Good customer service. Very respectful and friendly. I was promptly attended and service was completed before the said time. Did harness recall and i receive free car wash coupon and vehicle was vacuumed too. Very pleased with the service and will definitely come back.

I've asked like 15 times for them to stop calling me and texting me but here we are again, More spam from the Bannister team.

Mertin was able to schedule me in within a few days to get my rogue looked at, and had it fixed for me within a couple hours. They even vacuumed the interior, and washed the exterior of my car. 10/10 service:)

Tara, my Service expert, provided me with excellent information that allowed me to make the right decision. She spoke with me on the phone, a wonderful contrast several other stores which told me to use the computer and refused to talk to me.
The expensive tires I purchased at Mertin based on Tara’s advice was sold at the best price possible and were expertly installed in a timely manner. My drive home was truly a very secure, stable and safe pleasure.

Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. If you're travelling and request a specific item for your Nissan vehicle don't bother. The service advisor told me flat out I couldn't get the product I needed to make my travels safer. After talking with another dealership I went there and they were amazing! Thank you Mertin Nissan for taking my safety into consideration and refusing to help me in my situation.

In response to your reply you could have done what I needed however you flat out refused to do so. Again poor customer service. In my current situation I figured the brand where I have purchased my last 5 vehicles would be willing to help. I'll keep you my original dealer and not recommend any family or friends to Mertin Nissan. You failed today but thank you for the response.

The best experience having our vehicle done! Oil change and tonneau cover put on in no time at all in my opinion even though they were short staff for the day. And just so very friendly!

I took my 2019 Frontier to get regular service and address another faulty dashboard light/sensor. I was surprised Jonathan remembered me from months earlier dealing with same frustrations, with previous management. Finally this time in
he made sure that no dashboard lights/sensors were faulty and everything worked as it should! Good job Tara, Ed, Mechanics and Jonathan for getting it handled.

I brought my truck in to get it detailed and I was not completely satisfied at first but Jonathan made it right and I left happy. Long story short, water got under the protective wrap on the exterior of the vehicle and left a bubble. Jonathan told me he would take care of it and he most definitely did. He even made sure his team went over the detailing job a second time as well as had the wrapping done for my vehicle in less than 48hours. He provided me with a cute green nissan to drive around until he was done with my truck. Thanks for the amazing customer service Mertin Nissan! My truck looks almost brand new! I took my car here for diagnostic on power steering, for bad news related to this but the team at Nissan went above and beyond to make sure I was back on the road in a timely manner! Would definitely go back!

Staff worked with me to get the deal done. I am not an easy customer to get the sale from. I pushed them with my trade value and they made it work.

We’ve just moved to Chilliwack and this was our first visit to the Merton Nissan service Center.
The staff were very welcoming, friendly and professional. Jake, in particular, patiently answered some very basic questions that I had and was very polite.
The lady in the sales section (forgot to ask her name) too was very kind. I decided to get some work done whilst the car was being serviced and she offered me a desk and chair so that I could sit more comfortably and use my laptop
Jake also reached out to our previous service Center in Surrey, and found out that we didn’t need to get some tests done as they were previously taken care of. He didn’t have to do that, and I appreciated him going out of his way.
Needless to say that I’ll be returning back here for our next service

I had lost cabin heat, mostly. Hoped it wasn’t a heater core. The technician figured out that a previous cooling fluid change left air in the system so burped out the air, topped up the fluid and provided a reasonable bill that I was happy to pay. All done in less than a day, even with an extended power outage at the shop. Very happy

Tha Nissan service representative went above and beyond to assist me with the technical aspect of my vehicle.
My vehicle was scheduled for an oil change that was completed on time and they vacuumed my vehicle.

Went to get a block heater installed as we recently moved to Canim Lake BC. They found that we already had one but it was tucked in a really odd place. They fixed it for us then gave us a free car wash as well. I well say the car needed the wash. They staff were so courteous and kind. They were well informed. I would recommend them to all Nissan owners. Great job guys and thank you again.

I was mailed a free oil change coupon from Nissan, and it was quick and easy to make my appt over the phone. When I got there, I brought my keys to the desk and they handled everything from there! After it was done, they brought my car around and returned the keys, as well as gave me an invoice showing everything they did. The guys at the front were awesome, sorry don’t remember names, and the guys I saw outside were all super friendly as well. Will for sure be going back here for all future oil changes. Thanks:)

I've been dealing with Mertins service department for several years now and always get good service.complete explanations of what needs to be and is done, as well as explanation of the costs. Desk staff are always friendly and pleasant. I feel I can trust the work they do.

I made an appointment for 10: 15 am. Got to the dealership at 10: 05 as I believe if you are not early, you are late. It is now 10: 45 and car has just gone in. Why do we make appointments? I am curious. If I was 30 minutes late if they would have just taken me in when I arrived? I am so not happy. Not a good experience at all. All they could say to me is the tech is just finishing up.

I have spoken with someone from MERTEN and have removed most of my review after speaking with them.

I still stand by my original statement about why do we make appointments.

The experience at this dealer was much better than the rest. The price online was correct, no tricks or games, and they didn’t start irritating me with a sleazy sales agenda like most dealers in Vancouver. They respected my space and the vehicle was accurately represented. I will see them again in 5 years when I’m ready for my next truck.

I took my Buick in for a service and get a few things checked over. When I went to pick my car up they had done a thorough inspection, and found the issue I had mentioned. When I got the bill I was actually quite shocked. I’m used to other mechanics charging large amounts for small jobs. This was the opposite. They went from front to back of my car, Checking over pretty much everything and anything. And when I got the bill I even showed that it was ridiculously cheap for the amount of work they did. Absolutely thrilled. Glad I bought the car from them in the first place and I will always be taking it back to them.

Bryce (the sales man) was great -very thorough however I had to really push for done basic things to be done as part of the sale.

The people at the Mertin Nissan service department are the only people I care to deal with in regards to my vehicles. They’ve always been more than fair and honest with me over the 10 plus years I’ve been going to them for servicing on my four separate vehicles, two of which weren’t even purchased from them. They are a pleasure to deal with. It feels more like the family mechanic shop than a dealership.

I went in to Merton Nissan for an oil change, first one for my 2021 NV which had 2300kms. My appointment was at 10am, to the staff’s credit, I was told they were “running a little behind. ” My vehicle was returned to me just before 2pm after a few angry phone calls regarding the delay on my part.
The staff were pleasant, however I am doubtful I will return there for additional service.

Late model small pickups (like a Frontier or similar) are in high demand right now. She worked with me, not only with local inventory and alternatives but sought out options regionally and beyond. Absolutely the best dealer I have ever dealt with! I spent 6 months looking for a car and had very specific wants, and all the other dealerships drove me crazy, were passive aggressive, and still continued to email, call, and text me after I said I was not interested anymore.
Jim at Mertin Nissan however, got me pictures in advance of being posted on line of the car I wanted (bought a car from a trade in), and gave me all the information I needed (and talked to me like a human being:)! ON top of everything they gave me a GREAT deal right over the phone before I drove 4 hours to pick up the car.

My husband Blair Andersen and myself Elizabeth Pedersen decided it was time to update to a new vehicle. We both had Mustangs I had a 2003 Mustang I owned for 14 years and my husband received fron an inheritance and had a 66 Mustang. After much consideration we decided it was time to upgrade to a nice SUV so that we could be practical and safe in the winter time and enjoy our summer travel. We went to Ford in Chilliwack being as I had bought my old 03 Mustang from them and we wanted to know if they could work with us and we were told that they didn’t have an outlet to sell the 66 Mustang and they weren’t interested in taking either vehicle as a trade-in. We looked around to every dealer and fell in love with the Nissan Pathfinder. We really didn’t think it was possible that they could work with us given our circumstances but we went and talked to them anyways. Well Patrick Zeller (sales manager) and Tanya (sales person) were phenomenal and offered to work with us right away. They asked Scott Bate to come and look at our cars. Scott came over personally and was so knowledgable and friendly that we felt complete trust. Not only did they work with us but Scott found a buyer and came through for us in all aspects. We were treated like kings and queens and found the entire Nissan team to be not only personable knowledgable and friendly but kind of cute too) Miranda expertly guided us through the financing as we were dealing with two trade-ins. Now the Nissan Pathfinder speaks for itself, we just cannot believe all the bells and whistle’s and What a beautiful amazing vehicle this is. We are on cloud nine and so happy and would highly recommend these wonderful people and vehicles to you!
