They masterfully recommended great advice without hesitation on my Great Uncle's vintage Omega Seamaster, offering invaluable advice throughout the process while still waiting to pull the trigger on a restoration. In the meantime, when a sentimental timepiece of mine needed a new movement and crystal, they didn't just replace the parts – they rejuvenated the watch, surpassing even the original quality. One time I even remember needing a quick emergency watch band repair because a screw-pin popped out of my link; they simply "stopped the press" to help me on the spot.

Moreover, they handled a friend's seemingly impossible Seiko crystal replacement, proving yet again that 'impossible' is not in their vocabulary. Jonathan and his team are incredible. They have great communication. Accurate quotes and information re.my particular job. Performed the job in the estimated time. Most importantly they did a fantastic work on my watch. I swapped the handset out and also had a kanji day wheel installed on my Seiko SRPE61.
I will most definitely be using their services again.

This place is great and really reasonable, will come back again from now on for future repairs, because I have a few of them. Lol

Love this little watch shop-truly feels like stepping back in time (“pun”ny!) when you walk in.
It’s neat watching the watch craft as they worked on the three watches I brought in, giving each care whether it was the $20 Cracker Box watch or the fancy Rolex.

I have been going to Meticulous for years, Jonathan and his watch technicians are absolutely the best. I refer a lot of our clients down to see them when they need watch repairs and batteries and have always had incredible service from them. Both on a professional and personal level I can say they are the best in town!

My roommate who is a regular customer at meticulous refered me to this establishment. I needed my strapped fixed. Seth the employee working at the time looked at my item and gave me a brand new strap for my watch at a amazing price. She went above and beyond for me making a call to get me a new strap and I am thrilled at the service and the product I received while in her care. Was in and out in a timely fashion with a product I am extremely satisfied with. Will be a returning customer for sure. Thank you Seth amazing service. I had two batteries installed in a watch last March. One died after 5 months, the other at 7 months. When I phoned to inquire about their warranty, they told me that they do not warrant their batteries, but offer a reduction of the cost of the battery for repairs to the watch that caused the rapid wear. Sounds to me like they could be installing bad batteries just so they can charge you to make some kind of un-needed repair. To make matters worse, I also asked them to replace a link in a watch band. The face of the link fell off before I even left the store. When I went to have my final two replacement links installed, the new jeweler told me that the first replacement was installed incorrectly and that they actually broke the band. Now, I have to find a new band to replace the one that they broke. Believe me, I will not be going there to find a replacement. Stay clear of this shop. It appears to be going downhill rapidly.

Later-The owner did offer to take another look at the watch bracelet, but did not provide his name or any other contact information, so I did not contact him.
