The driver took my phone away just cause I wanted to go back home and said that I have to pay him $50 so I could get it back they did the same thing to a 14 year old too the driver was rude when I wanted to cancel it he even threatened to call the cops on me just cause I wanted my phone back now I don't have it anymore thanks to him

Taxi for a reasonable price, but can't give more than 2 stars for service and cleanliness. The car that picked us up had 400,000 km on it and the interior was stained and smelled.

Called to be picked up from Walmart at 8pm. Dispatch said no problem. 20 minutes later, I called again to see how much longer, the Dispatch then told me very rudely, we are busy! Another 15 minutes. I then told the rude employee to cancel, I will walk. Very rude

These guys helped my friend during an emergency, and I am very grateful. My friend has special needs and because of his mental health condition, he is an at risk individual. Merritt Cabs helped big time when my friend was dropped off in the middle of nowhere by his ride. Merritt Cabs came to my friend’s aid and got him safely to his destination.

We were stranded by the side of the road in Merrit with our 4 kids. We had 2 cabs sent out for all of us and the service really saved us. We are so thankful for all the help they gave us. We used their services 2 days later to get to the bus stop and again the service was fantastic. Thank you so much!

The dude answering the phone just keep hanging up on us and was super rude. Get it together lucky yellow cab got us.
