The employees are always super knowledgeable and helpful. I often phone to get my insurance renewed, from my car, street motorcycle to off-road vehicle and they help me get to the route of what I require for each case. If they don't know exactly they take their time to figure out what my options are for insuring each vehicle. They take the time to walk through the coverage and I never feel like they are pushing extra add ons or coverage beyond what I need or request. Very personable and friendly staff, 100% recommend.

These folks were open when most were closed. They were quick and courteous. I will be back!

I've been to the MF Uptown location repeatedly over the past year (house, car transfer, etc) and have received excellent customer service each time. Staff are very competent and friendly!

I usually go to another insurance agent in the mall, but they said they were too busy to do my ICBC renewal so I went to Megan Fitzpatrick instead. They processed the renewal extremely quickly and efficiently and the staff were great. I would definitely go there again.

Very nice people. Great and quick service. I go to this branch quite often. Just last week I was there twice and all the staff members have helped me and always they always value their customers.

Had one hell of a time trying to get my Japanese import registered at other insurance places as they didn't know what they were doing. Went to Megson FitzPatrick and the agents there were able to get the information they needed from ICBC and get everything completed to get my vehicle registered and insured in BC. Anyone else who is bringing in a Japanese import, or any other import for that matter, to go here as they actually know what they're doing.

Only once have I had a less than positive experience. Staff are extremely cheerful and helpful and I always enjoy my visit!

Simon was extremely helpful and patient with our vehicle transfer. He waited for the seller to get additional signatures and brought us water while we waited. Its mid summer so that was awesome. The place was clean with nice chairs. The Cool reception lady was super covid safe. The best part was that they were open on the holiday and full staff.

Super convenient now that they take your name at the front door and call or when it's your turn. Allows you to get a little shopping in and run errands before you need to get back. Staff seem to like the new arrangement too as they dont feel stressed by a lineup of people in the lobby and feel they need to hurry up.

Very helpful. They take the time to answer all your questions. Highly recommended. You might be on hold for awhile during this COVID situation, but they’re very helpful once they answer your call. Call to see if they’re able to register new plates, they have been working towards being able to do this for you.

I am new to BC, with that being said the insurance is so different here. They went through everything in detail with me and made me feel a little more comfortable understanding insurance here. Thanks you for that

Had an excellent experiment with Megson Fitzpatrick at Uptown last week. In addition to my Home Insurance, I recently switched to MF for my car insurance and the staff were once again so helpful and great! They really do care, and made the experience really personal.

Knowledgeable and thorough staff. Took the time to flesh out all angles of a claim to save me some cash. Great hours, free parking.

Not sure the agents name but she had the office with the street view. She was helpful, friendly and knowledgable which made the process a breeze. She even took the time to leave notes on the insurance papers for which are for the vehicle and which are to keep safe, and also
took the time to help find the right tool to put the plates on. Thank you!

The wait time was close to an hour. They had like 2 people working and slowly at that. The line was huge forming behind me, I'm not coming back.

Jackie Brown was great. She was quick, answered all of our questions, and offered advice about how we could save money now and in the future.
She was very informative on the phone when we called before we went in.
She was very friendly and offered to help us with contacting ICBC to see why our insurance payments were higher than the last year that we insured our motor cycle.

I would highly recommend going here.

Bought car insurance and they were a great help as I had to change use and
Driver class so it took a while. It's located above Wal-Mart by Shoppers Drugs
Free parking, open 7 days a week and some evenings.
