Mega Fu Medical Clinic at Walmart Richmond by Jack Nathan Health

Everything was great and my doctor cares too when it was first opened but now, I can never reach him because the receptionist does not pick up the phone. I went to the office personally to book and found out reception is busy with other tasks and just leave the phone unanswered. Furthermore, i need to wait over 3 weeks for my appointment. If it's this busy, why not consider hiring additional front desk.

Update Nov 3,2023: They have greatly improved their phone system and the staff were very nice. The walk in clinic Doctor Lydia followed up on my case the next day regarding my x-ray. Overall, I'm very happy that they have a 2nd office at Marshall to ease the traffic and serve more patients. However, my family doctor still have a two week waitlist.

With the enthusiastic and patient help of Dr. Song, I quickly met the specialist Dr. Zhang. Dr. Zhang was very responsible and patient. He quickly diagnosed my condition and prescribed medicine, and helped me coordinate with the nearest hospital for the next step.examine. This is the best medical experience I have ever had in Canada.

Tried to book an appointment online, but it says the information I entered does not match their record, please contact their clinic to update the record.
Call the clinic, the receptionist says she cannot help me, basically tell me to go somewhere else

One of the receptionists (an old Chinese speaking lady) was extremely rude. She gave people bad attitude and wasted tons of my time!

Waited over 1hr when I had an appointment. Doctor was unfamiliar with the medications I needed to refill for a chronic condition and refused to provide some of them. Would not recommend this clinic.

Dr. Bai, a female doctor in Mandarin, has rich experience, a super good doctor attitude, and is very patient with the elderly! Conscience recommended! ! !

Reception service is very bad. I kept asking questions but she just said goodbye and hung up.

Super rude and misleading front desk lady. I called to find out how to find a family doctor there, and she told me to do it online. However, I can't find this function on their website. I called again. She's surprised I can't find it and told me to watch a youtube video. I did that, but still, the video only tells you how to make an appointment but not how to apply to get a family doctor. Afterwards, I can never dial through again.

Extremely disappointed. I booked an appointment online with Dr Gao. And I have been waiting for a whole day and planning after the appointment I can do the test in life lab. However, i did not receivethe call and call for the clinci and not one respond. Finally, the answer the phone but the result I was not satisfied with it and the receptionist is so rude

Rescheduling an appointment is a pain. No one ever answers and when one time someone did, they barely spoke english but at least it was rescheduled (took 5 phone calls). This time its always the voicemail… is no one working there? The phone number says it’s in Surrey so I don’t know what’s going on.

The service attitude at the front desk is extremely poor. I can understand that you are very busy, but please listen to me before hanging up

I set a phone call appointment with Dr Sheikh at 9am. It is currently 954am as I write this review. There has been no phone call from the clinic since 9am.

I have also tried calling the clinic directly over 8 times in the past hour and there has been no answer or any method of leaving a voicemail.

Our doctor is very kind and patient, but one receptionist was extremely rude. I was 5 minutes late with my toddler and the first thing she did was to yell and lecture. My toddler started to cry and she continued her speech all the way into one of their rooms.

We had an urgent emergency and required Dr. Lewi to sign off some documents for my grandparents. Joy arranged for a quick appointment to see Dr. Lewi immediately. Our family is so grateful for the help and continuous support from both Joy and Dr. Lewi during these difficult times.

I was standing waiting, they took care of me and the person who attends let 3 people pass in front of me without queuing up just because I am not Asian and when I kick in they attend to their people first and at the moment of attending me he told me that they could attend me the following month, I think they were racist with me

I had an urgency to see Doctor Lewi for a sudden medical issue. I’m very grateful for the front office staff Joy for her excellent help in securing an appointment right away. Completely appreciative for her help and Doctor’s Lewi time during this busy season.

Dr. Lewis is an incredible family doctor. He always has been patient and taking care of my health. He provides an outstanding medical care and excellent treatment. I also want to mention about the front desk staff Joy, who provides an excellent service with patience and kindness. She is always ready to help and support with a beautiful smile. I really appreciate her.

I missed my appointment and I was very upset because from when I made the appointment it was a 6-day wait and when I called in I thought I was going to get attitude and the person would be mad but the secretary was extremely nice I stopped crying and she made me a new appointment for 2 days later. I was really happy that the nurse understood that sometimes people sleep in or are late.

Reading the previous reviews, I'm not sure how today is going to go but DR. STEPSN VOTSTRETSOV moved from Cook Rd Medical Clinic and I really like this doctor - so understanding and not judgemental at all. He used to be a gynecologist so when it comes to my yearly paps, He knows what he's doing.

Rude people. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
I tried getting a new doctor with them who was accepting patients and booked a slot with her, there was no information provided that the doctor was late or anything and when I called to enquire the receptionist is VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL as the doctor.

Thankfully, I did not get a doctor here. I guess they also prefer people from their own country and not anyone else (seems like it).

I inquired if the clinic accepted new clients and how to book an appointment for walk-in. The lady on the phone told me that they were very busy, so she didn’t have time to answer me.
No clear instructions and receptionists are rude and unprofessional. If they are not able to be polite and can't take new patients, they should just tell us. BS service here. Read the reviews below.
