Went in to have a work laptop serviced and procure 5 more laptops and accessories for my field techs. The guys in service literally told me if I couldn't find the TouchPad I was hoping to replace they probably could not either, then they suggested I take my laptop to Best Buy for service. Zero interest ot effort in assisting my needs as a client, so I decided I surely wasn't going to drop 10grand on product from them. Whoever manages this department should really have a long look at this type of customer representation.

Lots of stock and good customer service. Got a new monitor and they also check it before you take it home.

Very personable staff. Thomas, Cody, Naji, and Wade all really stepped in to help me with technical recommendations when I was in dire need of getting my PC back up and running. I spent almost 5 hours consulting with them and they were really patient with me and even went as far as to get me in a direction that made sure my inquiry was most efficient, even stepping out of bounds to do so. I appreciate their help!

They have done a few orders for me and they are always friendly, on point and professional. Will get most my parts from here.

I went to this place (already purchased few expensive products before) to buy a CPU (I had already researched it), but the sales rep over there wanted me to buy their custom build PC!

I can tell he was highly pushy with expressions, and he even said the branded CPU I am buying has no details, so you don't know what you are buying. Well, I can see each specification on the box.but my point here is I won't trust this guy for any recommendation!

If I would have not need that PC on the spot I would have walk away from the store.

This location went out of their way to help my friend from Hope, who was a little outside the exchange period, and we appreciated the fact so much, he bought more items while he was there! I have always used MemEx for my computer needs, and now my friend will also only use MemEx. Kudos to the team in Langley, and the Manager especially!

Super knowledgeable, friendly, offer great advice if you aren't sure what exactly to get. Prices are competitive and they price match. It's the only place you should think to go for parts.

These guys come in clutch for issues beyond your ability to diagnose, very helpful. Even tested my power supply for free.

This is my go to computer shop. They are always happy to price match any competitor and will also do a quick mount for you free of charge. Before you even get home you know if your motherboard will post, if your ram is compatible and that your processor has been installed correctly.

Their technicians are very well trained and knowledgeable. They are also happy to answer any questions that you may have. They are extremely DIY friendly and would recommend them to anybody. Been shopping here since they’ve been in BC and will continue to as long as they’re around.

Don't be fooled by the relatively small storefront size. They have good stock and will find whatever you want or need and get you on your way quickly. The website is smartly designed so you can see what's in stock at each specific location before you head to the store. If you like to browse an expansive store with lots of product on display, this is not your store.

Service is always excellent! I have bought two computers from them and they have always been super helpful never tried to oversell me and anytime I have needed work done on pc it was done within a day. Always a great experience

I gave my PC and parts for them to assemble, which constitutes as a "service", and is less 'important' than PC builds that they build from scratch. So when they first told me the estimate it was 1-2 weeks. Then after like a week they said 2-3 weeks. They avoid answering inquiries about the queue position I'm in because apparently there is no queue. They prioritize "builds" and will push back "service" requests until the very last minute. Mine can essentially be postponed forever.

Just went to Richmond and they assembled it for me on the day of (2 hours) for half the price.

I went in to buy my new system, having an idea what I wanted. They had everything in stock, and the teller had pretty good knowledge and suggested a couple different parts for the build. To try and save me some money. But I went in with a large budget. So cost wasn't a problem.

Had them install cpu, ram, and m. 2 ssd on motherboard they also flashed bios for me. Saving me time and headache.

I put the rig together and it's flawless.
