Melt Mineral Spa

We (my daughter and I) had a great experience today with our facial. It was amazing! I agree it was a bit pricey and we didn't get any wine or chocolate.

I absolutely LOVE Melt Spa. The atmosphere is so serene and all the staff are lovely. Katy is an amazing Esthetician and I really feel like part of the family when I’m there.

My husband and I went for a couple’s massage - him with Emily Picard and myself with Kayla Auclair - and we were so impressed! The date began with lovely music, a hot face cloth, and a beer for him and wine for me. The massage rooms were connected so we could share the experience, and they were warm and very comfortable. My husband is a tough critic and when his deep tissue sports massage with Emily was finished, the first words out of his mouth to me were, “Man, that girl knows what she’s doing! ” He LOVED it! And Kayla’s relaxation massage for me was the best I’ve ever experienced! We were encouraged to take our time when the massage was finished and even had another glass of wine in the lounge before wrapping up our date. Way to go, Ladies! It was fabulous! Thanks again!

Emily at Melt is by far the best massage therapist I have ever encountered (I’ve been getting massages for about 20 years and have lived in multiple provinces).

She is incredibly intuitive, strong, and clearly has extensive training and knowledge in her field.

Not only is she fantastic at the physical aspect of her job, she is also a kind, positive and warm person. Just being in the same vicinity as her is always a treat.

I went for a wonderful relaxing massage but due to a miscommunication I got a deep tissue massage. After a phone call I was able to get my money back and I was offered a free relaxing massage. That's what I call service. Next time I'm back in Canada I'll definitely come back for a relax massage.

I treated myself to the Essential Facial at Melt today. I have been lots before for this and other treatments, always have the best time. I am not sure if it was always included but the shoulder and neck massage was really appreciated! Thanks again!

Booked a gel manicure and essential facial for my birthday. Kayla was very professional and sweet. The setting was beautiful and very relaxing.
No extractions were done during the facial which was disappointing (on the website it specifies no extractions for the express facial only, so I expected they were included in the other facials) and had I not asked about it on the way out they would have charged me for it. The gel manicure was already peeling significantly just 7-8 days later, and for the price I would have liked a bit more longevity. Overall probably would choose somewhere either more budget friendly or worth the $$.

Anastasia was absolutely "SPA ON" she is really talented will recommend her.

Unbelievably poor manicure especially for the price. The environment is relaxing but my 12 year old granddaughter could have done a better job of my nails. I have had many manicures for much cheaper and been way more satisfied but that's what you get for on the job training.

Had a great pedicure with Jackie at the Melt. Very relaxing and professional. My new favorite place.

Went for the couples massage on Saturday, had two awesome people giving the service (I'm sorry I forgot your names!). Very relaxing environment, and professional. Prices reflect quality service and products. Will be going again.

Went again today- had Emily! She was fantastic and gave a great massage. I appreciated that she would check in with me and see if there were any areas where I wanted extra attention to. Left feeling very relaxed and booked with her again because she fills up fast!
