cheese was melting onto my plate, pickles and sauce were dumped onto the plate. I will avoid here in the future. Also they made fun of my dad and I who brought our own buns as we are celiac and without a bun the burgers aren't filling.

Its getting so bad now we had 2 meals nor deals big mac for 2019 and it arrived at window cold then my big mac looked like a value bergter litterly. 20 pieces. Of lettuce and small pieces of meat very disappointed and the sauce was osing out like really not going bscj

Took a while to get my food from the Drive-Thru. Saw the staff through the window, throwing fries at each other and laughing while I waited.

More like an Express McDonald's. Quick service to the table. The tables were clean and kept clean by the staff. Food actually was hot and tasty which I find surprising. Most foods served by McDonald's is warm at best. My grilled chicken wrap was hot. Well done.

Have tried the drive thru at different times of the day on many different days and every single time i end up waiting 20 minutes for a coffee. Ridiculous.

UPDATE: One week later, been a few more times since i wrote my intial review. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever had to deal with. I won't be going here any more. It would be faster for me to drive to Trail and back to get a coffee.
