My friend that was visiting went in to get something done.they were very honest with her and did not take her money for it told her they could not do it.

I went today and got my second piercing in my lobe, the lady who did the piercing (Kelsi) Did an amazing job, she was so kind and so friendly, and so encouraging when I was nervous! And her hair was awesome! Thank you to Memento Mori for squeezing me in. To all the people leaving bad reviews and saying that it is too expensive, the only reason it is “expensive” is because it is good quality and lasts for a really long time. Thank you!

Really overpriced. Not the friendliest staff. Not kid friendly. I went to a tattoo shop and it was way better. Save your money and get a better experience elsewhere.

I recently had surgery and was unable to get a couple piercings back in myself. They got me in right away and Krystal was super great! My newest piercings has shrunk a little but she was super professional and explained how to care for them now that the earrings are back in. I would definitely feel comfortable getting a piercing here as everything was sanitized and the staff was super kind

Not a kid friendly place. The piercer who did my daughter's first piercing was absolutely miserable and clearly disliked children. We felt so unwelcome during the entire experience. For two earlobe piercings it cost us over $200 which is ridiculous in my opinion. I definitely don't recommend for anyone with kids or anyone that doesn't want to spend an arm and a leg on piercings.

Not recommend, not friendly unprofessional, lacks in knowledge/communication for piercing kids also kids with disabilities. As soon as my daughter sat down and expressed her emotions on being a little scared she cancelled the visit. She was unfriendly towards my daughter and myself. Luckily we got into another local place and my daughter got her ears pierced.

I have been pierced by Krystal 5 times and have had a positive experience every time, she knows how to correctly place the piercings to fit your anatomy, is always friendly (same with the lady at the front desk) all of the piercings healed with no issues, very clean work space and she walks you through the whole process. Will continue to come here!

My piercer was very knowledgeable and lovely. The jewelry selection is amazing. Quick and painless. Will be going back for more!

Got my nose pierced and payed 300+ dollars only for it to get infected a month later and I cleaned the piercing every day

Had a really awesome first experience! I was super nervous at first but the lady at the front, and Krystal were both welcoming and I felt comfortable almost immediately! The piercings look fantastic, Krystal did an amazing job! I will definitely be back:)

Last year Krystal pierced my Daith and I loved it so much that I came back this past week to get my nose and eyebrow pierced. Krystal is so awesome. I also love how my eyebrow and nose piercing turned out. Thank you again Krystal.

They pierced my friends naval, and it was way too small, they charged nearly $200 and the piercer had a bad attitude. It’s most likely going to get infected, because it’s already going inside her skin.

Just got a piercing done for my wife. They were very clean and certainly up on their covid protocols which was great. The store itself is very clean and they were very thorough with their sanitation. Their jewelry is not the cheap stuff you would find in the mall which was good. Nose piercing and a higher end stud was about 160$ total. Good price to ensure knowledgeable professional and higher quality hardware. Thanks Guys, i'm more than happy to support a new business such as yours!

My mom & i went in earlier today for piercings from krystal.she was very friendly, took her time explaining aftercare to both of us & marking the placement.the shop is lovely & in a really nice, convenient location.covid protocols in check, eveything sanitized, i definitely will be coming back! Jewlery was a bit pricey but you get what you pay for
