When I got to the maze I was greeted rudely by the lady at the desk when buying tickets. I simply asked if they had apple cider and she rudely responded with a NO, I then went to go get a tea and she said I couldn't pay with debit. Even though I had just bought my ticket with debit. The maze has gone down hill there was no hole punches to punch your cards what a waste! The numbers weren't even in the ground and just laying in thr muddy hay. The corn maze atmosphere was dirty and gross simply not worth the nine dollars. The tractor man was extremely aggressive to the young children and left them behind for the whole tractor ride. The staff at this place are aggressive and rude not a good environment for family's at all. Worst experience, definitely has gone down hill do not recommend attending you want to be verbally abused.
When me and my friends arrived at McNabs we were treated with disrespect. The woman working at the front is extremely rude and seems to hate her job. She is very aggressive and acts like her paying customers are an inconvenience. The maze has also become significantly worse this past year, the wooden stakes were out of the ground and the hole punchers were gone. The whole maze is trashed, much worse than it used to be. The man driving the tractor was also very aggressive. He yelled at a group of young children, and then proceeded to call out their parents. I do not recommend this maze for anyone, unless you want to be verbally harassed.
We visited in late September and unfortunately they weren’t fully open yet (even though the website said they were) but the staff was lovely and still gave us our own personal hayride. We were able to go through the maze as well but the pumpkin patch was not quite ready. We still had a great time and loved the animals. The staff even let us feed a couple! Would love to return when everything is in full swing.
Farms are great places for kids to learn and experience new things, but inherently filled with hazards incongruent with modern bubble wrap culture. It is a fun weekend activity, but also an intriguing social experiment.
Between the folks who run it, the sweet animals they keep and the care they take of everyone it's a place we make a point of coming back to every year. It's always a blast! Bring your rubber boots though, the mud can be epic!
Great place to explore! Love the muddy corn maze and the big pumpkins! Great place to take the family, anytime of year but especially during the Halloween season. Would recommend to all. Oh and the tractor rides are the best!
The maze was fun. However we didn't have the best experience with the staff. When I was asking questions about tickets to the hayride driver he became very rude to me and told me "it isn't that hard to understand". However he wouldn't answer my question directly so it was very unclear. I don't know if we'll go back, I'm certainly not wanting to right now.
A great experience at a beautiful location. Fall is the time to be at McNab's, the corn maze is super fun, the animals are friendly. Go during the week or parking is a nightmare and so is getting photos of your kids without strangers in the background!
