Dissapointed.bought some scrap pieces that didnt work for my project that didnt work out and would not take back.too bad becauuse they lost at least a dozen regular metal hobeyists that were there every week.may want to revist that policy.also noticed your prices are 20 to 30 percent higher than every other supplier.bad business practices always catches up to you. We were looking for a small piece of metal grating to cover a basement window well.

Troy and the team gave me a quick response and quote and they cut the piece and I picked it up the same day and it fitted perfectly.

I had a metal king bedframe that I needed to have the legs cut and although it probably seemed like a small thing to all of them it was very much appreciated that this could be done! These folks (Karli, Troy & Brian) are the best. I had a project in Kelowna and had to manage everything from Vancouver. They were super responsive, on time, helpful and supportive.

I went in and received a quote for some piping and tubing. I work away from home so the day before I flew home I called to make sure they had the items on my quote. I was told by a customer representative they did. (Specifically told they had about 20 full lenths) I showed up the next day after flying home to find out they only had one of the two items I was looking for due to a clerical error in their inventory. The sales person apologized and I said no problem. I asked how soon they could get the piping I needed in as I needed it "yesterday". I was told a week. I said no problem and asked if I could pay for it it then, I was told to just pay when I picked it up. I called the following week and wad told it wasn't in yet. Fast forward another week and I called to ask if my piping had shown up to where I was told that they did not order it and that it would be something they would have to look at ordering in. I was never contacted at any point and now am over a month behind on the project I was working on due to this metal super market. I would not recommend metal supermarket to anyone, and if anyone I know mentions them I will definitely steer them clear of this company and recommend they go elsewhere. Ordering online would have saved me 3 weeks of hassle. If I could rate them less than 1 star I would.

I like that I can walk in with a list (or even idea) and out with material. No placing an order and waiting.

I also like that unlike many metal suppliers you can go in and see the material sometimes I need to picture how it would work for a project rather than just knowing exact sizes etc.

Always helpful staff- Troy and Linden are willing to rush out material for a crew in a hurry. It's a Metal Supermarket stocking a huge variety, so it can't ever be the cheapest A-36 supplier for large jobs but for unusual sections, specialty alloys I don't want to store at our shop or to fill holes in our own inventory it's the most convenient option in town.

This place is amazing and I love dropping in. Service could not be better. If you aren't sure what you want, they are happy to take you for a walk and search out what you are looking for and they do it with a smile on their face. Amazing. Prices are fantastic and I always leave paying way less than what I expect.

Metal Superstore had what I needed in stock and had it cut and wrapped within a half hour. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly even with my small purchase.

The guys at Metal Supermarkets Kelowna are the best. We run a welding shop and sometime need oddball stuff in short notice and they come through for us every time! Not to mention they are super helpful.they even shoveled off my trailer for me! Always my first call now!
