I’ve been a client of Mercato Dental Centre for over 13 years! They are the best, kindest, gentle and most professional team, from the front desk staff to the dentists. My dentist is an expert in what he does. He is not like other dentists to remove teeth and operate unnecessarily, he explains everything to me and makes sure that there is a common understanding. I trust him and my long-term dental hygienist, I’m so grateful to be working with them to maintain high standards for my oral health and hygiene. Thank you Mercato, my teeth love you

First visit today and it was very pleasant. I picked a female dentist and hygienist and they were both fabulous. Reception was helpful and welcoming too.

Been coming here since 2011. Always get treated very well and staff are very polite nice and gentle.

Don’t waste your money!
I went for a very simple dentistry procedure but ended up with disfigurement of my teeth. He’s practically changed the shape of my mouth!
Dr. Motahed sr.changed everything for the worst. My upper teeth got too short with a couple of chips he created here and there, a bleeding tooth cut in half and many more discomforts.
When I went back a few days later, he did nothing to correct his mishandling of my teeth and mouth and had go elsewhere and pay thousands, only to get rid of that broken bleeding tooth.
My worst nightmare!

This place is an absolute safe haven for people who get nervous or dislike going to the dentist. Both my RDH Josianne, and dentist Dr. Jaesung Seo are phenomenal. Highly recommend bringing your family here

I so appreciate how the team saw me on a Friday afternoon at short notice, while visiting Vancouver, due to a dental "emergency". Everyone was so friendly, efficient and helpful. Thank you!

The dentists are really kind and patient with me as I have major anxiety and often cry in the chair. I really recommend this location especially if you have anxiety! The receptionists are super kind, the hygienists speak with a kind and non judgemental voice and talk to you and the dentists are super professional!

Have been going to Mercato Dental for close to thirty years now. The staff has always been considerate, courteous and firm when necessary. My family and myself have always had an excellent and personable experience here. The best part for me is the staff knows me and that is a genuinely rare experience these days when company’s move their staff every year or less. Love this team ️

Cannot recommend Mercato & particularly Dr Mottahed enough. I am a nervous patient and he always puts me at complete ease. I never feel pressured into any course of treatment and genuinely feel that he has the patients' best interest at heart (unlike experiences I've had with other dentists in Vancouver, where I felt that the priority was them charging as much to my benefits policy as they could.). All of the reception staff and hygienists at this dental centre are lovely, couldn't ask for better!

I had my right side wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Rodney Shainbom today, and although not the most pleasant procedure, the staff at the dental centre did their best so that I was in as little pain as possible.
My mother sees him as well, and I recently moved back to Vancouver and started seeing him too for my regular checkups and fillings. A short walk from my house.

I love my dentist Dr. Parisa Pezeshkfar.she is compassionate, competent and really loves what she does - excellent work/results. I've had a really good cleaning here as well as a consult with a root canal / endo person.cannot recall his name.but a root canal consult is how I got introduced to Smile on the Drive. The staff here are top notch, really professional and bonus - they also reimburse your parking. They've even helped out by plugging in the meter for me during a particularly stressful visit, so sweet and appreciated! I'm so glad I found Smile on the Drive. What a great team!

Dr Mottahead and team are the best! I always feel so welcomed and they are always kind! Kindness is what a person always remembers and when it comes to business, professionalism. They are top notch and simply the best! Dr Mottahead always has the newest thing when it comes to dentistry, he truly is in the business to save teeth.
