Never known a car buying experience like it. Paid a $500 deposit, received an email confirming it all, arrived at the dealer just hours later to then be told they are selling the car to someone else and now being told they can’t refund my deposit for 10 days. I know dealerships are hard work but this one sets a whole new standard of horrific.

Such an amazing experience shopping at Mercedes benz. Benjamin was so nice and helped guide us a family vehicle the GLS450. I would recommend richmond mercedes to family and friends.

This is my second AMG I bought from Andrey at Mercedes-Benz Richmond and I cannot even compare the quality of service this dealership brings to any of its competitors. It is the best mercedes dealership in BC. Andrey is a very respectful and honest gentleman that knows the exact type of car you prefer and makes the buying process very smooth and easy to go through.

Judy with the Financial Department at Richmond Mercedes is super awesome! If you ever have any questions or concerns or just need some information you can definitely ask her and she will give you a very good explanation of all your options! Alex was our sales person and he’s always really great and patient with us! Must get them to help you when you go visit them! Definitely recommend them for all your needs!

I contacted my usual Mercedes salesperson Wayne from the Terminal location to purchase a new car, but unfortunately he's "retired". However, he was nice enough to introduce me to Alex Wong since I live in Richmond. Since Wayne knows what I like, he sent me info on a suggested model beforehand and advised Alex. The day I met with Alex, Wayne showed up too. Alex had a few cars ready for me to test drive. However I changed my mind and was interested in other models. Wayne and Alex were both so patient and accommodating, listening and understanding my needs. Wayne took the test drives with myself, daughter, and son-in-law, explaining the cars' differences, capabilities, and features, while Alex prepared the other models for us to try. Their service and teamwork are top notch! After trying multiple cars (we were there for several hours), I picked the model Wayne suggested. After all these years, he still knows what I like! Alex was then able to find the exact model I wanted and even negotiated a great trade in for my old car, and I was able to pick up my new car within a few days. The transaction was smooth and easy. It's been a couple of weeks, and both Wayne and Alex have followed up with me and have told me if I need any review of features, have any questions or issues to just contact them directly. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz Richmond and Alex Wong.

This was my first experience getting service as an owner of a Mercedes that I purchased privately so I knew their was a airbag recall that needed to be done. I was a contractor who spent about 20 years working for the Sales and Service Departments of various Mercedes Benz dealerships repairing minor dents by using the Paintless dent process by our company Dents Unlimited.
I learned alot about customer care from seeing how Mercedes provided quality service to their customers from the many quality people I met over the years. Many of the people I knew back in the day at various locations have retired as have I. However as a new owner of a Mercedes it is very clear that the standards and attention to detail of service has never changed in how the staff treats their clients, except this time I was the client. From the moment of arrival (Richmond Mercedes Service) I was greeted politely by reception who checked me in, which involved giving some pertinent information and I went and took my seat in the waiting area. After a couple minutes I was asked to come to the service desk and I met Gordon who went over what was needed. He gave me expectations of how long it would take and I watched a baseball game on TV. I also saw one of my good business acquaintances William Law who is the service manager. We talked about the good ole days. The time breezed by and my car was finished and it was time to go. They gave me a complimentary safety check and what will be needed in the next few months.
I will definitely be seeing the Richmond Service Department for front brakes and get some new tires soon. Thanks to everyone from William and Gordon and the mechanic and to the person who gave me my car back clean and shiny.

While it can be difficult to reach a live person to book or make any changes to your appointment (they offer online booking as well), once I was there, Jeff and Ivan were great in keeping me updated, helping with a courtesy car, and following up to answer any questions. Great service and highly recommend.
