I had a terrible experience with Dr. Alfred. While interacting with him, I observed communication issues and a lack of empathy towards patients. Unfortunately, my concerns were not addressed, and the doctor did not acknowledge the severity of the issue. Despite recommendations from an expert for specific tests, the doctor was unwilling to conduct the proper tests and lacked proper knowledge and understanding of the matter. I believe that the quality of care provided by Dr. Alfred is poor in considering the dismissal of my symptoms and being reluctant to perform necessary tests.

Doctors are helpful and knowledgeable. Front desk lady is horrible never respond call or questions. Please change and replace who is willing to help and do proper duties

Been calling repeatedly numerous times but I kept on being put on hold? And now you can ONLY schedule through phonecall! How can anyone schedule an appointment if NO ONE even answers? They don't even deserve 1 star.

Tested positive for covid today, called in to book a virtual appointment for a prescription. Receptionist was unfriendly, sighing constantly and sounded like I was a hinderance. Call was a bit late but the doctor was nice.

Is I had an option to give them -0 star I would do it in a heart beat. This clinic and the receptionists are truly the worst people on earth. Avoid this awful walking clinic at any cost. They have a sign at the door saying verbal abuse in not tolerated because they know how terrible they are and people actually get frustrated with them. They ARE the ones who are rude and disrespectful and disgusting to people. Shame on every single on of you.

If this isn't the worst medical clinic in the world, then the worst one must be just outside the gates of hell.

I've been trying to get ahold of them for a week just to confirm which pharmacy to send my subscription to.

On two occasions I called them relentlessly for 30 minutes only to be told by the answering machine that they are "now closed". 30 minutes before the advertised closing time!

So my prescription is in limbo.

Even if I could get ahold of them, it's a waste of time and money. Their doctors are useless, giving prescriptions without much thought. I've seen/spoken with 4 separate doctors who all say something different and none of their medications have worked. I'm convinced this whole practice is a scam. We are being trolled at large.

Avoid at all cost!

Been trying to call for 2 days to cancel an appointment- no response and no voice mail- It is impossible to get in touch- That is bad service: (

New review: I am appalled at the argument I just had with the receptionist about being patient with me. I owe her no such patience and she still got it from me. GET. BETTER. STAFF. The person taking calls has NO PATIENCE. Rushing me through a payment for a doctors note.
I am ill. I should be the one without patience.

First review: Called 10 times at least and nobody is there to answer to arrange appointments. Every single time I got a error message saying mailbox full and nobody is available at the extension. It’s an hour and a half after they open and I need a prescription refill for today otherwise I’m out. Not pleased with the service of the front desk ever at this place. I miss Dr. Wong.

The receptionist was very kind and polite. BUT it's not a walk-in clinic. I came with an urgent case and they say that everything is booked and the nearest date is in two days. How is that a walk-in clinic doesn't work as a walk-in clinic?

Absolutely horrible experience very disgusting and rude receptionist and also docter very bad experience its good suggestion don't go there.

There is no lower to put. They said no doctor today. Why would you open a walk-in clinic if there was no doctors and you just sitting there stupidly?
