Dear McDonalds Canada,

We are a frequent customers of your franchises in and around Vancouver. Each time we visit, we don’t just go in to get free food. We spend X amount of money each time to get our food. And this particular franchise employees were absolutely rude and disrespectful in their service to us. We ordered our food at the kiosk in store at 9: 58 pm and got our food delivered after 45 mins. It was a total mess, on top of it there was a missing item. When asked for it, the manager asked us, if we were arguing just for the “sake of a single milkshake”? ! You kept us waiting for so long, our food wasn’t delivered in a good way, there was a missing item and the poutine tasted horrible. Do you really think a customer who spends so much of money to buy food from your store and gets such a horrible experience would be happy with your brand? ! The managers were so rude. They just wanted to refund the amount and kick us out and were not at all ready to talk. Really? Do you think that would have made my child happy who slept off while waiting for the food?

Please train your employees or assign more employees to serve the customers who walk in to order their food in store, as much as they prioritise the drive through orders. Also, please train this particular manager how to deal with an unhappy customer. She was ABSOLUTELY RUDE. Her behaviour was a nonsense. It was very frustrating and insulting. She literally asked us to pick us things and get out. I have her picture with me. Please reach out and I can share her picture to help trace her down.

I’m really hoping that you would take care of this. Please do not provide such a bad customer experience. It is very annoying and spoilt a very good evening of ours.

I have a question for you.every late night thursday why you guys don’t have ice cream, smoothies, poutine snd wraps.its my 3rd time on thursday experience same thing.than i said i wanna talk to manager the girl said i’m manager.she dnt have sense to talk with customer so rude.

They literally messed up my order, i ordered 5 medium fries and they gave me 5 small fries, if you want mc Donald’s don’t order from here, my family is very angry and so am i.

Every time I’ve come here in the last 6 months I’ve been asked to wait. I’m not getting anything complex, usually nuggets and fries or a cheeseburger. Every single person has to wait. Why can’t we just wait in the line and have the food ready like every other McDonalds? It’s annoying.

Honestly the worst McDonald's. Since when do you have to clean your own tables? Wait for food is long.high school kid's trash the place and the staff don't clean often always dirty and gross.

I would give zero stars if I could. First off, this location has never been open until midnight. Doors are locked at 10. Drive through is not 24 hours either. I have never been through this Drive through without having to "pull up and park" because the order wasn't ready. Even for 2 teas! They often get orders wrong to the point where it's a running joke between my husband, the neighbors and I. Customer service is also out of the question. Very rude staff. Except for one sweet older lady (not old just older than the other staff I've seen) Not sure her name but she's absolutely delightful.so that's a plus. There's your one star.
Today I waited in a long lineup in 32° weather for nothing. They didn't have earl grey tea apparently (although I was asked to repeat myself so many times I feel they just said that cause he didn't want to ask me to repeat it again.) I got regular tea instead. Get to the window and I'm told they actually don't have the milkshake I ordered for my husband. So they would give me a discount on the coffee. I said I didn't order coffee. (After all the "to do" about it, how did that get messed up!?) He tells me they don't have any tea at all. Seriously!? I waited half an hour, trapped in the drive through and they have nothing I ordered!? Waste of time. I hate this location.

On Sunday night 2 July i ordered by drive thru, girls on shift were not serving properly just laughing loudly and not even taking care of someone’s waiting outside. Worst experience ever at this location.

I literally don't have any option of giving it a zero star because if i did it they though i had forget to give them stars. They are just a kind of shame for whole McDonalds Chain. Staff response was very rude, uncooperative and shameful, just like a kind they were running their personally owned food chain. I don't remember her name she was female employee here, i have aasked for some additions to my food they have punched for additions but actual reality is that they dont give a f…k to what a customer is actually looking for they just try to prove that their preference is always wrong. Under the shadow of their position, whether it is only a crew member or a assistant manager, they just start doing what they want just like they are the owner of the store. Very very bad experience, i will never visit this mcd in future and never ever suggest anyone to visit here.

These guys advertise as drive thru open 24 hours. But they are not, I went there today at 3: 30am after a night out, I can see employees inside but there were cones kept on drive through blocking for cars to go in, so I check it from the other side and asked the gentleman whether they are open he said “Nope we are not” and “you are in the wrong way” what’s up with the attitude, your website shows you are open and it allowed me to do mobile order for this location. So I don’t understand the attitude.

Never ever going back here! All the time they forgot something! Ordered 2 meals, they forgot to give me straps, the fries were unsalted and cold, an they forgot the dips as well. Maybe you should hire some more capable people…

I have order here food and drink and I have order large fries and they have me small size. I have also order large coke that is half full what aa bad customer service they have

Not very fast for a fast food drive thru. I’ve waited up to 15 minutes at times and gotten the wrong order.

Fast and accurate drive through, especially on mornings when there’s a sweet lady working at the last window, she’s got shorter curly hair and she’s always so friendly and always double checks everything. I don’t know her name but she seems to be there weekday mornings and she’s the best! I do wish McDonalds offered more dairy free options, I would happily pay more and likely order more coffees etc if they didn’t upset my stomach like regular lactose/dairy does.

This McDonald's is the "bad" McDonald's.
Every single time I have been here they forget items in my order. Or the order is incorrect.

Worst McDonald’s ever, always gets food wrong, whether I’m in the drive thru or ordering. Who makes a quarter pounder with just meat and cheese and no other toppings? Ridiculous. I dread this McDonald’s and probably will drive to Langley instead

Don’t go here if you are in a hurry or heading to work, they don’t get your coffee right. I order black and get cream and sugar…

I give benefits of the doubt every time i order on this location, but it keep doing like this, i think the management or the owner need to check in they crew to train again, this not the 1st time and drive thru staff sometimes not friendly, i order coffe two cream but you judge my coffee if this have cream

Went through the drive through this go around for iced coffee. They seemed disorganized as we had to wait for what I had thought was a simple order. Hopefully this was just a hiccup in their Operation.

Went inside to wash my hands before I ate, waited 15 minutes for food after I ordered. Worst I've seen in years.

They park me on almost every drive food order.not sure why.be prepared to be parked for 10 minutes while they give food to people behind you. I drive 5 km to the other one.stay away

Absolutely the worst experience, drive thru was so busy they parked us. Then brought our food to a car next to us, let them dig through it to take what they ordered and tried to give us what was ours. In the middle of a pandemic! Hire more competent people!

The cashier tried to tell us we had used wrong coupon, she wouldn't give us the second burger. Had to show/ prove the coupon we had was indeed the buy 1 get 1 free and that she had punched it in wrong. It was handled incorrectly, if I wasn't such a persistent person I probably wouldn't have gotten the food I payed for.

The owner must be loosing a lot of Money, they never take any orders after 2am. "OUR SYSTEM IS RE-BOOTING " Sorry Cannot take any orders at this time. That's their standard answer every time.

It was a bit of a long line-up through the Drive-Thru. But the cashier/attendant was very polite and even offered a smile, which was very nice and pleasant. A person doesn't always see this much anymore, as they give the impression that they don't even like their job. So I would have given a 5 * rating except for the long wait in line (but I do take into consideration it was busy then).

Should probably hire more staff, closed inside closed curb side 22 cars in the drive thru. Thought it was called fast food. Zero stars might as well try Wendy’s

Verified my order 4 times and they still got it wrong. Sent the manager out who asked me "what did you order? " Fifth time asking. They need new staff

Classic long running restaurant known for its burgers, shakes, and fries yes but it really matters who's serving those burgers, shakes, and fries. Just be glad I'm not reviewing the McD's on 200th and 84th I think a late night managerial change would do wonders, and why can I NEVER get hot chocolate or icecream at night, is it just a morning thing? Hmm?

Ordered a coffee and a bagel with creme cheese. Coffee was good, but about 2 bites of the bagel would have creme cheese, and even those there wouldnt be much. Tried calling in and can't get through. I know it's a bagel from mcdonalds but seriously its not like it's hard to put creme cheese on. Never ate the bagel cause well a dry toasted bagel just isn't any good:/

Service I'm very well pleased but every visit I see the same staff only wears a face shield without mask while everyone else wears both. With covid happening i don't find it sanitary

Treated my grandchildren to dinner at McDonalds but was very disappointed. Went through the drive through, it was not busy, light traffic. The paper bag we were handed was soaked on one side with grease. The fries were soggy, my chicken bacon wrap was falling apart. The chicken was stringy and inedible. The wrap was soggy, the bacon and tomato was soggy. My grand daughter's drink had no ice. Seeing as this was McDonald's, I didn't have a very high expectation but this was worse than I expected.

No problems with the food/service here except they seem to favor the left drive-thru speaker more for some reason. Advice, if you're going through the drive-thru, go in the left lane.

The drive thru line isn't that slow usually but has been sometimes. But in store is a different story, it can be a wait inside for food cause they tend to serve drive thru first over instore customers.

In and out! Quick and easy! Restrictions are placed on the front door. Service was efficient, staff was nice and washrooms were available if needed.

Ordered a meal with chocolate shake at drive thru. Was served a vanilla shake and told it was chocolate just not mixed in. And it's always like that. I drove off and sure enough it's all vanilla. Tried calling to complain but no answer 30 rings in. Not impressed I was flat out lied to by a minimum wage punk! Will avoid this location in the future

It's McDonald's. You know what you're getting, it's the same all over the world. So really, what's important is the service. Although, you can't expect much of that in any fast food restaurant.

That being said, this location in particular was as expected. Fast and got what I wanted. The service could've been better. The lady at the counter barely even look at me and not a smile on her face, just got my order and that's that.

I'll probably be back nonetheless because, like I said, it's McDonalds.

The manager at night have a rude behavior.will never ever visit this mcd in future.don't know how to speak with the customers.just throwing food from the window.

So, here I am, once again reviewing a McDonald's.but. I'm actually recommending this one this time! I feel like this should go against my code.however hear me out!

Their egg McMuffin's.are actually made with a freshly cracked egg.and at this particular McDonald's.they cook them to PERFECTION! It's got the slightest bit of runny yolk left, sausage cooked without being burned or rubbery and the cheese is actually tasty! All this however pales in comparison to the cheery, smiley, joyful ladies who greet you on the microphone, take your order, send you ahead, and then with a smile so big that can be seen through their mask, hand you a breakfast that tastes so good, it can only be because it was crafted with love.

Went in to pick up a cup of coffee. Service was fast enough. Seating was limited because of Covid-19, so what can I say! Good location in a small mall area. Parking was adequate.

Skip the dishes drivers are asked to wait outside, its freezing cold at night the temperature will be below 5 degrees, no thanks for your respect to delivery drivers.

Horrible customer service. I placed a mobile order and then entered the McDonald’s. My food was already ready to go even though it hadn’t even been 2 minutes since I placed the order. Nobody came to hand me my food for about 5 minutes. I asked for fresh food because of how long that bag had been sitting there untouched. The employee (name tag: Nydia) who finally approached me was very rude, she put her hand on the top of my drink (not food safe and definitely not Covid safe). She then proceeded to take cold food out of my to go bag and put it back in with the fresh food. So disgusting.

This is by far THE worst Mcdonalds, got there 5 minutes before lunch and I understand if they can't or don't want to start lunch early, I asked if I could order and just wait for it because if you know this location it takes twice as long to get you order anyways, they didn't even answer me left me sit at the drive thru, 5 minutes go by, and they decided to only use one ordering line, so I drove up to the window and ordered there, then I had to sit there in the special parking spot another 8 minutes, do yourself a favour and drive to Hwy 10 Mcdonalds and you'll get the right order quicker. It's been like this for years, they don't care, maybe if everyone stops going there they might start caring about customer service.

Decent always ask for fresh fries and chicken nuggets. And make sure they actually do it. Cheap fast

Ordered skip the dishes and they forgot my food so I called and they got mad at me as if it was my fault and said I have to drive there to pick up my food there's a reason why I ordered skip the dishes

Didn't get order right and had to wait to long in reserved parking for food. Wasn't offered anything for the inconvenience

This is the best McDonald’s to go to for late night and middle of the night in the area. The manager is quick and efficient she makes fresh fries every time and doesn’t skimp on sauces. I specifically drive to this one over any others in Surrey/Langley.

Been here multiple times and asked for fresh fries and gotten barely warm or stale fries even my burgers hardly warm and looked like they were made with blindfolds on and the staff are clueless about the breakfast/lunch times, it changes daily with this location. The managers need to pick up the slack or get their staff trained better.

Spoke to a manager named Deseree and explained to her that I'm trying to make a purchase through skip the dishes but don't want a pop or coffee and if she couldn't help me get a tea instead and she was not even willing to make the change and help me out instead wanted me to give her my number so she can call skip the dishes and ask why that option was not there. 11pm at night you expect a customer to wait for your call to make a purchase?

I did let her know if she doesn't want to help me, she's loosing a customer to another restaurant and still she didn't seem to want to make that change for me.

Disappointed

Please avoid this place at all costs! Super rude managers always not welcoming guests either inside or drive thru. I have given them enough chances on several occasions and shifts. ALwAYS Terrible! Food is never made to order when requested either!
