Excellent service. Our van is 10 years old and Mercedes had a couple of recalls that the Kamloops dealership followed up on. We had a courtesy car which helped with the unexpected delay to get the work finished. Driving home we could tell the van was running better.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Mercedes Benz Kamloops and their manager of operations. While there were some misunderstandings between their team and myself, I was extremely frustrated by how the manager handled the situation over the phone. His behavior was unprofessional, and he even accused me of saying things that I never said, which was both frustrating and disrespectful.
Despite the clear communication breakdown, the manager never apologized or acknowledged any misunderstandings. Instead, he appeared more interested in arguing with me. I was surprised and disappointed by his lack of empathy and customer service skills, especially given the reputation of the Mercedes Benz brand.
David, providing quality service is only half the battle; treating customers with respect and professionalism is equally important.

Terrible service. Had I known purchasing a Mercedes would stick me with the worst customer service employees in town, I would have purchased a different brand. My vehicle was damaged during service in their shop, 6 months later no one will return my calls, everyone blames each other and it's looking like I'll never get my part.

If you need dealership service, I highly recommend the Kelowna location. Customer service there is top notch, and worth the drive everytime.

If you need local service, Integra Tire is wonderful.

I have purchased two vehicles through this dealership and have had a wonderful experience every time! Norm Langlois (sales advisor) has always been an amazing communicator, highly educated about the vehicles he sells, always available for questions, has been an advocate for my needs, and most of all an exceptionally kind person! The reason for my review today though is the above and beyond treatment I received from the service and parts departments today. Unfortunately, my moonroof shattered while driving down the highway. This was quite a startling experience for me. I called the dealership and was reassured by Aysia (service). She was so sweet and kind and directed me to come straight to the dealership. When I arrived David (service) had a courtesy car already ready for me and Tara (parts) who I have know for the past year came out to make sure I was ok. Everyone was so kind, professional and went well above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I have never had such a caring dealership and would recommend this dealership to anyone!

Complete waste of time and money.
Charged over $200 for identifying the fault that I was already aware of and which I myself had told them.
If you care about your money, never come to this place.

We had some complicated issues with our car and Dave was very understanding. They took extremely good care of us and we appreciate all of the efforts from the service department.
