Unfortunately they don’t have proper food as described McCrispy is not good as advertised
The original McCrispy was a delicious thick chicken breast not so anymore

Got wrong size drink, was going to try new sandwich but it was swimming in sauce. Got no napkins. Returned sandwich for another. Same thing. Nobody seemed to care. Will not return.

My favorite location great staff especially that black girl who works on Wednesday she's a sweetheart keep up the great work u guys are great

If you want the best experience ever, go in the morning. You will meet the best polite people ever. Dont know the young team that helped me’s name but they are amazing!

Terrible service at the drive through. I wanted 3 different small smoothies. I had to tell her my order 3 times. I could see on the screen she was getting it wrong. Finally she has it right. I get to the window to pay and she tells me it's $3 more than it should be. I tell her my order. She repeats it. It is right. I pick up my order not noticing that they got the flavours wrong. 2out of 3 were right but the one that was wrong was for the pickiest eater.
Not at all impressed.

Asian girl taking orders put lettuce in my drink because I said no ice. I ordered a medium ice coffee as well and noticed only 1 straw in bag. So I opened the medium soft drink to pour in glass and that’s when I busted them, maybe try giving 2 straws next time so your scam actually works. Also no receipt is very suspicious. #LegalAction

Everytime new staff and wrong or incomplete order (third time in a row happened with me). But food is always good however staff needs lot of training.

The assistant manager Parm was extremely unreasonable and refused to help when I came back with my sandwich that was hard as a rock and hurt my teeth to even bite into, the whole thing went into the garbage. She was arguing with me and denied a refund saying “they don’t do refunds” when I know that’s a lie as this was not my first time having quality of food that was not servable and have never had an issue with getting a refund or remake previously. Avoid this place at all costs. Food is never up to standard and the assistant manager is horrible and doesn’t care to help customers with complaints. Waste of money and time.

Very bad experience, expected ice cream as i order but received melted ice cream like shake through driveway at night.
If product is not ready then they should be clearly denied. This is not the way

All the time either they will miss some food or give you food which you have not even order. Last night I ordered cheese burger with no meat and they add meat in it. Today in the morning I ordered 3 plain bagel and 1 everything bagel they forgot to put everything bagel in the bag. And this happen all the time. Later if you call them team members are so rude. Now I don’t know is it short off staff that’s why everyone is frustrated and give you different order or they don’t care. I gave them one star only because of one person that is ROBIE he is the only person who knows how to talk. Even my kids really like him. THANK YOU SO MUCH ROBIE FOR YOUR SERVICE.

Forgot my straw again and not friendly at all. Charges for bag without asking if I want one.

Stupid policy to pay for a take out bag.it's part of the business you operate and offer. But then again. When your drive thru isn't operational. It should be refunded!

A quiet place for a dinner! They had a few customers, but the drive in were really a long line of customers!

Great coffee great service very nice staff Very very friendly staff they go out of their way to make sure the coffee and what they serve is fresh Great atmosphere You can see them cleaning multiple times while you're sitting there they go they go totally out of their way to keep things very clean and sanitary

Fast service and good food. Customer service can be better, nice to hear and have a smile on employees faces. Seems like the guy was forced to be in there.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE ON SKIPTHEDISHES! They always forget something! It has happened multiple times. Like do u guys not check the order before sending it out? !? ! Absolutely annoying.

The layout of the dine-in room is a bit unorthodox but its neat and tidy. Service was fast and friendly. The food was a bit stale (Grilled chicken was like a rubber and bacon was more like eating crackers). There is also a plenty of parking available.

I went to this location today, July 22,2021 at 11: 10 am and ordered lunch for my two boys in the drive through lane. When I arrived at the order station, it was dead quite so I said ‘hi’ the a female voice said ‘hi’ back and dead quite again. I then asked ‘are you ready to take order? ’ then the same voice replied ‘are you ready to order?
What kind of service is this? What an attitude? I find this very rude and unprofessional behavior. Where is the phrase ‘Welcome to Mc Donald’s and what can I help you? Not done yet. When I came to the pick up window, I was given the drinks by a female staff with the headset so I waited and another staff asked me ‘what are you waiting for? Then I said I ordered two chicken nuggets happy meal, one spicy Mc Chicken meal, and six piece chicken nuggets and she just walked away, not saying a word.
This is absolutely unacceptable manner. The manager of this location should take action for this rude behavior toward customers especially with kids around. My kids and all the kids I have known are way more polite than this person

Terrible service, the supervisor working onsite was loud and obnoxious yelling at employees. Rude and unprofessional. Somehow this location managed to provide me with my order after 15 minutes. Gave my order to someone else and the supervisor got upset at me and asked what were you doing? I was clearly waiting for my order number to be said or displayed on the tv screen. Employee who had taken my order saw me standing and never bothered to ask if I had received my order. Supervisor could use some politeness next time, would hope experienced employees realize the saying the customer is always right. If I hadn’t asked for my order I would still be waiting there. Would love for a manager to talk to the supervisor and give more training. Should’ve taken my money elsewhere.

McDonald's on Kingsway and Victoria horrible service it took 20 min to get a cone. So slow if u have online order and skip the dishes then you should have enough stuff to fill those order more ppl praparing then. McDonald's device has go down the drain in last 3 years, I stop going to McDonald only once in a blue at 12,30am for ice cream. I rate them 00000

Willing staff and always polite but a horrible drive thru setup. Needs a quick exit out of the mall and a reroute of the drive thru entry setup.

This place is not that busy inside but everytime i come in to order, the floor is sticky and so black that it seems like no one mop the floor all day. Garbage over flowing and worst of all, the drink area is full of towels that they use to wiped.

Amazing approach and access. The location is very conveniently located. The location is old, but the service is usually good. I like their curbside pickup a lot. The drive-in lineup at times spills over to the road.

My last visit was through a curb side pick up and my order was 100% accurate and fresh! Thanks a lot! Great Job!

Every work morning when there's no line up its nice to stop by and pick up a tea. It's become so routine I believe they've remembered my order and I've enjoyed the attention they take in recognizing that in their busy day. There's also a nice lady who makes the best iced coffee.

This is the worst mcdonald’s restaurant. It was midnight and only drive-throu was open. They told me to wait at the parkade and they’ll bring the order there and i waited there for 30 minutes after 30 minutes i again used the drive throu and they gave me the cold food.

Worst worst location! If you like to get your drinks mixed up! Go ahead. I have no idea who messes up? One who takes order or the one who makes? This is not acceptable! I ordered mocha and I got the coffee!

I had the best McDonald’s at this location yesterday the buns were fresh and the patties were more juicy compared to any other locations I’ve tried before. It was rather random haha.

Reporting twice to manager that drinks machine is not working she just totally ignored me. Order and waited for 20 minutes.
Very disorganized.

We went here for breakfast. The portions are huge and can easily be shared between two people. The sandwich is pretty good and the tater tots are satisfying. I had a Caesar and it was really refreshing and spicy. The service is great as both servers were very friendly. The cups and cutlery didn't appear to be the most clean which is why I'm giving 3 stars.

Seriously do you expect to be paid for that service and this left over that you call a sandwich.

Seriously over the years saw how Macdonald prices go up to expensive and quantity as well as quality going down from bad to terribly bad.

I came in yesterday evening and had 2 separate orders one was big mac combo and other was 2 junior chickens with fries and poutine, inspite of saying that i wanted my order fresh and i could wait i never got my order fresh! The meat patties for big mac was so dry and were not at all fresh amd there was hardly any lettuce on the burger, also o asked for ketchup and mayo in both my bags and never got them. It was a real waste of money!

Swati manager was horrible. Asked for another toy as my daughter already has the one given just 15 seconds prior and was told no due to covid it's not allowed. I understand however it was just given to us and I offered to sanitize the bag. She upset a little 3 year old and that's unacceptable. I would like the store manager Darcy to contact me about this matter. McDonalds is suppose to create happy memories and experiences not unpleasant experiences. Swati has no people skills and looked frazzled, clearly she can't handle pressure. I'm not impressed nor will I come back here.

Just this evening between 5-7PM (not sure) March 24th, 2020, I had two separate issues with my McNugget and Big Mac.

Manager Parm and her team were very professional and swift to help me deal with my issues.

With the current pandemic going on, it’s understandable if the staffs were as stressed as customers like me, but all of them treated me with care and respect, which I appreciate very much and want to let people know about it.

This is my first time having issues with McDonald’s in general, but isn’t the first time I experienced high level of attention and care from the staffs of this McDonald’s location.

From other places, I experienced and understood there’s always a certain SOP to satisfy (upset) customers and handle situations like this, but the professional and careful attitudes makes all the difference.

Whoever’s reading this comment; wether you are from regional management or local staff, as long as you are related to this McDonald’s location, I want you to know, the neighborhood and I appreciate you and your hard work very much.

Amazing customer service! The staff are super friendly and the amount of time it takes to get my food is mind blowing, super speedy! And the quality of the food is awesome.

Noisiest place I've ever been. Even the crew talks loud to his customer friends.i hope they have courage to kick out non customer loud young people.

There are never enough tills open with actual staff to take your order. The self serve screens are unnecessarily complicated and takes way too long to order a simple meal. They are also not cleaned often enough and are pretty grungy.

This is a cute McDonalds. They have a lot of old McDonalds memorabilia and a playplace for small humans. Every time we drive through the contents of my backseat ask me to tell them the names of all the McDonalds characters on the rodeo mural, which I happily do.

They love to hear me explain that Grimace is a tastebud and he has a whole family. It's kind of unnerving; like the McDonalds equivalent to the Star Wars Christmas Special.

Great location and good service. We found it well maintained and clean. Parking is available most of times. We would recommend this place.

Modern looking interior, friendly staff that let me order lunch menu a few minutes before 11 AM when it’s technically switched over

There's never toilet paper in the ladies room. They took out the mirrors out of the restrooms. The men's room is always out of service. The burgers are sloppy. Tables are filthy. Service is extremely slow and arrogantly rude.

This location is organized and they strive hard to deliver the fast food accurately. I saw manager making sure the correctness of the order servered. They also support people with disabilities, salute to this management and ownership.

I have come to this location a handful of times and suggest that the staff atleast make eye contact with the customers. Also be a lil more diligent about making sure the customers get what they order. Seems alot of customers from the drive thru are coming back frequently with issues of the orders being incorrect. On one occasion it took the three times to make my order right. Also this McDonalds has alot of questionable people in and out frequently and in the parking lot. They should have security guard asking solicitors to leave and incase of a issue.

Slow service food was not ready noother cars behind me and they asked me to pull ahead and wait. Avoid.

Order 2 hot drink by mobile but 1 order in front of me. I still waiting for my drink more then 5mins.

It's a very busy place, sometimes I can hear people yelling about waiting too long or mix-up order. Anyway, I love Mc's coffee, I think it's better than TH.

Love this establishment! We always custom order and they always get it correct and it tastes fresh, hot and delicious every time. Credit needs to be given to this one, they may take a little longer but atleast it seems to be made fresh and we’re happy to wait! Keep up the good work guys don’t let them push you into rushing and ruining orders?

The food was hot and to order, but ordered a kids meal and asked for the book and they said they had the books but put a toy in anyway

I stop in here on a 5 day daily basis, the food is always fresh, I get it very quickly and the place is spotlessly clean, very, very friendly staff as well. Very well managed.

Went there at 4: 55 am on Saturday sep 28th/2019.
I know the open at 5 am on Saturdays.
I always count on it.
The lady who opened got there at 5: 01 am.
And of course not till she clocked in, turned everting on, etc.she open like at 5: 10.
I couldn’t wait anymore and left.
I was without my food and late for work.

Not good.

Great speed of service especially since they were actually kind of busy the only down side was that the guy who took my order didn't wait long enough to get both my coupons from my app which was kind of annoying he just kind of lied n said that I could only use 1.

Went through the drive through at about 10pm and got the mcflurry I ordered real quick and it tasted fine. But somehow that item made me real sick for the rest of the night s**ting my guts out.

Orders can take long. Drive thru layout is terrible. My order was made wrong but the manager/supervisor corrected it with no questions asked and even replaced my fries so that it didn’t go cold while I waited! Good customer service.
