I had two claims on my Honda Odyssey within a short period of time, and both experiences with Meadowridge Collision were beyond impeccable. It could have been really stressful but instead they made it smooth and stress-free. Every single person I talked to or interacted with there was warm, kind, friendly, and professional. The work was done perfectly and exactly when they said it would be. Everything went super smoothly dealing with ICBC and a third party rental company. Honestly just a breath of fresh air to have such a pleasant, competent, professional experience! While I hope I never have to deal with collision repair again, if I do I know exactly where I’m going!

Couldn’t be more happier with service provided by John and the team. Our daughter bought a used car that had the rear bumper replaced by previous owner at Meadowridge and we noticed it was slightly misaligned. They quickly fixed the issue and on top of that helped knock out another dent and all for no charge. Hoped I don’t have a need to go back there but if I have any repair work, will definitely go back! My brand new focus got hit while parked in the parking lot at my work and had holes in the bumper, I brought my car into John and he and his team had my car looking like brand new in no time, very friendly customer service and the work they did is amazing you can’t even tell that it’s not the original bumper and the paint blends and matches perfectly! And the interior detailing they did was well beyond what I expected considering I own a husky and when I got my car back you couldn’t even tell a dog had ever been in the car! Would definitely recommend! Thank you again John for making my baby look like new!

The quality of the repair was second to none and they detailed the vehicle immaculately. The receptionist was professional and kind along with every staff member I met.

Very friendly group, just got my car fixed here. Needed a deer dent taken out of my door, just picked it up today. I have to bring it back as the door was not fixed entirely and the air rushes in the top corner. They are apologetic and have arranged another time to bring it in. A little inconvenient as it would have been nice to get it fixed during the original appointment. Still worth a 4 star though as what they did fix looks awesome.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff who make the process of dealing with the aftermath of damage to your vehicle way less stressful. The free extra of cleaning and vacuuming the car was a nice bonus

I would like to say Thank You to Taylor and his team! The rear bumbler repair experience started with a professional and fair assessment, continued with a fast repair.
In addition, they kindly provided for no charge a replacement car (the repair wasn’t done through the ICBC, so they didn’t have to).
And finally, they managed to reduce the repair price by $200 by using Kia’s price match program for the OEM parts. I am very satisfied with the repair quality and the service provided.
