I am in here all the time. Great service with friendly staff, the deals are solid and tasty.

I ordered 2 for 1 Hawaiian pizza deal from here this evening. The pizza was supposed to have double pineapple on it. I also asked for "easy on the sauce". The pizzas I received were stale! (One worst than the other). The crust was so dried out it tasted like it sat there all day and was def not freshly made. The crust edges were as crispy as a cracker. There was also hardly any cheese and only a couple pieces of pineapple. However the sauce on it was rather heavy. Very disappointing experience here and I will not be ordering again.

Ordered from here through Uber eats and the pizza was fantastic. LOVE the sesame seeds on the crust. And the air bubbles make the crust more authentic tasting. My pizza showed up a bit cold (not their fault, the Uber driver made stops along the way before delivering mine) but my point of saying this is, that even not hot, it was amazing. So probably even better with pick up. Probably the best takeout pizza I’ve had. Super fresh ingredients and they followed my requests perfectly. And I don’t know what the dipping sauce was that I got, maybe garlic ranch? But it was phenomenal. Definitely recommend this location!

Fast service, convenient location. Great for a quick bite on your way to school out work since there is short-duration parking out front and is next to a SkyTrain station.

We tried 3 different slices and one full X-Large pizza. All in great quality and best baked. Although we barge in very late and almost on closing time, but staff were so friendly and helped our kids to enjoy a fun pizza night out. I wish we could have the same quality pizza in west Vancouver

This Megabite has noticeably superior-quality dough/crust compared to the Commercial/Broadway Megabite.

Wish slices were always put onto TWO paper-plates. 1 is too-flimsy.

My brother in law ordered 4 boxes of pizza from this location. Pesto chicken, beef and blue cheese, and so on.
The pizza I had from other stores in Surrey was too salty, however, Mega bite pizza was something different.thin dough, fresh ingredients, sesame seed on top (I finished even every single sesame seed)
It tastes REALLY DELICIOUS and HEALTHY. I love it! ️
We live in Surrey but this place deserves to make trip to Burnaby to get this pizza.
I will try other flavors next time. Can't wait!

I ordered from this location yes this location on Uber and the pizza was awful, super thin dough, just enough dough on bottom to put toppings on, flavourless, and to make matters worse I found a piece of black hair cooked into it. Out of two small pizzas only half a slice was eaten and the rest had to go into the waste.

Underwhelming. Bland pizza. Dirty tables. Nothing exciting unfortunately. I should have ordered fresh. I do like their crust.

Hit the spot after a brewery visit. Great thin, crunchy crust. Good toppings, fast service. 2 slices plus soda for $7.50.2 medium pizzas for $29.99 according to the menu. We just had 2 slices + pop.

BUT alert! It's a must to start by saying that I've ordered from here for 7 years now, with the same result everytime. Delicious pizza (out if this world VEGGIE GARDEN) This is hands down the best pizza in town! It's our favorite. The staff are amazing and so helpful!

I wonder if you changed your cheese. The pizza I ordered last night had cheese just like that HUT place (eww). With one bite the whole top came off the crust:/ It had that rubbery texture which is why I stopped ordering from HUT (eww). Is this a Covid related issue? MEGABITE is the best! I want to keep ordering from this location, but please. Where's the good ole Cheese gone? Still the best pizza!

One of the best pizza places in vancouver. They put lots of toppings compared to other pizza places and delivery is always super fast. The staff and customer service always impeccable!

Megabite production way is by far my favourite and the best pizza place in town!

The pizzas are always fresh, delicious, and they put a lot of toppings. I also love their garlic sauce that comes with the pizza.

This is your pizza! Burned completely! And super oily! This is the most horrible pizza in my entire life. I literally was thinking to deliver it back to you and make sure you eat it!

Very bad costumer service.i walked 25 minutes to get there and Have a pizza. The lady who was working there on Friday around 1: 45 pm was talking with another person without saying anything to me or asking me what i want. I was asking her what is that pizza! Without answering my question she grabbed a slice of pizza and went to put in the oven until while still talking with the other guy.

This was the best pizza, with amazing staff, great deals, and amazing variety. We'd come here for lunch and mix and match a pizza worth of slices for the same price of a regular pizza. Can't do that anywhere else.
Unfortunately that was some years ago and I can no longer say the same today. The main reason being, I live in Ottawa now and can only relive it in passionate memory.
I miss you guys.

Always delicious. Usually lots of selection. A little pricey but I was also brought up in the days when you could find pizza by the slice for only $1.25

Love allmost all of their pizzas. The sauces are phenomenal, that is if you like having dipping sauce for your pizza. Just try it!

Gave me the wrong order, was supposed to be pulled pork large but was a pulled pork small.

Edit: owner called me to inform me I paid $20 for a 10 inch pizza, despite offering $24 for the same pizza in 16 inch. Complete scam, altho to be fair I was naive for expecting better.

Edit 2: I flat out declined another pizza as an apology because I don't want to drive again and waste my time. Not because I "really wanted" cauliflower pizza. Lies on lies.

I have a love/hate relationship with the sesame seeds they put on their crust. I love them when I'm eating the pizza, but I hate them for the next hour when I'm still finding them in my teeth. While there are pizza places I like better, this place is convenient and more than adequate.

Customer service are not friendly and they behave with customer in kind of way. I don’t recommend this place.

The best part of moving to Vancouver is hands down Megabite pizza and all the joy and delicious food they deliver. Could not believe how good mac and cheese on pizza could be. Thank you. Truly have invigorated my taste buds like no pizza has since leaving Hu's pizza back in Fort. McMurray. Hu's still #1 but now I know who #2 is:).

Several times, I ordered pick up of 4-5 pizzas. Their service is great and on time. The online ordering through their website seems to work seamlessly.

Ok pizza. Had some good flavor and interesting selection. One bite of the crust I got an overwhelming taste of mold which I don't know if it was the sesame seeds that is put on or was old food but it definitely threw me off badly. The wings are average wings.

Amazing pizza with quality ingredients! Our office only orders pizza from them! The staff is always welcoming and friendly when we are there to pick up and whenever we order from them the delivery arrives very timely manner and pizza is always smoking hot! Highly recommend their pizza and spinach rolls!

Below zero stars for rude service and cold flavourless pizza. Also, it's a no no to argue with the paying customer. Be nice and respectful and you will have our business.

Terrible customer service. Workers are rude and treated my friend unfairly! Workers clearly don’t know how to treat people with respect and fairness. Never coming here again.

It's the cleanest pizza store I've ever been.
Staff very attentive and pizza is super delicious, especially the one with sesame seeds.

Quality has diminished under new management.

This used to be our "go to" pizza place. Unfortunately the last several orders have been very disappointing.

We typically order 2 extra large pizzas. The toppings barely cover the pizza. There was so much bare crust without tomato sauce; It was as if the amount of ingredients for a large were spread over the extra large and all I'm paying for is extra crust.

I realize these are difficult times for the restaurant industry and we would love to continue to support you but unless the quality returns, we'll be considering other options.

Thi megabite location makes the BEST pizza! The garlic sauce drizzle and chipotle dip make the pizza tastes ten times better. This location puts a lot of toppings compared to others. This location is definitely NOT CHEAP and is the best pizza in Vancouver in my opinion.

It has been there for a while. The pizza is good and the quality is consistent. The price is very reasonable. It is one of the best places to get pizza in Burnaby.

Megabite is one of my favourite pizza joints. Nothing fancy, and cheaper than the typical Dominoes or Pizza Hut stuff. A lot of good deals from time to time. Check out their website before purchasing pizza. Skip the Dishes also delivers their pizza! Good thin crust, not too heavy.

Consistently the least veggie slice options of any megabite I've been to. Also had some pretty not fresh slices there as well. Still alright for a quick bite if you're on the area and in a hurry.

Megabyte Pizza in Lake City, Burnaby, ; have been making pizzas for our family since they opened. I was happy to experience this evening when there was a small mistake with our pizza, Megabyte corrected it right away. Great value, fresh ingredients and no mass production. 5 stars easy.

I love their crusts. They have sesame seeds and are really tasty! They also have lots of choices, traditional as well as weirdly tasty stuff. Ever had macaroni on a pizza before? Worth a try.

Love this place, and we are missing it since we moved back to Calgary. We are always sure to order when we come back to visit. Unique pizza flavours, fresh toppings and quick service. Not super greasy either which I love!
They also accommodate "no cheese" on my husbands pizza without the usually billion questions that other pizza places ask us which is appreciated!

Pizza by the slice is great. Usually have around 5-7 options when you go in. 2 pieces and a can of soda for around $6.50. Fairly reasonable and is usually fresh and not sitting for hours.

Pretty straight forward the customer service did not come with a smile, they may need a raise or a vacation:)

Really good! Yes, the sesame seeds on the crust ARE that good! We tried their veggie, Hawaiian, and pepperoni and none disappointed.

Out of all the Megabite locations, this is the best one we've been to.

Average pizza experience, lacks topping. Sent in a email to customer service and they have not responded.

If you like freshslice then you have to try megabite. Will go to most likely if I'm in the area

Stopped here for a quick bite and was pleasantly surprised by the value of the single slice of pesto cheese pizza I got. The price was really low but the pizza was pretty freakin good for that price. Wish I bought a second slice like the nice cashier suggested. Would come back again if I'm in the area.

This specific franchisee is very smart. It's the only pizza place that adds sesame seeds on the radius of the pizza, making the slices very very flavorful. And the prices are so reasonable! Really nice people too. Support this small business and have some good pizza.

Megabite offers some of my favourite pizza in town. Sesame seeds line the crust of this delicious pie, which can be purchased by the slice or at decent prices (they have good specials for pick up on their web site).

My only issue was when I visited outside of peak hours and the pizza by the slice was quite old. Enjoy!
