Not sure if they still do it, but they used to give out wagon wheels to kids on Halloween which was a really positive experience as a kid. It’s also just a good convenience store all around!

There was a very strange man there!
he kept begging me to turn off my devices but it was a nice place!

Lovely people in the most lovely of Vancouver neighbourhoods. You can grab anything you need in a pinch.or just a Häagen-Dazs bar. The staff are friendly and know the neighbourhood kids by name, it's a great location to grab popsicles when you're at the waterpark.

This little store is a gem in our neighbourhood!
The always have what we need and they carry Avalon milk! They brothers are extremely helpful and always give me a friendly welcome!

This place is a neighbourhood institution. Love the owners, they have everything you need in a pinch and there’s so much love and character in the store that it feels like something out of a book or a movie. It’s a total treasure; McGill grocery forever:)

Very friendly staff and interesting selection of items available. You pay for the convenience as reflected in the item prices. I needed coconut milk and they had it when I really needed it and was in the area. Nice grocery store and not as many around as back in the day.

A lovely little emporium of delight. The three Brothers are equally delightful! A great spot to grab lotto, a newspaper, chips, soda pop and a delicious patty! Thank you neighbour!

A well-stocked corner store with a friendly cashier. I asked if he'd take money for the purchase, he laughed and said, 'oh yes, money is still king! '

The friendliest corner store any neighborhood could wish for, variety of selections with very convenient prices, but most importantly very warm family oriented staff

I only come here a couple of times a year when I'm driving in this area the staff are amazing always friendly. They know many of the customers by name, every time I'm in the store I feel welcome the gentleman running the store is very polite and friendly and goes out of his way to do the best he can for his customers. For example while standing in line a lady said she needed carrots he told her where they were and she grabbed a bag, at the register the man behind the register I assume he is the owner or one of the best staff I have ever seen, said to the lady are you cooking a special meal? As he was adding up her purchases, she said no she only needed a couple of things and didn't really need a whole bag of carrots only the one carrot but stated he only had them left in the bag full. The man said oh you don't have to buy the whole bag if you just need the one carrot. I'll just give you a carrot, and the lady smiled as did all the customers waiting in line, but the lady said no that's fine but thank you anyways I'm sure I will need them all. That kind of personal service and kindness from a small business has been lost and I'm glad to see it still alive and well in this small business taking care and appreciating His local repeat customers as well as the new ones. I would give this business ten stars if I could. They will always have my business when I am in town, they accept cash, debit and credit sell lotto and I believe I seen fresh coffee, and not only give you a receipt but also a smile and the best service️️️

It is a small grocery store. Hence, not too many options and a little overpriced.
But the staff are super-helpful and friendly.

Just discovered this place today and it's going to be my new spot! Friendly staff and great hours! Perfect place to grab a soda and chips
