I really appreciated how clean this restaurant is. The food is delicious and affordable for most budgets. Family friendly.

I am not a sweet food lover, but I need some desert after meal sometimes.
Meet Fresh brings me many iced deserts. I like cool/cold stuff, such as iced cream. I want fairly sweet but not much, it is hard to have decent sweetness under cold temperatures. Meet Fresh gave me a happy hour, just enough brown sugar mix into the iced mountain, and those pearls like stuffed are not as sugar as sugar.

It was my first time to dine at this meet fresh restaurant and had a very bad experience. First of all, after entering and standing for a while, there was still no one paying attention, no one welcomed or even said hello, but the employees sat down and rested inside.

After placing the order, you need to pick up the food by yourself. When picking it up, the man with the curly afro wearing a hat inside was extremely rude. Not only did he not say thank you, but he also made a disgusting look on his face as if we had made some mistake. Two people. The meal was only given one spoon, and he was very reluctant when asked to take it. I had the nerve to charge a tip. The pudding in the picture was the most disgusting pudding I have ever tasted in my life. I will never forget it and will never come back again.

$17.01 for this signature dessert but just a few taro balls and grass jelly……taste not bad but definitely not worth to eat.

The portion of taro balls is very generous, and the iced taro balls No. 4 are really delicious.

Went here with friends. Workers are very friendly. I ordered regular bubble tea with half sugar. The price is fair and the taste is good too.

Meet fresh is always my go to dessert place in Richmond. It’s not overly sweet and the quality is there. Check out fantuan for discounts!

The lady is very nice. I can finally eat the fresh taro seeds that are also available in HK.

I went to the store today to see the taro balls that were given away. When I came back, I ate them and they tasted bad. I ate them without thinking too much. After a while, both my boyfriend and I started to have food poisoning reactions.

When ordering, I made a note that I can’t eat barley. If I can change it, I can change it to glutinous rice balls, and if I can’t, just don’t add it. When I got it, I didn't see the barley at first glance, but I took a big bite and found that it was full of barley. I can't finish it at all. Try to pick it out with a spoon, but the moment the spoon comes up, the bean curd will be broken. Repeated several times, finally there is a bowl of crushed bean curd paste, the point is that there is not only glutinous rice in it.good. Speaking of which, I made a note that I cannot eat barley, I am allergic to barley, and I am still 23 weeks pregnant, and pregnant women cannot eat barley. Thank you for your barley, I was so angry that I was able to eat dessert once.

I ordered the basic bean curd with noodles and shaved ice. The food is still a little bit worse than Taiwan, and the noodles are too hard. The environment is messy and no one comes to clean it up. The tables are sticky and dirty, and the serving speed is also slow.

Nice place to have good Taiwanese desserts like grass jelly, taro balls, pearls, and especially fresh taro for summertime. The atmosphere and food are good but the services. Staff aren't friendly and helpful as I don't want to use the word "rude" here. And the same with a lot of other Chinese restaurants in Richmond, they don't bother to write promotion board in English - just Chinese only so hardly know what's in promotion or special.

The first time I went, and the last time, the experience was very bad. I found a seat and no one cared about me. A few waiters stood and watched coldly. Finally, I went to ask them how to order, and there was something on the top layer. Pearls are hard to eat, and everything is supported by sugar, including ice, which is also very sweet. Just add a tip of more than 15 for this stuff, and leave without finishing eating.

Don't bother going after 9: 30 pm. They will serve your dine-in order in a to-go bowl and make a big fuss if you ask them to switch it to their normal container. After the big fuss, they remade our order instead of just giving us the bowls. Part of me wonders if the to-go bowls are the same serving size as the dine-in bowls.

Absolutely fresh and authentic taste! Loyal fans have never been disappointed since the opening to now!

I ordered one hot red bean soup with sweet potato ball around 10: 30pm tonight for pick up. Their desserts are usually satisfying but not tonight. There were five sweet potato balls and very little red beans hiding in the bottom of the bowl. I guessed they were running out of the red beans and the sweet potato balls which was kind of normal for a Sunday evening. How dare they charged me $12.75 plus tax for basically just one bowl soup? I believe honesty is more important than quality.

I said there should be taro balls and jelly grass, and then the clerk said that there are, but they were not there when I got them. After I responded, he replied that there are barley? ? ? I mean taro balls are not barley, I’m really dumbfounded, and it’s really annoying to have to add money and tips.

The food is fine. However the girl at the check in counter was so mean. She show her attitude toward to customers who are thinking to choose what they want. Please we come here to buy food and enjoy it with friends. We are not begging for food. She is working at 9pm Friday night when I was coming.

How come there is no rating of 0 stars or negative points on Google? I ordered a takeout yesterday and it was an eye-opener. The attitude of the staff was average and I just ignored it. The pearls were as hard as they had been for a few days. I couldn’t eat the taro balls and they were soaked in lumps. I threw it away after taking two bites. It was so unpalatable that I won’t come back again️
