Goes above and beyond! De Ye & Stephen were amazing & ever so helpful agents when I purchased my house in Richmond. They really advocate for their clients’ behalf & patiently walked my mom and I through the buying process. Great and positive experience. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase real estate in BC!:)

Jin is a clown who is leading bunch of unethical realtors having a delusion that they are building a reputable and big real estate company, not sure what kind stuff they are on. Just look at their website, so poorly built.
Business can only grow and scale when you know you want to be in it for the long run. And you start this by performing the work people can trust, and owing your responsibilities and mistakes when complaints and even anger from the people who transfer thousands to your bank account every month. Denying your mistakes, disowning your responsibilities, and even exhibiting aggression will not get you anywhere. It also adds to part of the discredit you have been building when you delivered a rental property in dismayed condition, and without disclosing its ongoing mice infestation. Credibility is so essential in any part of business transactions, let alone housing and real estate dealings.
I don't see this small business can continue to exist with healthy financials in 2 years.

Very happy I used Mehome to get connected to the realtor that sold me my dream home. Finding a good and reputable realtor is challenging. Do not sell or buy your home though Wendy Yang. She listed a unit with misleading information, until my agent found out the strata fee is wrong. Then she blamed it on my agent when we picked up the ML listing from her open house. We also had an accepted offer at $548k, she then list the unit for $499k. Look her up on RECBC she has many conditions on her license. I was also told by the sellers agent that the building was wood frame, when clearly the building is concrete. Stay clear of Wendy. I also filed a formal complaint though RECBC.

Heres a business which floods the residents mailboxes with flyers almost everyday. Disgusting marketing.
