I went to menchies for a little date with my hubby and we got these frozen yogurt treats and we were satisfy with everything from the taste to service!

The food itself was great! However me and my partner felt very judged and watched in the store the entire time we got our frozen yogurt. The staff member there just kept staring at us and it just felt very uncomfortable. The frozen yogurt itself was good, although the peanut butter sauce was out (which the staff said it wasn't). Overall it was just a 40 dollar trip that made us feel uncomfortable and we ended up eating at the Starbucks down the road.honestly disappointed

I recently tried the KitKat shake at Menchie's, and I was thoroughly impressed! The shake was incredibly delicious with delightful crunchHighly Recommended!

RIP OFF! 29.50/KG DONT GO HERE IF YOU CARE AT ALL ABOUT YOUR MONEY. You respond to me like I attack you personally but all I said is its extremely expensive. I took my family and left paying over $80 for 5 bowls of ice creme. I have a right to warn other hard working people and if you have a problem with it then stop trying to get rich off hard working class family men. Providing ain't easy.

Went to the store and enjoyed pretty good flavors! The customer service us above and beyond. The nutella flavor is a must try. Will definitely come back again.

Went to this store at 9: 00pm and got denied service through the window because they were “closed”, although the open sign was on and online the hours say 1: 00pm-9: 30pm. I then waited in my car and called the store and watched the woman answer the phone, as I proceeded to confirm their hours of business. She then told me she will allow specific people to enter the store between 9: 00pm-9: 30pm. While I was on the phone I watched three other customers try to enter the store, and leave after being denied as well. After going back and forth with the woman on the phone she told me to enter the store, and then exclaimed she can only let us buy frozen yogurt, but we were not allowed to buy toppings. She was also being rude on top of that and had no customer service skills.

I used to love menchies but it has gone downhill. First thing i noticed when we walked in was that the place smelled bad. Every single flavour had the "low" light flashing, which seemed odd. The vanilla and chocolate mix had a really watery consistency, when I asked her about it she told me it was normal for the first little bit and it will get thicker as you pour. Even though every other flavour we used didn't have that issue, and I've never had this issue at other locations. So I tried again and it was a little better, but still watery and it looked off, again she said that those two mixed together always looked like that. I have always got the vanilla and chocolate swirl (not from here) and I have never had those issues, so I tried it, and it tasted off. I decided to go with the tiramisu flavour and it was awful, nothing at all like tiramisu. My daughter had chocolate sprinkles on her oreo that legitimately tasted like soap. $22.00, for 3 yogurts that went into the garbage. Definitely won't be back.

$19 for 2 frozen yogurts… And all the toppings were stale and couldn’t even chew them. Cheap quality & poor flavour options.

Why tip its self service store i own business we cook food and serve that makes sense not on self service

I like it very much nice staff and lots of flavors and toppings to choose from they weigh it at the end in front of you so I know I'm getting what I pay for prices aren't bad

Came in no worker in the store 2 men without masks just hanging out in the store 2 minutes go by and a worker finally comes out but she’s on her cellphone the entire time even while I was paying. Terrible dirty environment

Wanted to come here for years and finally did! Loads of options and the employee there was happy to guide me through it. She even offered some samples and recommended me the chocolate cake flavour. Delicious!:)

The Oreo cheesecake they claim is from “the cheesecake” factory is nothing at all like the actual Oreo cheesecake from the actual Cheesecake Factory

Great service. Very welcoming staff and owners. They always go above and beyond to help out customers with their needs, especially with custom cakes. Highly recommend their custom cakes. I've ordered a plenty of cakes over past years for my friend's birthdays and each time this location has delivered up to or even above my expectation. Thanks Menchie's Delta!

Decent. Kids and i would of liked it better if we kept our order simple. Didn't care for some of the toppings.

My daughter often goes to menchies. I went with her first time, I was pretty impressed with the flavours. I never imagined that you can have so many flavours in anything other than icecream.loved it.

Hate to give bad reviews, but this was definitely a bad timing/unlucky experience. Maybe it isn't always like this. They only had 3 flavors at the time and they all had no taste. Plain yogurt has more flavour than whatever was being served here at the time. One of the machines was also making a noise that didn't sound right and just leaked liquid. Pretty gross.

The toppings were also very old and stale. Never knew candy could make me lose my appetite for dessert.

Hope they pickup their game soon.

I mean, you give me the option to build my own bowl and you know I'll fill that baby up and down me a $15 ice cream bowl. Friendly staff and the prices seemed pretty reasonable for what I got.

I used to come here monthly (sometimes more often) last year but have since taken a break. In an excitement to reminisce and just enjoy yogurt flavours I already know and love, I visited again a couple of days ago. I was very disappointed to return to just a handful of running machines- none of which kept the flavours I was used to. If I recall correctly, there was mango, vanilla, kitkat, hot chocolate, and bubblegum. I had presumed that they were low in stock because I came in the evening, around 7 PM. But, looking at other reviews and recalling the distinctly spoiled flavour in all of the yogurts I got, I fear it may not be the case. For the first time in all of the times I had menchies, I had to throw away my bowl because it was just unpalatable.

The toppings, fortunately, seemed reasonably fresh and a good selection was available. I don't recall the place being immaculate but it wasn't abhorously dirty either. The lady on staff was nice enough. I just wish that their main product offering, frozen yogurts, was at least as acceptable as these things.

I'm open to coming back and being as impressed as I used to be. I'd hate to see one of my favourite local dessert places go down like this. I will update my review after my next visit.

This is my Favourite place for late night cravings. I was very happy to hear that store is under new management. They told me that they are bringing shakes to this location. I won’t have to drive to Guildford now for my shakes. Well done guys

Great flavours and the worker there was this funny girl whom we had enjoyable conversation with. The seating could be nicer but not bad enough to dock a star

This store is amazing.i am so happy to see that all their machines are working now. Their customer service is excellent. I enjoy all the flavours they are offering in this location. Myself and my family love the environment here and we go every week to enjoy our weekends.

Their sorbet yogurt swirls are great, and adding the toppings are a bonus. Pay by weight so can be expensive if you go over the top, but a great treat every once in a while.

I love menchies but after purchasing it after a long time, it tasted like the yogurt was expired. Cake batter and cookie dough tasted the same and it tasted spoiled. I called the store but no body answered.

Nothing much to expect from a frozen yogurt place except on how fresh their ingredients taste.

As of most Menchies their toppings are exposed and uncovered and therefore become stale.

This location had decent flavours although not a whole lot. There was only one non-dairy option which was the mango sorbet.

They use styrofoam cups here which is a shame. I asked why and apparently they had run out of the paper cups. I don't think it justifies the use of styrofoam - I think these places should aim to be more sustainable and use compostable disposables.

My guy loves ice cream and although it is out of my way but close to where he loves to hang out we went after our CrossFit workout one hot summer day when we were all hot and tired from our workout.
What a treat, we made a bit of a mess but the staff were so helpful and we had so much fun together here we will make this our new place to snuggle over a cool cone.

This place went downhill in the past year, always dirty floors and tables is unacceptable. & always having missing flavors.

Limited selection of toppings and the frozen yogurt is always watery. Why don't people ever clean up after themselves either? Every time I go, there's always crumpled up napkins left behind and the tables aren't properly wiped down. Staff were very snobbish and didn't bother being helpful. Won't bother coming here again. -_-

I took my son to this location today for a Menchies treat and I have to say that I was extremely disappointed. I have been going here for a few years now and my family has always looked forward to going here. When we arrived, I noticed that there were only plain cups, not the Menchies cups for us to use. Ok, no problem, then no waffle bowls available. Then as we were sampling some flavors, I noticed that there were 4 empty spaces, so not as much choice as there usually is. Then I noticed how filthy the garbage can was and how messy the toppings area was. Some of the signs were broken and just disorganized looking. In the area where fresh fruit usually is, there was Oreo and other toppings that aren't usually in this area. Overall, the place was not clean. As you can see, I am very familiar with how the standards of a Menchies should be and I was very disappointed with my visit. I also have to add that the employee that was working was on a laptop and eating her frozen yogurt behind the cash. I have to say, I have never seen this at any other location. And I have been to locations all over the US and Canada. I just really hope that this gets to the right person and something is done about getting this location back to the way it use to be. And I hope that the next time I bring my family back, we won't be disappointed. As for now, I won't be bringing my kids back to this specific location.

Not impressed, nearly half the soft serve machines were empty, the display case below the cash register was dirty and there were no large bowls.

Used to be much better when it first opened. Great flavors and toppings and good quality. Lately it seems they're out of popular flavors and toppings and the frozen yogurt is really runny and flavorless.

Rude staff and they were out of nearly all the flavours. Worst selection of toppings. I will stick with going to the Qoola in Richmond location where they have multiple flavours and fresh toppings.

Yogurt and options were great, but place is filthy walls are dirty, chairs are white but dark from dirt, tables not even wiped
If they dont clean place do they even clean machines properly. Wont go again

We took the whole family here and the kids of course loved it however they did make a little bit of a mass but what was most impressive Was the manager on duty took care of making sure that everything was tidied up very quickly and presentable for the next customers. We will be coming back again. Thank you for making us feel so welcome.

Worst location. Either there is no frozen yogurt, or it's way too watery every time I go. I won't bother trying to come here again.

I really like this location because it's not busy which helps one relax. It's a good size and lots of places to sit. I do really like the White Rock location, but I've found it's way too busy and that makes me anxious and unable to sit down and enjoy a conversation with a loved one.
