My friend and I got our helix pierced over a year ago and both of ours have not healed. We understand that the healing process takes time and that helix piercing do not always work however, I feel that if she used a needle instead of a gun the healing process would have been better. We even tried switching the earring out however, every pair of earrings we buy never goes through the hole. The standard size of a helix earring does not fit us. This same situation happened to both my friend and I. Thus, I believe that it is their fault. Go to a proper piercing place instead!

Got my daughter's ear pierced from this location. The ladies were nice and did a nice job, but I find it too pricey. I paid $288 for the service and the jewelry, which I find too high.

I have been a client at Merle Norman for 28 years, and they are like family. Before you become too critical please understand that these ladies work long hours and have years of expertise. We are always so quick to assume they are wrong about something. In a stressful world, let’s try a little kindness.

I got my daughter’s ear pierced at this location was totally lied about the earrings I was told they were 14k gold not that they were 14k plated. And for plated 14k earrings charging people $100 is rip off

Also the lady was so rude.
When you are dealing with kids rather than being emphatic she was extremely aggressive. I would highly recommend to go to Claire’s if you are planning to get your kids ear pierced. For the same service with real 14k gold earrings that you do not have to worry about getting allergic reaction and replacing them few weeks later, please avoid this place. And also you will pay less money for far better service. Speaking from real experience and seeing my kid in pain … please do not go there

Got my second piercing and they overcharged me for the earring and the 5$ cleaning solution. They didn’t even give the proper sleeping backings, 0 stars

I got my baby girl ear’s pierced a couple days ago and it was a great experience. Customer service was great the lady was nice and i received the cleaning package +instructions.

It was very good. My eighth month baby just cried a little. After the piercing was done they gave us the solution to put on the ears daily and told us to call anytime a problem arise.she explained very well what was going to be done and what should be done later. Highly recommended!

Don't ever get the diamond ring. I got my baby's ear pierced there and less the a month later the diamond is so dull and there is no shine to it at all. I paid a lot of money for a toy looking earing. The store doesn't care at all for the quality of what they sell.

Was looking for some massage products but other then the obvious lotions, they carried other things. Im sure if you have time and interest in some hair products and such you'll find something you like.

We got our 5 month olds daughters ear pierced today and had a great experience. Both ladies were so friendly and knowledgeable. They were easy to talk too and were so good with entertaining my daughter. They marked and double checked the markings and then pierced her ears at the same time. My daughter cried for 1 minute or so, and they offered me the back room to BF her in private. Technique was clean and they are following Covid guidelines. I would highly recommend them!

I love getting my nails and brows down here they look so good every time and the the special way I am treated when I get my facial is heaven, thank you for a wonderful experience every time

I have been coming to Mearle Norman Guildford since I was 14 for waxing and 5 years laser hair removal. Debbie and Rava are the only people I trust with these services, and every time I have tried to go elsewhere even just for a simple eyebrow wax I regret it. I have been travelling from Abbotsford for 2 years just because of how awesome they are.

If you’re considering doing laser definitely go here. 4 appointments (4 years ago) and basically all of my hair is still gone. I just go in once a year for a touch up to get any stragglers but it’s honestly not super necessary, I’m just a perfectionist lol. SO worth the money and they are really accommodating with pain tolerance (although generally it doesn’t hurt any more than a wax). Honestly even one appointment you’ll see 80% of your hair gone and thinner, so even if you want to just try that to make shaving easier I would definitely try it!

This is by far the best Mearle Norman in the lower mainland and deserves 5 stars!

My girlfriend had an interview here and the owner seemed insane. She was explosive and clearly not a good human being. In order to work he she required you spend $1000+ in product to start with the company. That's completely unacceptable when you get paid minimum wage.

Clearly a brand that is dying quickly. Itll he satisfying watching the company go under.

Manager is so rude. She don’t accept her mistake and instead of apologizing she raise her voice and blame the customer. I went there for face waxing. I got my skin burnt and big scars on my face. When I asked the manager, she said this is not our mistake we cannot do anything. Just go to pharmacy. If she don’t have customer skills, you should sit at home. Manger and workers should stay home. Very very poor service. I won’t go there again even don’t recommend to anyone. Use Ecotique instead of this.
