I love Dr. Keshavarzi but his support staff are not qualified/ improperly trained to perform their roles. I was notified that the doctor wanted to meet to discuss blood test results and that I would receive a call on November 5th between 12: 00-1: 00pm. I had been waiting for this call for an hour and a half only to go online to find that the clinic is closed on Sundays. I feel that the support staff at the very least should be aware of the hours of operation of the clinic.

He has been our family physician for more than 20 years, and his diagnostics have always been accurate and right to the point.

Receptionist never pick up the phone when I call. I had to go to clinic to arrange an appointment. My request from all 5 doctors, please provide a proper manor for patients to contact you. This system is not working

Your employees never answer the phone. They are really irresponsible. I have to leave a message here for Dr. Armin Amin Javaheri. Dr, please call me again. Even if we leave a message on your phone a hundred times, no one will answer. It is really a pity, it reminds me of the country of Iran. These people harm the character of the people who serve the people as doctors in this clinic and your business. The irresponsible employee should be fired. I wonder how such a thing is possible in this country? ! If you are call any clinic, all clinics answer the phone and the only clinic I have seen and had a bad experience is this clinic where no one answers the phone.

I should give 0 stars since 1 is still a lot! This clinic is awful. The front desk people are rude and argumentative. I have called for 3 days and left voice messages. On the third day, they finally picked up. When I asked about the reason of not getting back to me, they got defensive and kept interruptting me, then, very indifferently wanted me to go to walk-in clinics; as if nobody was responsible for this patient's needs there!
They don't care where they're working and expect the patients to align themselves with these people.
Also, if you could find my family doctor, Mr Nabai, there, say hello to him for me!
After being their patient for about 3 years, I am so disappointed with their staff, services, management, and doctor. I will find another doctor, or stick to the walk-in clinics and wipe my hands off them.

Update: I tried to change my family doctor more than 2 months ago, and at the same time, my new doctor requested to have my medical records transferred to her. The Medlife clinic got back to me yesterday day, on Apr 10, after 2 months, and asked for $50 fee for transferring! When we questioned the reason for this big delay and the charges, they w8th an aggressive tone made excuses.
Unfortunately, my husband is still a patient of this clinic, and if I wasn't pregnant, I wouldn't be able to change my doctor or be accepted by another clinic. They know there is a shortage in GP doctors in BC, who accept new patients, and are taking advantage of the situation, so people have no other choice.
In general, the staff don't even know the basics of customer service and make no sense at all. Just don't go near this clinic!

The staff have been very responsive, helpful and kind. As well my doctor is really great. I am really glad I got into this clinic.

First Visit today at Medlife Clinic Dr. Ashrat. Reviews so wrong to my experience! After years of horrid walk in clinics in West Vancouver, the entire process of becoming a new patient was flawless - thanks to the receptionists at the clinic. So efficient, Wait time was minimal and my experience with Dr. Ashrat awesome. This is what medical care in BC should be. I look forward to being a patient at this clinic.

An amazing experience with this clinic, the best I've ever had in Vancouver (I've attended many). Dr Ashraf is very professional, patient and helpful. Receptionists are polite and very kind. Seriously, I'm impressed by their attitude

I started the process of registration for myself and my husband saw reviews on here saying how rude the staff were thought oh maybe that’s just these peoples’ experiences. But honestly no even though I have done only an email exchange the administration staff came off very rude and condescending so I have since filed a request to remove all of our information as I am not comfortable going here.

This clinic just doesn’t answer phone calls! Left messages never returned a call back! Probably 5 times!
They couldn’t care less
