Meet Fresh

Ordered 15 orders on phone, the front desk lady said it’ll take 20 mins. It took me 25 mins to get the store to pick up, when i got to th store they haven’t start making yet. They said it’s big order so they are scare it’s scam so they dont do it.if they thought it's scam why they didnt tell me to pay first or tell me come to store to order? I had to spend another 25mins to wait at the store.

Terrible service. I wanted to get a disposable bag to put my to-go order and was told to put it back, because it costs money! How much does the little baggy cost $0.05-$0.10? Is this enough to ruin a relationship with a customer? Is this the extra care that earns tips?

I won’t be back at this place again. I love red bean soups. I ordered two of them. I found out each only contain a teaspoonful of red beans. They were very stingy of giving the beans. The rest just water heated in a microwave oven.

The three Chinese waitresses were siting in back and gossiping.
Yuck.

Delicious Taiwanese dessert. Ordered their Signature Icy Grass Jelly. The taro ball and grass jelly were yummy. I make a visit every time I'm in Vancouver.

Absolutely fresh and authentic taste! Loyal fans have never been disappointed since the opening to now!

Was wanting boba/bubble tea and thankfully this place was available!

I was confused as to what the difference is between milk tea and bubble tea and the server kindly explained bubble tea is milk tea with boba.

Pricing was average at $8.

It tasted delicious (milk tea and boba)!

They close at 10PM, but upon arriving at 9: 35 to place an order they said they are already closed, last call 9: 30. Maybe update the time of operation to 9: 30 if that's the case.

I just had a great experience at Meet Fresh and wanted to share with everyone about the delicious Signature LCY Grass Jelly here. Soft and smooth black jelly, soft potatoes and fresh milk create a unique and attractive flavor. The space of Meet Fresh is very comfortable and beautiful, creating a warm and pleasant space. If you are looking for a delicious eatery and a nice space to relax with friends or family, Meet Fresh is a great choice. I will definitely come back to try other dishes

It's really great. I tried the special here and they made it really good one of the best dessert eateries I have ever known

We ordered the signature and it was AMAZING, we were already full when we went there but we finished the entire thing, was very refreshing and not too sweet

All 4 desserts we tried were really bad. I spit 3 out, it's not the quality.it's the different textures and flavor mixtures

This dessert place used to be a really good one a few years ago as there is not much competition back then. Now it’s just average, and the competition is fierce.

Generally speaking, their dessert is not bad. Especially on Robson St, they are the only Chinese dessert place, so you ain’t got many choices like in Richmond.

Anyway, coming here is a bit nostalgic for me now.

Whoever was working as cashier on December 27 2022 at 7: 00pm should deserve the highest prestige award for customer service and hospitality. I kindly requested for a cup of water after ordering but was given an unprofessional attitude from the cashier and she poured the water all over the table. Afterwards we heard them complaining about other customers requests. Might as well close the store if they really don’t like customers. Food was okay though. Customer service was another story.

Wish i could give them 0 stars.arrived at 2 wouldn’t open the door didn’t even try to tell us.we called to ask they said they open at 2: 20, at least make an effort to lie. 20 minutes later they said they still had nothing ready, called again and got notified that they open at 2: 30. Never knew I had to beg a store to let me pay.

Me and my kid went here. We looked at the pic from the menu and ordered this q mochi milk shaved ice. However when I got this I don’t have the ice cream! So I asked, and the staff said the pic is misleading, it supposed not to have the ice cream! This doesn’t make sense to me at all! Customer look at the pic to order and now u told me what u got is different from the pic, and it has less. This is dishonest!

雖然說還是不錯吃的，但是我點的外賣竟然不給我餐具，我點的是紅豆牛奶刨冰但是給我的識別的口味的。 這讓我對家的員工管理感到很失望。感覺員工培訓有待加強!

Although the food is delicious, the takeaway I ordered didn't even give me utensils. I ordered the red bean milk shaved ice, but it gave me another flavor. This made me very disappointed with the staff management of the restaurant. I feel that staff training needs to be strengthened!

I tried the almond #2 and my friend got the red bean soup with taro bell. I liked it was the perfect sweetness. She enjoyed hers too! Almost 5 stars. I removed one because the menu banner stated the almond #2 was 9.5 but the cashier kindly explained that it is now $12.5 at checkout…

This is a Taiwanese snack/desserts/refreshment chain. If you're unfamiliar with the items you might find it strange, but the food is excellent and meticulously prepared.

Really good desserts. Good value for the price. Fun to share. I like that they weren’t overly sweet and the textures were unique.

I ordered 2 desserts through UberEats. They only gave one to the pick-up driver and forgot to make the other one, so I was only delivered 1 of my desserts. I called and they tried to convince me to go pick up the second dessert myself.they didn't even apologize or make any gesture for their mistake

Great Taiwanese shaved ice place! Definitely order one to share! Portion is huge. Perfect for a hot summer day.

Ordered the 8 treasures and the Q mochi shaved ice. The person making them tonight was on point, the ingredients were neatly placed.

Honestly, I’m here for this person’s energy and their dedication to making the final product look exactly like the advertisement.

I thought it’s a chain store of my favorite dessert shop Fresh Legend on Kingsway. But it is not.

The quality of food and service were way below my expectation. It’s very pricy to pay for a bowl of mostly sweet water, small portion with not much content, which is not even tasty.

Very disappointed and rather drive half an hour to Fresh Legend to get my desserts. Feel bad for people living downtown.

Great food great service, the cashier girl who’s wonderfully helpful with the menu, will be back for sure!

A cozy and great place to have some desserts after spending a day in downtown when you need to relax the tired body. Reasonable price and top quality food. Though it has been quite a busy night and the place is pretty full, the staff remained patient and showed her professionality. Meet Fresh is one of my favorite places in Vancouver all the time.

It's too bad this place is not like the original ones in Taiwan. Unparalleled service and food. Not feeling the Taiwanese passion and spirit as you would if you ate here in Taiwan.

The taste was okay, but I switched bubble pearls to taro balls with extra charge, I only have 6 taro balls.

Always my favorite Chinese dessert in Vancouver. The taro ball here is the perfect and standard, I can’t find any other place whose taro ball tastes better than MeetFresh. Also I really love Taro and grass jelly. Came here once a week usually.

Took away 2x the Signature costs 26 bucks. Portion was painfully small and didn't taste at all like the one in HK.

Was there on July 19 evening, it was really busy but the staffs were super nice and we got our food really quick! Very professional staffs. The food was delicious and i think the price is reasonable! Would definitely return:)

Don't get me wrong, Meet Fresh is one of my favourite desserts in the Lower Mainland. But the staff at the Robson location are some of rudest people ever! They provide some of the worst customer service. We understand there are last calls if you walk in half an hour before they close. But they're rushing closures and straight up being so rude about it. At the end of the day, it's customer service! Don't have to be so damn rude about it! It's a huge turn off for a customer service oriented business.

Tried one on Robson. Tasted horrible. Mochi tasted like just sweetened with artificial flavor. Bubble tea came out with no sugar and when I claimed they all gave me the face like something wrong with me and my family. Samething for the taro ball. Strawberry milk slush was just so so. So far the worst Taiwan desert shop for us in Vancouver. Not worth visit or money.

The worst. I know it's about an hour before closing and you guys are busy cleaning up but 10+ dollar for one and a half spoonful of tofu pudding is ridiculous. Will never come back

Authentic Taiwanese dessert on Robson Street. Enjoyed the grass jelly so much!

We needed a bit of dessert after supper, so, we walked up Robson Street to try Meet Fresh. From some the bad reviews, I was expecting the worst. But from start to finish, I was pleasantly surprise. First the ordering process was fine, there was no rudeness I can detect. We order a small almond pudding and sesame pudding, and even though the order was so small, still, there was not rudeness. We were standing around looking for a table, and a couple of customers flagged us down and told us we can have their table. That was nice. The almond pudding was nice and light, not very sweet at all with just the right amount to red beans on top. We loved that. We also love the intense flavour of the sesame mochi. When I returned our tray, I didn't see the "Return Tray" sign with the arrow. I was guided by the guy behind the counter to the back where they actually have a window to receive the return trays – what a great idea. All in all, it was a good experience. I am sure we will come back again.

The portion is so big one person cannot possibly finish it. I got a hot almond soup dessert under the recommended list. To honest it's a bit sweet and the soup part is too thin but I really enjoyed the chewy mochi, you can taste the pumpkin and taro in it. Next time I think I will try the tofu dessert with some friends. The server knew I needed a takeout bowl before i said anything but he looked like it was done, beyond exhausted.
