Forgot to include syrup with the hot cakes this morning. It seems something is forgotten too often when using the drive-thru.

Scammers!
Beware these guys are trained to add McDonald's charity amounts to your bill without consent. Happened to me twice. Do watch out.
If anyone else faces the same problem, we can confront them together

Garbage mcdonalds. Literally standing there while entire crew, including manager is serving drive-thru, continuously looking over at me with zero acknowledgement. Drive thru not busy and I’m the only one at the front counter. Customer service is a thing of the past and I just smfh.

Will I eat at that McDonald’s ever again? I
I’m certainly going to put in a valiant effort not to.

Poorly run McDonald's. Messed up my order, it happens, we are all human so I went back to get the rest of it.they were unapologetic and just rudely handed me everything. Like.at least acknowledge you messed up?

Third time going here & not getting what I order. Ordered a double burger through mobile order just to make it home & not get what I ordered

Awful service. Ordered vanilla cone and staff gave me broken cone. Asked them to exchange, again gave me same one. Staff seems to confused. Very bad experience

I ordered 2 kids meals today, one was missing the cheeseburger and one was missing the yogurt.
Kids were so disappointed. They felt hungry when they took gymnastics class.
The staff was so irresponsible.



Had to repeat my order and specifically said no cheese on my filet fish, twice at the menu board then he repeated at the window and again I said no cheese.yeah he says.only reason it got 2 stars i used to work here in the old building.shoulda checked before leaving and of course no receipt.nice to know they've never improved.

Food wash excellent and a good price. Here's a good hint who want a great meal cheap every friday pork ribs and spaghetti OMG!

Asked for no onions on both burgers. Both burgers covered in onions. Friend ordered a black tea and got a tea with double double

I just stopped in here because I was working across the street and just waiting for my boss to pick me up so we could go to the next job. Nothing good or bad to say.

The drive through lady was fairly nice but the lady giving food wasn't very nice and they messed my order. I ordered a large root beer with light ice and they gave me a medium half filled no ice, A double quarter pounder with cheese and they gave me a quarter pounder.idk kinda annoying tbh

I have ordered the same egg BLT every morning for the past 2 months since I have been working at a local construction site. They have forgotten my egg on my egg BLT about once a week. It is quite frustrating. Maybe they need to try and slow down a little bit, not like there is a rush at 5: 30 am

Worst washroom I have ever seen. Both toilette clogged. Water everywhere. Paper all over the counters. Also no doors.

Not very clean and one person fell on the cashier, from the best cup of coffee we waited for more than half an hour

The wait time were long despite we were the only one waited there, the orange juice taste wired, not nearly as pure as the other franchise, and our fries were missing, very bad overall

As you drive up to the drive-thru the ordering system has an automated message just simply wait for the automated message to finish playing through and allow them to greet you to take your order.five stars.

I continue to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but i think im done. Every single time ive ordered here my food has come as a huge mess, if you ask for changes, they are ignored, if you ask for extra cheese, two patties of cheese are put on one half of a big mac, if you ask for no pickles, youll get pickles.

Save yourself time and eat elsewhere.

They literally served me improperly cooked chicken nuggets before… disgusting. As soon as I realized I stopped eating the nuggets, but by that point it was a little too late. Pretty sure this place gave me food poisoning cuz I felt ill for a week after eating that: (

They never include things im literally paying extra for. I will not go back to this mcdonalds and they might do this purposely because the workers dont really want their jobs and want to avoid customers coming back again. Less work for them even though they pay extra

I ordered grand bigmacs but I got normal big macs instead. Extremely bad service since today's night shift man literally did not even say a word after I ordered those. Wish I could give you a zero star.

Didn't get hash brown with meal. Coffee was full of floaters. Bad milk maybe? Thing is ya don't know unless poured in other cup. Dumped it a made my own cofee. Breakfast Burritos small and falling apart. Guess I gotta lower my expectations or start making my own coffee and breakfast. Not just Macdonald's though. Quality and Customer Service in many places is a thing of the past.

Very disappointed. Took 20min to get two smoothies because they gave it to wrong person. Then they just told they already served when I asked without saying sorry. Also they explained it was due to their system.

Friendly staffs and saved up Pokémon Cards for me, and the food was delicious too keep up the good work. Staffs are super helpful too.

Consistently gets orders wrong via delivery service, like entire half the order, 3 sandwiches missing lol. Sealed back with stickers that should of been checked, do better North Road Mcdonalds

Staff that hands out food in drive thru, very rude. I've been here 4 times in the last 45 days and had her and not once can the girl say thank you, even after you tell her thank you for working during the pandemic, don't dare ask her for a tray for you 4 drinks bcoz she rolls her eyes and huffs.
Just ignorant. I wish I knew her name. She is there tonight January 4th at 6: 09 pm.
If you don't like your job don't take it out on ppl that support your salary.

Service is fairly quick, even during peak hours. However, the parking lot can be a bit of a gong show when trucks start piling in and when people parking crooked and take two spots.

They got my order wrong I asked for meal and they just immediately set it as root beer when I didnt even ask for it and they forgot the fries. So we came back and the manager was like "Next time order it as a meal. " and we said "Yeah we did so thats the whole reason we're back. " Then he went on saying "I know, I will get you fries. "

Rude worst McDonald’s I have been to would not go back to this location and I it was extremely dirty in the eating area and girls just looking at phones chatting by fries!

Clean and efficient. Received a standard burger meal order without any issue. Covid-19 measures followed and thank you for that.

Missing food from my skip order. The refund doesn’t really help when you are hungry! Order wasn’t checked according to the sticker. Shocked. (not really).

I just stopped going. I would have better luck with a random food generator than the staff there getting my drive through order right or getting hot food. Apparently this franchise owner has more that one one location. They can't all possibly be this bad.

We stopped by the drive through for some nuggets. The food was very fresh and they put some extra fries for the delay.

Just ordered a Chipotle Mc taster, paid for it and drove home only to find I have a bag of french fries instead!
Not driving back down there and they will not pick up the phone.

Super packed and busy all the time. You may don't find a place to sit so get yourself ready to have your purchase in your car. Good for fast pick ups.

Just received a ticket for my coffee, love that my stop is now over 80. Please use a different place. There are others with longer parking.

AVOID this restaurant if possible. Since this is the closet drive-thru to our home I have to go there at least once a week. Worst customer service ever. In April, they missed the fries in a junior chicken combo, today they missed the fries in a happy meal. I would denifintely remind everybody check your bags before you drive away in a rush.

Every time I order same combos for my kids I have to pay 2 more bucks than the amount I pay at McBride or Austin branch. Their assistant manager said they are corporate owned not franchised restaurant. As a customer my understanding is McDonald's has uniform price worldwide. Further, your restaurant is corporate owned, is this the reason you guys provide worse service at higher price? Ridiculous.
