Let me start with saying Dr Balbir Bhatti is not capable of being a family Docter to anybody. A person with so much rudeness and zero empathy toward a fellow citizen is not to be trusted and I am saying this with personal experience I had with him today. Utter nonsense. Stay away from this clinic. I would give -10 stars but for the sake of posting this comment I am forced.

called them 110 times in a day they were never ans my bad choosed these clinic dr as a family dr.all staff at reception should be change asap

I would like to give them 0 star. I HAVE Had bad experience with them. Dr sharma and staff is very rude and they donot understand the patient’s problem. I need to pick my blood work and have very severe health issues. I went there after work and they closed the clinic 20min earlier and didnot pick my call.i donot recommend to anyone to go there.

An EMBARRASSMENT to doctors, Dr Bhatti has been my doctor for my whole life and has missed many diagnosis’s. He doesn’t do follow ups, he just throws pills at you which cause underlying effects, or tells you to “drink more water / lose weight” no one I know has had any good experience with him. Fun fact, he failed the medical exam about 4 times before he even became a doctor, is that who you want looking after you and giving you advice? I had severe pancreatitis and a 3 gallstones sitting inside me for who knows how long yet he dismissed it as “just gas” and told me I need to “run more”. A year later I ended up being in the hospital because the problem wasn’t treated, he’s the one who didn’t do his job as a doctor to tell me what’s going on, he’s the one who made me think it was a minor issue when really I had severe underlying conditions. He’s a disgraceful emotionless robot who simply smiles when he gets his cheque. I’ve even read other reviews where patients mentioned they had cancer and he would tell them to take Advil! I’m appalled by the fact that he’s still a doctor, do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

I have no idea why there are so many negative reviews, he has been our family doctor for more than 14 years and we have always received the best care from him. He knows the issues that are serious and takes quick action to get all the tests done for his patients. Something that is not serious, he does not highlight it for no reason. All in he is a great doctor. I can never thank him enough to get me out of my depression and his patience to listen to me when I was going through high stress. Thanks Doctor Bhatti!

Honestly if there would be a possibility of giving 0 stars i would have given dat. Receptionist are no professional literally have 0 zero patience to listen to their walk in patients more likely these both receptionist argue on the top. Atleast if u wanna hire sumone on fromt desk make sure they have enough experience to handle the situation.

I’d give them 0 stars if I could. Worst doctors ever, especially Balbir Bhatti. He was my family doctor for years (because I didn’t know any better) and my whole family has had nothing but negative experiences with him. He’s only in business because he’s in a convenient location. For years he was so rude to my Grandma and did not take any of her issues seriously. When she was fed up and switched to a better doctor, she found our exactly what her problems were and she is now healthier than ever. My brother went to Bhatti years ago for some issues and he was dismissed saying it was “just gas”. Two years later, my brother has severe gallbladder issues and chronic pancreatitis and has to spend months in the hospital, suffering, all because Balbir Bhatti did not take him seriously. I was in a brutal car accident less than a year ago, and being in an accident is stressful enough without having a doctor who gaslights you and does not take you seriously. Only three months after the accident, he was refusing to vouch for treatment for me because he felt I was being dishonest and my “soft tissue injuries don’t last this long”. He was dismissing everything I told him, did no tests and barely saw me in person. I also got a new doctor now and I am receiving the proper care I deserve. All in all, Dr Balbir Bhatti is the WORST doctor, surprised he’s still in business. The board should really check up on this one.
