So happy I found Samantha at Menza Luna. Not only did she do an amazing job with my hair, and exactly what I asked for, but she was also so kind and compassionate. I will definitely be back and can see why other reviews also say it is the best salon in Trail. Thankyou Samantha!

I love this salon <3 it’s clean and beautiful, the staff are all wonderful, and I leave feeling like a million bucks every time. Jess has been taking care of my nails for a couple years now and I cannot recommend her enough, I look forward to my visits! Toni works her magic on my hair and makes it beautiful. The services provided are excellent and the women performing them are just lovely to be around. They make a real effort to accommodate people as well. A+ from me!

I have tried quite a few different nail places but Menza Luna does it best! They have ruined me for any inferior nail artists & made me into a perfectionist when it comes to my nails. Why settle?

I have been getting my hair cut here for years. Never had a bad experiance until today. I booked a haircut a couple of weeks ago, normally the wait time isn't so bad but busy patches happen and are understandable. No big deal. 4 hours prior to my appointment I was called and a voice-mail was left informing me that the stylist I was booked with was not going to be in today and would need to reschedule. Again no issue life happens to us all. The issue that I have and why I will not be returning is in the voice-mail I was informed that they would be happy to assist me in rescheduling but to be aware that they are booking several weeks out. Maybe I'm just old fashioned but where I come from when you have to cancel someone's appointment you make an effort to make up that appointment. When someone has already waited multiple weeks for an appointment telling them good luck you can book again on our regular schedule that is still multiple weeks out is both disrespectful and unprofessional.

Friendly staff, never had a bad cut from here but after today won't be returning.

I have unruly curly hair, and if it's not cut properly, I look like an angy Llama. Surfice it to say I don't let many people cut my hair, but I love the girls here! I have seen several of the ladies, and each one left my curls looking stunning!

Claire took time to understand what my 11 year old was wanting for his haircut, and checked in with him many times to ensure his vision was the same as hers. Menza Luna staff are always on time, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to!

Claire did an amazing job reviving my hair today. I do a horrible job of explaining/knowing what I want and she listened to me carefully and gave me exactly what I needed today! Nothing drastic. Last minute booking. Couldn’t be happier with the price and walked out with an outta sight Amika christmas kit of all my must haves refresh… shampoo dry & wet as well as a hair mask. Thank you Claire (serendipitous that we share a name) for the amazing recommendation, for listening to me about what I wanted with my hair and achieving it, and for being so kind through the process cause we all know it can be scary staring at ourself in the mirror that long Kudos!
