Ellie and her team have always worked very hard to ensure all of us are eating right! There is always new meals being added or rotated to her menu and the protein balls are soo good! Hands down I would recommend them to anyone.

I’m in the Abbotsford area working, staying in a hotel and having no time to cook after work and going to the gym training. Eating out daily isn’t healthy for me and gets expensive. Was referred to Meals A Weight for meal prep.
Picked up my meals, for 7 day’s breakfast, lunch and dinner, on Monday and had my first 3 meals on Tuesday.
I am totally impressed and satisfied beyond, Getting the macros and portions down for me is important. I am definitely re-ordering for next week because of how convenient it is and the price is very reasonable.
