Excellent customer service from reception. Every staff in the clinic values their customers. Clean office. Doctor Ting is friendly and patient with clients. The hygienist, Issak, has good skills and made me feel comfortable while cleaning my teeth. Great staff and great location. Highly recommended.

I'm running out good words about our dentist Dr. Ting from Mega Dental. Yes, she is professional, gentle, efficient, experienced with excellent techniques. She is above and beyond. She loves her job and cares about her patients. She always put her patients first.
My daughter had a Dental emergency last weekend. I contacted Mega Dental office and found out Dr. Ting was on vacation. I totally didn't expect Dr. Ting contacting us immediately to give us instructions. And she broke out of her vacation to treat my daughter right away.
I don't know how we can thank Dr. Ting enough. I don't think she is doing it for money because during her practice, she always try to save money for us.
I don't want to exaggerate. If there is a Dentist Saint, Dr. Ting should be the one. At least she should be role model for all dentists.

Had a really great cleaning session. No pain, the hygienist took a lot of care to make sure nothing was being poked at. Very happy!

Efficient service for my whole family of four. Amy was fantastic with making sure there wasn’t any water sprayed on my face and quickly removed water from my mouth. Dr. Ting was efficient and cheerful as always!

The Mega dentist is very experienced and caring. My teeth cleaning appointment only takes 1 hours.
The other place I went for teeth cleaning last year took me 3 appointments to finish.

My first time visit. The hygienist was very good and friendly. The front desk were friendly as well. I'm glad I switched my dental clinic.

I went there more than 10 years. The hygienist this time was efficient but did not clean my teeth as thorough as others hygienists before. She didn’t even floss my teeth at the end and put lots of white stuff all around my teeth and lips that was hard to remove. It’s also hard for me to floss between teeth at night.

All staff is very friendly and kind. I always receive a warm welcome. Dr. Tang is the best! I'm very pleased with her high-quality professionalism and treatment. Lucky to know her! ️

The hygienist Arshnoor was professional, kind and made me comfortable for my life’s very 1st hygiene appointment. The front desk was friendly, courteous & answered all my queries professionally. Would definitely recommend mega dental for new patients.

Several dentists helped me at this clinic, not satisfied with any of them. One of them removed my wisdom teeth, very roughly done and dentist was impatient. Another dentist no longer works there did my fillings, one of the fillings fell out after one month and the rest was also poorly done. My current dentist told me there are air bubbles in my fillings. REALLY NOY RECOMMENDED!

It is always a great experience. They explain what they are doing every step of the way. I highly recommend Mega Dental Group for all your dental needs. You won’t be disappointed.

I've done two teeth cleanings, one tooth restoration, and one tooth extraction at Mega Dental Group, and they provide excellent services. All staff at reception are polite and helpful. Dentists and hygienists are professional.

I want to give a special thanks to Dr. Chang for the wisdom teeth extraction. The whole process is smooth and fast, and I can barely feel any pain the next day. That's really great experience.

I have never had any issues with getting my dental work here or if I had to reschedule they’ve always been very accommodating.

I was prepared for some struggles when I took my 3 year old boy to the dental office, but it turned out to be a relief. Doctor Suzanne Ting is very professional and very patient with kids. During the check up, my son followed her instructions very well and he earned a token for a cute little toy.

Booked my mom in here because of the great reviews. The dentist did a root canal and replaced a bridge for her but in the process of removing the old bridge he pulled her tooth too hard. During the appointment she expressed discomfort and he ignored it, subsequent visits where she informed him that tooth is now loose he blamed it on gingivitis or receding gums, none of which are issues she suffers from. Even IF that was the case, it doesn't affect just 1 single tooth. Zero accountability for his own mistakes. Now she's got a bridge anchored over a loose tooth and she's scared to chew on anything on the one side. All this money spent on dental work but shes worse off than before.

I found this clinic one week after I moved to Burnaby from Montreal. I think I am lucky! Staff here are nice and patient, Dr is professional and knowledgeable. The best is I am living just cross the road, I can go to my appointment whenever I need to go shopping at T & T

They did not put my health and well-being at first place. They advised me to do what is most convenient for them which cause a root canal and I had to spend extra 2000 and lots of extra pain! I think their dentist have ethical problem!

I was a student and only had 750 allowance from Ubc dental plan. I had my full check up at their place three years ago. Their dentist advised me to pull out 4 wisdom teeth and they also see big cavity in one of my teeth. They did not advise me to treat the cavity at left lower molar, instead they told me to pull my 2 wisdom teeth from left and right side. This caused two problem:
1: why would anyone in their right mind pull one wisdom tooth from each side. This will cause me unable to eat anything for two weeks. I ask the dentist to pull my upper and lower wisdom teeth from same side. The dentist told me she don’t have enough time. She advised me to sacrifice my well being so she can make more money. If I knew the pain, I would have booked another appointment to treat my wisdom teeth.
2: she know I am a student. I only have 750 allowance per year. She fails to warn me that my cavity at lower left side is more urgent than the wisdom teeth. It turn out I have to wait another year before I have allowance from UBC to treat my cavity, by that time. It is all to late. I have to spend 2000+ for root canal and crown. And I lost my real teeth forever!

Patient don’t have enough knowledge to make the best decision. So I was exploited by them. Unethical! Unprofessional!

In their latest response. Mega dental claimed that I had pain in my wisdom teeth. This is a lie. I never had pain in my wisdom teeth.
Second, in their latest response. They claimed to ask me to return to do a full check up. Another lie, because I visited their office just to do full check up at first place. And then used to rest of the allowance from my dental plan to do wisdom teeth removal under their recommendation. So unfortunate, they are making up stories.

Dr. Becky Zhang is an excellent dentist. I recommend visiting her for your dental needs. She’s very calm, and a true expert at what she does. The reception staff are amazing as well. I always leave happy when I visit this office.

The dentist was so polite. She was patient with me and she was just so talkative, in a good way. It didn't feel like a gloomy atmosphere at all. I really liked this one. It is considering the fact that it was my first dental visit after coming to Canada so I was pretty nervous.

The reception all can speak Chinese, very hospitable. I spent $188 for one-hour of teeth wash; I’ve never had these kinds of teeth wash before, very detailed, gentle, and clear every tartar and highly recommended.

Everyone at Mega Dental are professional and friendly. We’ve had treatments from both Dr. Ting and Dr. Tang, who always take care to explain all the details and never pressured us into anything. Even my 6-year old was happy to be here. Impressed!

Staff were super friendly and kind. Especially during the pandemic, I really felt safe getting my teeth cleaned as there were many precautions put into place!

I'm a patient at their sister location in Richmond but had an urgent issue arise with a newly installed permanent retainer over the weekend. The Richmond location was closed and so I called the Burnaby location to see if they could help. The receptionist was not fluent in English and didn't understand that I simply needed my retainer glued back on to my teeth as part of it ripped off while eating breakfast. It's a simple 2 second touch up but all she did was argue how the Richmond and Burnaby locations are separate. When I advised that I needed assistance today or even the next day, even if I had to go elsewhere, she said that was fine as they were already booked.

I'm been a patient of your sister location for 20 years and in an urgent situation, there's zero offer for assistance or to see if there's an available appointment the next day? Zero customer service, argumentative, and refused to help.not only will I not be going to either locations ever again, the next place I called booked me in the same day and was super understanding. If there was an option for zero stars, that is what I would choose.

Dr Ting is an awesome dentist. My family has been seeing her for 15 years now. The staff are nice and very accommodating. Clinic was properly set up for Covid restrictions. Always a five star service.

I have been with Mega Dental for over 7 years for teeth care and I am very much impressed by the professionalism and the excellent service provided by Linda, Dr Ching and other staff members each time from the beginning to the end of each visit for so many years. Thank you Linda and all the staff!

Service was disorganized for the beginning stages of getting my braces. When I showed up early or on time, I still occasionally get my turn 15 to 20 minutes late. I got little to no instructions on maintenance advice for my first time using braces. However, staff is friendly and provides service on weekends. Their service also got better overtime and have now regained my respect. Because of this, I leave a 4 star review because they did try to make improvements.

The whole team was professional and courteous. My teeth problems have been solved and no pain. I recommend this dental clinic to my family and friends.

Everything was ok except someone attending to me with a soil and blood splattered gown. Please change next time. I won’t mention this time. Have you heard of cross contamination?

400 dollar for a single tooth filling, which only takes 3 mins work. Check price with them before you guys book an appointment with them.

Dr. Ting has been my dentist since I was little. She always takes the time to address our concerns and help us find a solution. Her receptionists are also very friendly and makes sure that everything is prepared for my appointment.

I illings, root canals, cleanings.etc. All gave me good results, meaning my teeth felt strong afterwards.
That tells all.

Both the doctor and the assistant are really patient with my 3 years old daughter during the visit. Super nice front desk staff.
