Dr. Chen and his staff are amazing with kids! He is calm, gentle and really patient with them. My daugter has been to his office twice for procedures where she needed some sedation and both times I have been really impressed. I can't recommend him enough

We had a wonderful experience here with our little one. They had some cavities between their teeth and the staff were super kind and gentle with them, my little one had a very positive experience and we’re grateful for their calm and careful approach. Going to the dentist can be scary (even for adults haha), but they made it a comfortable and easy experience - thank you!

Wow! I have been unbelievably happy with the level of care and understanding from this team. They have went way above and beyond helping me manage my treatment on my budget. Theyve made last minute changes for me with things i really needed help with that im sure buggered up their schedule. So trust me if they are running a little behind its because they are giving extra care to a patient and when its your turn im sure you will get that same thorough care too! Thanks alot guys!

I called this morning asking if they're taking new patients.
They asked my kids age. Nothing new right.
What I didn't like is, rather try her best to help me out. She asked a question. Said no sorry can't help you

Very impressive service-
I had a dental emergency while on vacation to the island- the staff juggled the appointments and got me in with a few hours of contacting them-
Once in the office, the staff was welcoming and professional.
John and one of his assistants, Casey (sp) did an emergency root canal- and booked me for finishing and follow up two days later.
Exceptional service, from a true professional clinic, that put’s customer care and support as top priority.
Special thanks to the entire team!

Dr. Chen is such an amazing pediatric dentist! Very knowledgeable, honest and gentle with children. My children have never felt so comfortable at the dentist! The whole team at Metral dental is fantastic. Thank you for providing such great service. Highly recommended!

My wife and I were very pleased with our experience here. They handle children so well, they're professional and friendly, too. Our daughter has an enamel defect that they treated. Everyone was so perfect from start to finish. Dr. Chen was very informative and understanding, his staff were just as compassionate. We even had a need to revisit after the initial treatment and they were amazing at handling our situation. 100% would recommend this dentist/dental office to anyone and everyone. Thank you!

Dr. Christensen's office has been the only on the Island to be quick to respond and assist in the process of my dental implants. They are professional and friendly, making the experience of getting your teeth cleaned or worked on effortless. Thank you all again!

I thought I'd already left a review, but I guess it didn't post.
My daughter has an enamel defect that required dental surgery. Dr. Chen made sure to explain everything clearly. He was patient when answering any of my questions or concerns, he was cheerful with my daughter, and just all-around fantastic bedside manner. His staff were very welcoming and friendly too. From start to finish, my experience was fantastic. My daughter even had lots of laughs and smiles, too. I feel they truly went above and beyond to address our need and make us feel secure with every step. I don't have enough words to express how grateful I am for their services and expertise.

It requires 3 words to describe Dr. Chen with his team; professional, reliable, kids-friendly pediatric dental cleaning, especially Dr. Chen knows exactly how to make kids feel comfortable. The idea of TV installed on ceiling with kids TV show was absolutely brilliant. This cleaning with Dr. Chen and his team is highly recommended.

As a new patient, Metral Dental has made me feel the most welcome that I have ever felt at a dentist office, by everyone in the staff, (reception, hygienist, dentist). Very happy to have discovered this office.
